The Apocalypse brought down on any world was meant to destroy it, and corruption was its main weapon with the Corrupted Creatures as their army.
Kael had fought thousands of Corrupted Creatures in his past life, so how could he not recognize the signs of corruption from her?
'Did the Apocalypse already come for this world? Are these the signs?' he wondered. 'Or was there corruption even during the Fourth Epoch, and Tharnyx just threw one of the Corrupted monsters here to work as a Spawner?'
