"You two are unaware about karma?" Liza asked them. "Both of you used it in the battle."
"What? I even used it?" Robert asked.
Everyone looked at Robert in shock, saying,
"What?! You don't remember anything?"
"What are you all talking about? I just fainted on the ground after hearing Liza's past and woke up when Sava saved me from that beast," Robert declared.
There was a deafening silence for a moment.
"Leave it. It always happens after that incident (rose)," Kal said.
"Okay, then listen. Karma is just your life force that gives you some powers according to your type," Liza explained.
"Types," Kal interrupted her.
"Don't interrupt me," Liza said, punching Kal in the face. "Yes, there are different types, but for now, I've told you a lot about karma," she declared.
"Okay, then let's go to Mt. Kalvir," Robert declared.
"But Robert, do you know the location of Kalvir?" Kal asked him.
"I don't know," Robert replied. "Where is it?"
"I knew it," Kal said.
"I know where it is," Liza replied.
"What?" Robert and Kal asked in unison.
"Yes, I know it," Liza declared.
"Liza, Robert, and Kal — thank you for saving me and my village," Eva cried.
After that, they left the village.
"Uncle, I will become as strong as them," Eva said to her uncle.
"Yes, you will," her uncle replied.
The scene shifted to a castle inside a volcano's mouth, where a man wearing a mask (with bulging eyes, long fangs, a protruding tongue, ornate golden and red detailing, creating awe in his mask) was sitting on a throne.
Suddenly, a king (Narka) came and bowed his head in respect.
"Supreme Narka King, Arunakreon has been defeated, and the enemy took Sleipnir with him," he said.
"Hmm, I underestimated his powers. But I was sure that Arunakreon would die," the masked man replied. "And about Sleipnir — it only obeys the one who defeats its previous master."
"But Master, Arunakreon was your favourite. Then why are you so calm?" he asked.
"Don't forget who I am — the Supreme Narka King, the Ruler of Hell!" the masked man shouted.
"Sorry, Master, I am just a fool," he apologized, bowing his head.
"Oh, I forgive you," the masked man declared. "Yes, he was my favourite — but not because of raw strength, for something else," the Supreme Narka King said while looking at a photo frame of Arunakreon (in human form) with his son on his shoulders.
The scene shifted to our gang, who were on their way to Mount Kalvir.
"Liza, are you sure that taking it would be safe for us?" Robert asked Liza while pointing at Sleipnir.
"Yes. Do you see any problem?" Liza declared while riding Sleipnir.
"No, no!!" Kal and Robert replied together.
After that, they reached a dark, dense forest at midnight.
"Liza, are you sure that we are in the right place?" Robert asked her.
"Yes, I am. This place is known as The Crate Way of Elysium. Only worthy people can surpass it," she declared.
"So, we need to prove our worthiness?" Kal asked.
"No, you moron," she replied.
Then she stroked a cut on her finger and drew a symbol of a book on the ground with the blood.
After that, she used a karma on it, which triggered a book to appear.
She wrote the time as "12:30" and a code: "MUISYLE".
In response, a mountain appeared from the fog.
"What the hell is it?" Robert and Kal screamed.
"This is Mount Kalvir — the Mountain of Mysteries," she declared.
"Wait, Liza. How do you know that the mountain was hidden? And what is the key?" Kal asked.
"Because I was the person who hid it," she revealed.
"What! Why?" Robert and Kal asked her.
"I will tell you later," she replied. "But let's climb the mountain."
"Okay, let's go meet Guru Ashoka."
Then they started climbing the mountain. Without warning, a hailstorm started in the middle of their journey.
"What is happening, Liza?" Robert asked.
"It seems that some sort of security trap has been triggered," Liza responded.
Suddenly, a huge rock fell toward Liza and Sleipnir. In response, Sleipnir kicked it so hard that it broke, which triggered an avalanche.
Due to this, Robert got separated from them.
The next morning, the storm ceased.
The scene shifted to a block of snow that was moving.
Suddenly, Sleipnir came out of it.
It had protected Liza and Kal from suffocating in the snow.
"Thank you, Sleipnir," Liza said.
"Yes, thank you," Kal said. "But Liza, where are we?"
Liza looked around. "In front of Elysium," she declared.
"Elysium? What is it?" Kal asked in shock after seeing a huge white castle in front of him.
They entered the garden of the castle and saw Robert eating breakfast.
"Hi," Robert said.
"Robert! How did you reach here?" they asked, shouting.
"This man brought me here," Robert replied.
Kal and Liza were shocked as they recognized the man as Guru Ashoka.
"Guru Ashoka! Grandpa Ashoka!" they shouted.
"How did you not recognize him? You've seen him in Liza's flashback," Kal asked.
"Hmm... Hmmm... Ahhh!! Yes, why didn't I recognize him?" Robert shouted, spitting food from his mouth.
"Ashoka… Liza, you haven't changed yet," the old man said.
Liza's eyes filled with tears. Her face turned red as she hugged him, saying,
"Grandpa! I missed you!!" she declared.
"Don't cry, child. I'm glad that you're okay," Ashoka comforted her.
"Sir, can you tell me about the Enomy, Karma, and the Staff of Yama? Because your daughter doesn't tell us anything." Kal asked him.
"What did you say?" Liza replied in anger, but Robert held her hand to stop her.
"Alright, yes, I will," Ashoka began. "Look, the Enomy are just warriors who protect people from Narkas."
"And… Grandpa was the founder of it," Liza added.
"Wow!" Robert declared. "So you were one of the founders?"
"Yes, I was. But I am now retired," Ashoka continued. "And Karma is just a system of martial arts technique."
"Grandpa, don't fool them. They are worthy," Liza insisted.
"Okay, Liza, I will not fool your friends," the old man replied. "But I have a question. If you killed Arunakreon, then how did you two not know about karma?"
"I don't know," they replied.
"That's funny. Okay then, listen. Karma is your body's life force that grants you some power," Ashoka declared.
"So karma is just our life energy that we use as a weapon?" Kal asked him.
"Not exactly. Karma is not just your life energy. It's your own deeds," Ashoka continued. "Karma is categorized by your deeds and emotions. That means your own deeds shape your karma. There are 3 types:
1. Positive Karma – It's the energetic manifestation of your good deeds (in the form of energy). It can heal others. It's the hardest to maintain.
2. Neutral Karma – Unstable, offensive, and the easiest to maintain, as you need to have both good and bad deeds simultaneously. It's good for fighting and slowly regenerates the user.
3. Negative Karma – Karma of evil people. Destructive and uncontrollable.
Your karma is based on your deeds, their reason, and your emotions," Ashoka declared.
"But why do you use the term maintain in it?" Kal asked.
"Good question. Because if a person's ambition, reason, and deeds change, it affects their karma type," Ashoka declared.
"So what's the type of karma of a newborn baby?" Robert asked.
"Positive, as he/she has done no bad deed," Ashoka replied.
"So, how can someone determine their karma type?" Kal asked.
"With this tool. Liza, please," Ashoka replied.
At that, Liza struck a cut again on the same spot she had done before and drew a circle on her sword's blade.
Suddenly, the sword turned into a staff — the Staff of Karma.
"What?" Kal and Robert shouted.
"Don't shout," Liza ordered them with a death stare.
"O-OK, Liza!!" Kal and Robert replied.
Then Ashoka placed the diamond on the tip of the staff toward Kal's chest.
In response, the diamond started glowing with a white aura.
"This is the Staff of Yama, which has the ability to determine your karma nature," Ashoka declared. "Kal, you have positive karma, so you are a healer."
After that, he pointed it toward Robert.
"He should have negative or neutral karma," Liza thought.
But when the diamond started glowing, everybody was shocked — it was glowing with a white aura, just like Kal.
"How could it be? Arunakreon said that Robert had negative karma!" Liza shouted.
