Chapter 33 - Chapter 33: Mrs. Tōsaka, You Wouldn’t Want Your Daughter to Get Hurt… Right?

"Let you go? Heh. Are you joking, Mrs. Tōsaka? After going this far, do you think I'd just release you and risk Tokiomi coming after me? I'm not afraid of him, but I don't need unnecessary trouble before the war even starts." Kuroda scoffed.

"I… I won't tell anyone! I'll pretend this never happ—" Aoi's voice faltered. Even she knew how hollow that sounded.

"Oh? Why stop? You know even your daughter wouldn't believe that. You think I would?" Kuroda's tone shifted. "However… I might let you go."

"Eh?" Aoi was stunned.

"It's simple. Words mean nothing—I prefer tangible proof of cooperation. The question is whether you're willing to make the necessary… sacrifice. You're a smart woman. You know what I mean." His grin turned predatory.

"…I… I can't…" Aoi clutched her chest. She was a traditional woman—betraying Tokiomi, even physically, was unthinkable.

"Is that so? Then I suppose you'll both be my guests until the war ends—or until your husband loses. Don't worry, I'll return you afterward. But…" He gestured to the sleeping Rin. "I can't guarantee how well your daughter will adjust. I'm not a patient man, and children… well, accidents happen."

"Mrs. Tōsaka… you wouldn't want your daughter to get hurt, would you?"

The demon's whisper sent a shudder through Aoi's body.

"…Ugh… I… I understand…" Defeated, Aoi slumped against the seat, her strength drained.

"Good. Then, little Medusa, take the wheel." At a red light, Kuroda swiftly climbed into the backseat while the petite Rider (summoned not as a Rider but still possessing the knowledge) took over driving.

"W-Wait! You mean… here?!" Aoi's face paled. As a traditional Yamato Nadeshiko, the idea of car sex was beyond her comprehension.

"Of course. Unless you'd rather do this at my place?"

"N-No! I mean… at least a hotel or—"

"Oh? Mrs. Tōsaka, you've put that much thought into it?"

"Th-That's not—! How far will you humiliate m—mmph?!"

Her protests were cut off as Kuroda sealed her lips with his own. Her hands weakly pushed against him—the last resistance of a faithful wife. The sound of fabric rustling followed…

"W-Wait! Rin is still here… we can't… nngh!"

"Focus on yourself, Mrs. Tōsaka."

Medusa, watching the traffic light turn green, slammed the accelerator—venting her frustration through reckless driving. (Though her skills ensured the car stayed perfectly steady.)

The black sedan sped through the city, though trailing drivers couldn't help but notice how violently it shook.

"That car looks expensive, so why's it rattling like that?" one passenger wondered.

"Clearly a MacPherson strut stabilizer issue," another declared.

"Nah, it's gotta be turbocharged engine mods messing with the disc brakes," a third argued.

"You're both wrong! That shaking is obviously from misaligned wheels!"

"…Or maybe someone's getting busy in there?" the first muttered.

"Pfft. Too much late-night browsing, huh?"

"Hey, if they are doing it, who's driving?"

"Enough perverted fantasies! If you're that pent up, we'll hit a brothel tonight!"

Laughter filled the car as they turned away, leaving the shaking sedan behind.

...

The black car eventually stopped near the Zenjō residence. Kuroda stepped out first, then gallantly helped Aoi out. Her hair was disheveled, her forehead glistening with sweat. Though exhausted, her flushed cheeks and dazed eyes gave her an oddly youthful glow.

"Ah—!" She stumbled after two steps, nearly collapsing before Kuroda caught her, pulling her against his chest.

"Mrs. Tōsaka, can't bear to leave me?" he teased.

"Y-You… scoundrel…" Aoi weakly struggled, but her trembling legs refused to support her. After a few feeble attempts, she resigned herself to leaning against him—his post-battle musk only deepening her dizziness.

"Rest a bit. Despite appearances, I do know how to cherish a woman." He gave her plump backside a playful squeeze, earning a gasp and a conflicted glare.

"Once you've recovered, head inside. The original driver will arrive soon to take you home—don't worry, his memories have been altered."

"…You're really letting us go?" Aoi couldn't believe it. After everything, she'd assumed the worst—that she'd have to keep pleasing him to protect Rin.

"What? Already attached?" Kuroda smirked. When she didn't respond, he continued, "I keep my word. Besides, after what happened, you'd never tell Tokiomi, would you? That man values his pride above all. If word got out that his wife had been defiled, the entire mage community would laugh at him. And Rin—she's set to inherit the Tōsaka name, isn't she? Even if you don't care about Tokiomi's reputation, think of her future."

Aoi's face darkened. She had no rebuttal. She could only swallow the humiliation.

But then, two warm hands pressed against her forehead, thumbs gently smoothing her furrowed brows.

"Still, I'm taking a risk letting you go—one far greater than keeping you. Do you know why I'm doing this?" Kuroda's voice softened. "It's because of you, Mrs. Tōsaka."

"Your beauty made the risk worth it. Has anyone ever told you how radiant you are right now? Whether like this… or back in the car. It's that charm that made me choose this path." His fingers traced her face. "I adore this look on you. So smile a little."

The blunt confession sent a tremor through Aoi's heart—one Kuroda instantly exploited, capturing her lips once more.

"Mm…!" She weakly pounded his chest before going limp, as if surrendering completely.

Nearby, amidst the bushes, a blue hydrangea bud swayed gently in the breeze—its blooming time still unknown.
