All my life I'vefought for dominance. My mother thought it a good idea to die in the face of childbirth leaving me in the thorns of power hungry moguls who would do anything to win.
The first thought that came to my mind at the age of thought is the dangers of love. My mother thought herself to be the beloved of my bastard of a father but that love cost her dearly.
I've always wondered what would happen if the world knew that the man who looked so gentle and kind on the outside is actually a viper who thirsts for power and control.
My father the Esteemed General of the Han Dynasty, he is the hero that everyone looks up to, the nightmare of all enemies.
I must admit he truly does lives up to his reputation as a great General, but the people always forget to add that he is a scum and a cheater.
My mother loved him and tried everything to win his favor but the man never put my mother in his eyes.
He blamed her for separating himself from the love of his life.
Sickening, disgusting, treacherous. The very definition of scum.

I grew up in a toxic world because he neglected me.
I was labeled a good for nothing at birth for having no spiritual root.
But I never cared for I was given a cheat since the day I was born.
That's right!!!!
I did not have a spiritual root and couldn't awaken my spiritual power but I was not weak at all.
Because I was a Dragon Monarch.
I was a Pure Blooded Dragon Monarch. My kind did not have spiritual roots because we didn't need it, we are already integrated into the spiritual world thus all we have to do is connect to the the world around us.
What made me special??....
Well Dragon Monarchs are extremely rare and it's been hundreds of years since one appeared.
