The figure of Hong Jun and a small cart bring pushed could be seen entering the village hall through the special entrance.
In the hall other than the fifteen figures that helped him manage the village tasks, another nine new faces could be seen.
The nine looked curiously at the cart, but it wasn't the same for the fifteen who usually assist Hong Jun to manage the village. They had seen him use this and it was considered normal in their eyes.
What they where more interested in was what the village head had asked for those that had reached tha pinnacle of body refinement realm to come in the village hall. Among them, quite a majority had also met this requirement not long ago.
Standing in the hall, Hong Jun could indeed feel that no less than twelve people gave off a certain pressure. It was nothing in his eyes, but it showed the level of body refinement achieved by his people was at the pinnacle.
He was able to sense all this due to his strong spirit. It wasn't something shocking to those at the grandmaster realm, as the spirit of those at this level improved at every level.
Since he was at the seventh level, his spirit was not weak.
The most important thing was that his physique was already at the pinnacle of the grandmaster realm and thus his spirit even stronger.
More than just that his five senses where more enhanced than anyone else in the clan.
"It seems that you are all gathered here. Those that have reached the pinaccle of Body refinement should step foward." In the large hall, Hong Jun's voice could be heard clearly.
Twelve figures stood up and moved forward and he could see from the fifteen assistants helping him manage the affairs of the village three were among those that stepped forward.
He didn't have any problem with this, and even felt this was better. The stronger the people in the clan the easier it would be for him to implement some of his plans.
"Come forward!" He didn't expect them to be so nervous.
When they walked five meters ahead, they stopped and he didn't care much about it.
"Grandmaster realm is what comes after body refinement. In this stage, it is a complete transformation and the power that the body can unleash is on a whole new level. The reason for this is actually simple." He looked at the twelve figures looking at him eagerly.
He then smilled slightly, and then continued.
"The biggest change is that at this stage you are chasing intention. Intention is clearly very important and it allows you to grasp your spirit and even utilize it. In the same way, it nourishes the spirit and allows it to transform." He spoke again with a slight smile..
"A grandmmaster can crush you with their spirit and you can't even resist or move while the intention is enough to kill you. The levels of grandmaster are based on the intention stage. Intention on the other hand is in nine stages. At the ninth stage, you are at the pinaccle of grandmaster." Hong Jun continued.
"The control over the body at each stage is also enhanced, such that the energy unleashed in a an attack my those at the peak of grandmaster can be tiny but damage caused immense. Those in the body refinement stage can't accomplish this." Hong Jun informed them.
He then looked at them and his gaze changed.
They felt as though he had turned into a terrifying beast, the eyes looking at them gave them a strong sense of oppression. It was as though they were being locked on by a dangerous creature.
Fear instantly spread through out their bodies.
"This is spiritual oppression." Hong Jun's voice resounded in their ears, and they still couldn't stop themselves from shaking.
The next moment, this feeling disappeared and he could sweat on their foreheads.
"Next I'll let you experience intention. This is considered an opportunity for all of you. As long as you can resist my intention then you will step into the threshold of grasping intent." With that the entire hall become silent.
The next Moment, the twelve felt as though they where carrying a mountain on their backs, the feeling was difficult to explain.
Even though they could tell nothing was present, their bodies where being forced to the ground.
Hong Jun just used a little bit of intent after all he was giving them a chance, but even so, they felt difficult to resist.
In hust an instant, five had already collapsed on the ground. The reminding seven grit their teeth, but could feel their resistance was futile.
It was as though they were already aware it was only a matter of time before they would be pushed onto the ground too.
They grit their teeth, but this didn't help and slowly one by one they kept bring pressed onto the ground by Hong Jun's intention.
Intention is something that can only be grasped by understanding oneself. It has taken Hong Jun rising to the seventh level before he could understand this truth.
The thing that he was aware of was that intention will transform for every improvement in realm. This transformation, just implies that the power it can exert will become stronger with each realm improvement.
At the grandmaster realm, intention unleashed can't compare to the martial master realm.
The moment the last person collapsed on the floor, Hong Jun didn't keep observing them, but let the intention press down on them.
The opportunity was clearly the ability to be willing to remain on the floor and force oneself up. It was difficult for ordinary people, but for stubborn people, this was a chance.
He turned his attention on the remaining individuals in the room and said, "The rest of you should get busy, only those that have something important to report can remain. The village meeting will be conducted tomorrow morning."
He dismissed everyone except for those that had been pushed to the ground by his Intent.
Three had already given up, and he didn't bother to say anything to them.
Watching the people retreat, only Li Ping was left and Hong Jun waved at him to come over. He had promised him an opportunity to improve his body refinement realm.
It was time to honor this promise.
"Clan Master!" Li Ping arrived before Hong Jun and saluted.
