Chapter 32 - A Future With My Celebrity Girlfriend

Lucas walked into the room, and his eyes landed on Julie, who was sitting on the couch, her legs tucked under her in an awkward position. She looked up at him with a sheepish grin, her eyes sparkling with hunger. "Hey, I'm starving!" she exclaimed, her voice filled with a mix of desperation and sweetness. "This baby is eating me from the inside out!"

Lucas chuckled and walked over to her, touching her belly gently. "What's my little princess craving today?" he asked, his voice low and soothing.

Julie's eyes lit up. "Spicy turkey with durian fruit," she said, her voice filled with longing.

Lucas's expression changed from amused to annoyed. "Durian? Are you kidding me?" he exclaimed, his voice rising. "How am I supposed to find that?"

Julie looked up at him with pleading eyes. "I crave it, Lucas. Please get it for me."

Lucas sighed, rubbing his temples. "Okay, fine. But you have to promise me you'll eat it if I get it."

Julie nodded eagerly. "I promise, I promise. I'll eat every bite."

Lucas nodded and called one of his workers. "Get me spicy turkey with durian from that new restaurant downtown. The one that's supposed to be exquisite."

The worker nodded and left, returning hours later with a large bag. "Got it, sir," he said, out of breath. "Cost us an arm and a leg, though. 50,000 Dollars."

Lucas and Julie both exclaimed at the price, but Julie's eyes widened in horror as the worker pulled out the dish. She pushed it aside, her face scrunched up in distaste.

Lucas's face turned red with anger. "What do you mean you don't want to eat it now? We went through all this stress and spent all that money! You're going to eat it, right now!"

Julie tried to placate him. "I'll eat it later, I promise."

But Lucas wouldn't calm down. "No, you're going to eat it now! Why did you even ask for it if you weren't going to eat it?"

Julie's voice rose to match his. "You put me in this condition, so I'll have to bear whatever happens! You deal with the consequences!"

The room fell silent. Lucas took a deep breath, his expression softening. "I'm sorry, Julie. I didn't mean to yell at you."

He sat down beside her, picking up a piece of the spicy turkey with durian. "Here, my little princess wants this, doesn't she?" he cooed, holding the food to Julie's lips. "Open up, my love."

Julie's expression softened, and she took a small bite. Lucas fed her, his voice gentle and loving, a stark contrast to his earlier anger.

Isla Sinclair walked into Julie's house, making her way to the bedroom where the girls were gathered. Lindsay, Sasha, and Wendy were chatting and laughing with Julie, who was reclining on the bed. As Isla entered, the group's conversation paused, and they turned to her with big smiles.

"Hey, guys!" Isla said, her voice a bit subdued.

Wendy jumped up from the bed and rushed over to Isla, throwing her arms around her. "I'm so glad you made it! I was worried you wouldn't come," Wendy said, her voice filled with relief.

Isla smiled weakly and nodded, but her eyes were fixed on her phone. Wendy noticed and apologized openly. "Hey, Isla, I'm really sorry about what happened earlier. I didn't mean to make you feel bad."

Isla looked up, her expression neutral. "It's fine, Wendy. I've accepted your apology. I was just being protective of my man, that's all. Cade is the only good man I've found so far, and I don't want to lose him."

Wendy nodded understandingly, and the two women hugged. The other girls cheered and clapped, happy to see their friends making amends.

As they chatted, the girls noticed Isla's pale complexion. "Hey, Isla, are you okay? You look a bit off," Julie said, concern etched on her face.

Isla nodded. "I'm fine, just a bit...off. I've been feeling some weird symptoms lately – fatigue, mood swings, and cravings."

The girls exchanged knowing glances. "Sounds like someone might be pregnant!" Lindsay joked.

Isla smiled wryly. "Actually, I brought a pregnancy test with me. I want to try it out."

The girls burst out laughing. "Isla, pregnant? That's hilarious!" Sasha exclaimed.

Julie pointed to the bathroom. "Go ahead, Isla. The bathroom's right there."

Isla nodded and headed to the bathroom. A few minutes later, the girls were still chatting and laughing when they heard a loud, earsplitting scream coming from the bathroom.

"What's wrong with Isla?" Julie asked, concern etched on her face.

The bathroom door swung open, and Isla emerged, holding up a pregnancy test with a big smile and a shocked expression. "POSITIVE!" she exclaimed, her voice trembling.

The girls' jaws dropped, and they screamed in unison, their mouths open wide in shock. Isla's face was tense, and her friends looked like they'd been gripped by shock.

"Who got you pregnant, Isla Sinclair?" Sasha folded her arms and stared with a curious look.

Isla, Julie and Lindsay exchanged weird looks.

"Why are you looking so innocent? You've done it with Cade, right?"

"Done what?" Isla stared with a blank look.

"Isla, you can't lie to us."

"Girls, how could I have forgotten to inform you when I caught them having an intimate moment?" The girls' eyes widened.

"So did this lead to the pregnancy?"

"How many times have you done it?"

"Is he good?"

"Is he gentle?"

"Does he fondle well?"

"How does he touch?"

"He must be so sexy..."

"How did he..."

"SHEESH!" Isla snapped, shutting her ears with her palms.

"This is a mess. I can't get pregnant right now. I have a lot of gigs to do. This will affect my work. I...I have to do something about this."

"C'mon Isla, why are you talking so nonchalantly? Don't you even give a fuck about the little one? You're about to have your first child in years that you've been married. What do you mean you'll do something about it?" Lindsay was alarmed.

"But how am I supposed to tell Cade about it? It's an accident."

"Try telling him. I'm pretty sure he won't reject you or your unborn baby. Cade is a good man. He loves you." Julie told Isla.

"But how am I going to tell him?"

"If you're shy, I'll tell him for you."

"No, I'll tell him myself. You don't have to worry."

"I'm really sure Isla will make a good mom. Right?"

The figure in the mask slipped into the hidden room, the dim lighting casting eerie shadows on the walls. Rhea Sinclair, seated in a plush chair, looked up with an air of expectation.

"What is it?" she asked, her voice low and controlled.

The masked figure hesitated for a moment before speaking, their voice muffled. "It's about your daughter, Isla Sinclair. She's...pregnant."

Rhea's expression transformed, a mix of surprise and anger flashing across her face. "What? How did this happen?" she demanded, her voice rising.

The masked figure continued, a hint of amusement in their tone. "From what I heard, she's ecstatic. Screaming with joy, apparently."

Rhea's eyes narrowed, her mind racing with the implications. "This changes everything. With a baby, Isla will get more deals, more fame...more than me." Her voice dripped with venom. "We can't let that happen."

The masked figure leaned forward, intrigued. "What do you propose we do?"

Rhea's gaze turned cold, calculating. "We need to end this...this...problem. Isla's unborn child is a threat to my career, my fame. We can't let it come to fruition."

The masked figure's voice was cautious. "How do you suggest we do that?"

Rhea's eyes gleamed with determination. "I'll think of something. But I need you to be prepared to take action. We can't afford to let Isla's pregnancy bring her more success than me."

The masked figure nodded, their face obscured, but their body language hinting at a sinister intent. "I'm ready to do whatever it takes."

"Hi." Isla was excited at Cade's face popped up on her screen.

"Hey how's it going? Did you have a safe trip back home?"

"Sure." She replied with a genuine smile.

"When will I see you again?"

"I have no idea. I feel so foolish right now. Having a boyfriend and I cant even communicate with him, except through calls. This long distance thing is a headache and a heartache, and I think I'll have to relocate to Hollywood."

"Oh really? What about your life over there? The house we got you."

"I don't care, Cade. I'm yearning for your touches one more time." She bit her lower lip.

"Hmmm..."

"And those touches have led to something serious."

"Like...."

"I... I'm pregnant, Cade." She said it quickly and waited for his response. There was no expression of his face before he let out a high pitched laughter.

"C'mon Isla. Is that why you got so tensed? That's such great news, my love." Isla was surprised.

"Are you actually saying great news? My...what about my career? What if I get heavy and my beauty dries up? A disfigured face with a potato looking body. No one will want me."

"But that's exactly what I want. I don't want anyone to want you. Because I have you."

"Cade, stop being so immature. I'm a model and I'm not supposed to get pregnant."

"That's why I never wanted a celebrity girlfriend in the first place. Y'all want to remain childless all because of your freaking career. You don't care about the future! All you want is a smooth running life without any interruptions." Cade snapped.

"But you put me in this. You're responsible."

"You re at fault for making me fall in love with you. Who made you so beautiful, so kind hearted, cute and sexy?"

"Cade, you're about to be a father, yet you're so immature."

"Isla, we're not getting rid of this pregnancy, because I know exactly where you're heading to."

"Cade...."

"Shh.... Aren't you even happy, you're going to have a baby for the first time since you got married? I'm pretty sure you'll have more deals when you're heavily pregnant. You'll be in diaper ads, baby milk, and lots of that."

"I don't do child stuff. I'm an A-list model."

"But you can try. Guess that will fetch you a lot."

"I'm not gonna fetch anything from baby ads. Please get off this discussion."

Days passed, and it was Wendy's wedding in just two days away, but Isla hadn't received any word from Cade. She could terminate the young pregnancy before it grew another month, but she couldn't do it without Cade's approval.

"What's wrong with him?" She was so worried. She had sent texts, but he didn't even bother to reply any. Isla was dejected. She realized he wanted the baby and wasn't so ready to end a young life.

'Are you coming for Wendy's wedding?' She texted him the 30th time, but he didn't reply again. He saw it and ignored.

The luxurious wedding hall was a vision of opulence, transformed into a fairytale setting for the special day. Crystal chandeliers refracted light, casting a kaleidoscope of colors across the walls and floor. The high ceilings were adorned with intricate moldings and gold accents, adding to the grandeur.

Lush greenery and vibrant flowers, including roses, peonies, and hydrangeas, were artfully arranged in crystal vases, adding pops of color and fragrance to the space. Tall, ornate candelabras stood on tables and around the hall, their soft, warm glow creating a romantic ambiance. Luxurious fabrics, such as silk and velvet, were draped elegantly across the walls and ceiling, adding texture and depth to the space.

Soft, golden lighting illuminated the hall, highlighting the beauty of the decorations and the happy couple. Plush, white chairs and ornate, gold-accented tables added to the luxurious atmosphere, providing comfortable seating for guests.

The wedding decorations were a perfect blend of classic elegance and modern sophistication, creating a truly unforgettable setting for the happy couple's special day. A stunning floral arch or backdrop for the ceremony would complement the hall's beauty, while hanging glass or crystal decorations would refract light and add visual interest. Elegant centerpieces, such as mercury glass vases or candelabras, would add a touch of sophistication to the tables. A beautifully designed wedding cake, adorned with intricate sugar work and fresh flowers, would be a showstopper. Personalized elements, such as monogrammed linens or custom wedding favors, would add a touch of personality to the event.

Overall, the luxurious wedding hall was a breathtakingly beautiful setting for the happy couple's special day, filled with elegance, sophistication, and romance.

Isla was welcomed by fans and the area was blocked so she could gain entrance, free from paparazzi and noise from fans.

"Isla!!" Sasha happily whisked her friend away and they went upstairs to the room where Wendy was dressing up.

Wendy stood in her elegant bedroom, surrounded by soft, golden light and the gentle hum of excitement. Her maid, a loyal and trusted companion, busied herself with the final touches of the bride's wedding attire.

The bride's beauty shone like a radiant star, her skin glowing with a soft, ethereal light. Her hair, a rich, dark brown, cascaded down her back in luscious waves, with a few strategically placed strands framing her face. Her eyes sparkled like diamonds, shining bright with happiness and anticipation.

The maid carefully helped the bride into her exquisite wedding gown, a masterpiece of lace, satin, and tulle. The gown hugged the bride's curves in all the right places, accentuating her slender waist and emphasizing her bust. The delicate lace overlay sparkled with intricate beading, catching the light and sending shivers of delight down the bride's spine.

As the maid worked her magic, the bride's makeup was transformed into a work of art. Soft, natural tones enhanced her features, defining her cheekbones and highlighting the sparkle in her eyes. Her lips were painted a delicate shade of pink, adding a touch of sweetness to her overall look.

The bride's accessories were the perfect finishing touches. A delicate tiara perched on her head, its sparkling crystals catching the light and adding a touch of regality to her overall look. Her earrings, delicate drops of crystal and pearl, sparkled in her ears, complementing the tiara perfectly. A pair of satin gloves, delicate and fitted, covered her hands, adding a touch of vintage glamour to her overall look.

As the maid finished the final touches, the bride gazed at herself in the mirror, her eyes widening in wonder at her own reflection. She felt like a princess, a true fairytale bride, and she couldn't wait to walk down the aisle and start her new life with the love of her life.

The bride's bouquet, a stunning arrangement of white roses, peonies, and hydrangeas, lay waiting on the dresser, its delicate petals and lush greenery a perfect complement to the bride's elegant attire. As she picked it up, the bride felt a sense of completeness, knowing that she was ready to make her way to the altar and exchange vows with her beloved.
