"Have a seat, Miranda," Jack said, pointing at the other end of the couch.
It was paradoxical; she wanted to touch him, yet also enjoyed it when he made her wait, knowing the longer she waited, the better it would feel when he finally took her.
She sat and turned sideways to face him.
"So, how are you and Madison getting along?" he asked.
Madison's interests were so different from her own than it had taken her some time to find common ground with her. At first, she thought Madison had no interest in fashion whatsoever, but eventually figured out that how they could connect.
They both were in one way or another, obsessed about Jack. Madison didn't care about fashion, but she did want to look good for Jack. Something they both wanted. They also both wanted to please Jack, in and out of bed.
So they spent most of their time trying to figure out what Jack liked and disliked.
