"What do you mean her smell keeps changing? Werewolf's scent only changes when they are pregnant or they are in heat." Alaric's brows knitted in confusion.
"That is what I'm trying to figure out. She smells like a werewolf, but at the same time she doesn't," Damon casually tucked his hands inside his pocket.
"Hmmm, that's weird. But anyways, I must admit that she is very brilliant. Although the flood isn't fully managed, the walls have helped to divert some of them away, reducing its impact."
"I'm supposed to have bought a very smart pet, this is proof that I must keep her closer to me," Damon said with a wide grin.
"Do you think she would stay, considering how she almost escaped, encountering the black witches?" Alaric furrowed his brows in disgust at the mention of the witches.
"She is too smart not to be considering escaping again, and that's why I have placed a tracking bracelet on her. She can't take it off. In other words, she is stuck with me."
