Ankit apologized to his grandparents for his rude behavior. He said, for the past few days he was upset, and that's why he couldn't talk to them properly. They forgave him and said they were not angry.
Grandma "What happened on the prom night? Did you propose Maya?"
Ankit "No Grandma."
Grandpa "Again you missed a good opportunity."
Ankit "Actually, that night I realised something. I saw Rehaan and Maya dancing together. They looked perfect with each other. They still love each other, and Maya will never be able to forget him. Rehaan left the house for college. In the college, Rehaan wanted to see Maya, but she didn't come to college that day. The whole day Rehaan felt restless and wanted to talk to her, but didn't call her on her mobile. When Rehaan returned home, he heard his mother talking to someone over the phone and saying, "The vampires know they would become weak this pink moon, and thus would try to hide from us. Don't worry, let them do what they want to do. We would locate them. They forgot we could smell them." Rehaan understood why Maya didn't come to college that day. He realized, Ankit too wasn't in the college that day. He thought they might have left the city for now.
In the evening, Rehaan was having a strange feeling. He was feeling suffocated and left the house without informing anyone. He went to the jungle and felt a little better. Rehaan was standing in the middle of the jungle when suddenly he felt someone standing behind him. He turned back to find Maya standing there. He went near her.
Rehaan "Why are you here? What do you want now?"
Maya "I want to talk to you. I want to say something very important."
Rehaan "What is left to talk about? Everything is over. Just two days, then.... "
Maya "Rehaan, we can still stop the war. If your mother steps back, I'll convince my parents too."
Rehaan "She wouldn't, and I can't even ask her to."
Maya "Your Mom is doing all this because she wants revenge."
Rehaan "And I will take her revenge. I will have to kill your Dad. If I couldn't, then I would get killed instead."
Maya "My Dad didn't kill your father. My Mom told me, it was her. She killed your father Vivek."
