Chapter 33 - Chapter 33

Kurohane's massive foot, size 48, directly connected with Blonsky's face. In Blonsky's terror-stricken eyes, the kick left an imprint on his already less-than-handsome visage, grinding him straight into the ground. Kurohane pressed forward, like a street brawl between thugs, abandoning all fighting techniques, pinning Blonsky to the ground and stomping on him. He was alone, yet somehow, he managed to create the effect of a group beating!

The fight within the mind had truly nothing to do with fighting skills. It was purely about suppression through sheer total mental power, just as in X-Men: Apocalypse, when Professor X was outright brutalized by Apocalypse, pressed to the ground and scrubbed, utterly unable to retaliate. If Phoenix Jean Grey hadn't intervened, there would be no more X-Men stories. Now Kurohane relied on his entire mental fortitude to overpower Blonsky, just as Apocalypse did to Professor X.

He had undergone two consecutive physical enhancements, as well as a mental power boost gained through Telepathy. His current mental strength had far surpassed that of an ordinary person. As for Blonsky's mental strength, he was essentially in a state of complete loss of control at the moment, even though he had mutated into the Abomination after gamma ray exposure. It was already quite good that he could barely maintain self-awareness under Kurohane's influence! If Kurohane hadn't kicked him awake, he wouldn't even be able to utter a single complete sentence now!

"Enough!"

Blonsky, who had been brutally kicked by Kurohane for several minutes, finally grew sick of Kurohane's abuse. As he regained consciousness, he roared his inner thoughts, and even Kurohane was startled by it.

"Who are you? Why do I have no room to resist in front of you?"

"Oh my! My good driver, you're finally awake!"

Kurohane pulled the bruised and swollen Blonsky from the ground, appearing remarkably amiable. He even kindly straightened Blonsky's disheveled clothes and wiped the blood from his own hands onto Blonsky's attire.

"You turned into a yellowish-brown monster and killed people on Broadway Street. But I think you've at least attended kindergarten, so you should be a good, well-behaved child. Doing bad things certainly wasn't your intention! Did you get a little red flower?"

"Yes, I did."

"So, I entered your mind to awaken your consciousness, but you weren't obedient. You kept roaring and screaming and even attacked me, so I could only subdue you with virtue." Kurohane was as gentle as a kindergarten teacher, especially since in Blonsky's current condition, the more he hated and raged, the stronger his power became after transformation. Just like the Hulk, the more he lost his mind, the greater his strength. So Kurohane chose to calm Blonsky at this moment, trying to help him control his body. More importantly, after thoroughly beating Blonsky just now, all the anger in his heart was unleashed. If not for this, why would Kurohane face him with such an expression?

"Really... is that so?"

Blonsky's brain wasn't originally very good; otherwise, why would he agree to be General Ross's test subject? Now that he had been pummeled by Kurohane, his brain was even less capable.

"Of course! Hurry up and take back your body, you're the best baby, hurry and go!" Kurohane coaxed Blonsky as if cajoling a small child, leaving him stunned. He nodded vaguely and replied to Kurohane.

"Okay!"

Kurohane smiled and withdrew his thoughts from Blonsky's mind. He struggled to rise from the pile of pots and pans, rubbing his slightly twisted waist.

Kurohane grumbled, "I need to find better weapons soon. Without Sanwa's power, when facing strange creatures like the Abomination and the Hulk, it's still a bit hard to handle. Captain America's shield is quite useful. Looks like I need to go to Africa earlier. The black slave miners there are oppressed by their nobility, and I must spread the light of freedom throughout Wakanda! As for the ownerless vibranium mined by those black slaves, it's perfectly reasonable for me to keep it for them!"

He picked up the black cape he had discarded on the ground and put it on, then grabbed the thick bone spike lying there. Like carrying a rocket launcher, he ran towards the Hulk and Abomination's battlefield. He had just defeated Blonsky in his mind, and the Abomination's resistance seemed to have greatly diminished. He was basically being beaten one-sidedly now, and even the intensity of the Hulk's attacks on him had drastically weakened. After all, punching a sandbag that doesn't resist isn't interesting, especially with the Hulk's not-so-mature consciousness. In his eyes, the Abomination was just a bigger toy. Coupled with Kurohane awakening Dr. Banner's consciousness, this made the fight between the two giants more harmonious. The scene of them smashing cars like hammers earlier had now ended, and had devolved into a regular street brawl with ordinary punches and kicks.

Kurohane's figure, carrying his "rocket launcher" and running down the street, was also noticed by Nick Fury. The fight there had now ended, and the Hulk had clearly succeeded in suppressing the Abomination. What was the Kurohane kid doing there now? Don't let him provoke the Abomination's ferocity again, or it'll be impossible to clean up!

Kurohane advanced with the bone spike on his shoulder. Under the influence of Action Master, he completed a perfect parkour run amidst the chaotic, rubble-strewn traffic. His physical fitness was now excellent; even while running and carrying something weighing over a hundred pounds, he wasn't flushed or out of breath. If he hadn't twisted his waist when the Hulk ultimately threw him in the air, he could run even faster now!

Standing on the somewhat deformed roof of a bus, Kurohane finally saw the Hulk one-sidedly pummeling the Abomination. The Abomination rolled on the ground clutching his head, and the Hulk's fists were stained with blood from the bone spikes on the Abomination's back. Green and red blood splattered everywhere, yet there were no injuries on his fists. Under the influence of gamma energy, any scratches healed rapidly. However, he still continued to swing his fists at the Abomination on the ground. Around them lay cars that had been dismantled into several pieces. Gasoline spilled on the ground was burning, and the two giant beasts looked like they had just emerged from purgatory!

"Hulk! Move it!"

Kurohane yelled at the Hulk, then hurled the bone spike from his shoulder high into the air. As for why he called out to the Hulk, it was because Dr. Banner wasn't on duty at the moment. Calling out Banner's name might make the Hulk even more displeased! The thick bone spike flew through the air like a javelin. Kurohane pushed off with both feet, leaving a large dent in the bus roof, and the bone spike got lodged in the air from behind. Like a brave Spartan warrior, he fiercely stabbed the Abomination on the ground!
