1. The World of Veltor
Veltor is a vast and diverse world filled with thriving cities, forgotten kingdoms, and mystical zones where ancient powers still linger. It is divided into multiple nations, each with its own culture, power systems, and factions. At its center lies Ultra City—a technological marvel, scarred by past conflicts. Despite its clean reputation, the city hides deep-rooted criminal activity beneath its polished surface.
Once a utopia, Veltor fell into chaos after a devastating world war. In its aftermath, nations rose from the ashes, each seeking their own path.
Notable Locations in Veltor:
Ultra City – A buzzing metropolis of towering skyscrapers, hover-vehicles, and advanced surveillance tech. It's the most technologically advanced city in Veltor.
Starc City – The capital of Veltor and the home of the Hero Association's headquarters. Protected by top-tier heroes, it's known as the Center of Excellence.
