It began with silence... then came the fire.
A scream tore through the night.
Sirens blared. Skies cracked open with flame. And from the heart of darkness, they came—Sultan's army, cloaked in vengeance and power.
Heroes would rise.
Monsters would descend.
And history would be written in blood and lightning.
This wasn't just a battle.
It was the beginning of the end.
September 5, 2042 — Nightfall
The night before the fall.
Ultra City was blanketed in silence, but it wasn't peace—it was the stillness before a storm. Anxiety ran deep through the veins of every citizen. People lay in bed, eyes wide open, wondering what tomorrow would bring.
Would they survive?
The government had issued a strict curfew, a final effort to keep civilians safe in case Sultan's forces attempted a surprise strike. Streets were emptied. Stores shuttered. Lights dimmed.
But not all was quiet.
The heroes patrolled the city, cloaked in shadows, eyes sharp, hearts heavy. They had trained. They had bled. And now… they were the last line of defense.
In every home, every tower, every district—one question echoed:
"Will we make it through the dawn?"
The Long Night Passes — September 6, 2042 – Morning
The long night had passed.
Now, the day of war had come.
Across Ultra City, the people stirred with heavy hearts and quiet thoughts. A curfew still hung over the streets like a warning, but the morning brought no peace. Only questions.
What form of attack will the villains bring?
And what can the heroes do to stop them?
Within the Hero Association fortress, the core members of the Hero Squad stood assembled. The war room buzzed with holographic maps and strategy feeds. Commander Layla stood before them—strong, composed, but deeply aware of the weight resting on their shoulders.
"Today is the day," she said, her voice sharp and unwavering. "I hope you've all prepared well."
Maximus smirked, arms crossed. "Well, it's not like we'd admit we weren't ready, right?"
Raymond shot him a side glance. "No time for jokes, Max."
Max raised his hands in mock surrender. "Just trying to lighten the mood."
Timothy stepped forward. "It's alright. We're prepared—each and every one of us. No matter what they bring."
Layla scanned their faces. She looked for cracks—hesitation, fear, uncertainty. But there was none. Only determination.
"Good," she said. "Stay sharp. We don't know when they'll strike, or where. Just be ready."
Thunder rumbled outside.
The final calm… before the storm.
Ultra City – Moments Before Impact
For a brief moment, it seemed the threat was a bluff.
The city had waited in suspense all morning—but nothing happened. No fire, no villains, no chaos.
Civilians began to murmur.
Maybe they're not coming.
Maybe the heroes scared them off.
But the heroes knew better.
Suddenly—
The ground shook.
A deep tremor roared beneath the streets, rattling buildings from their foundations. Cracks split across roads and walls. Skyscrapers groaned under the pressure as the earth convulsed violently.
Panic erupted.
People screamed, stumbling over one another as debris crashed to the ground. Glass shattered. Power lines sparked. The city was losing balance.
Inside the command center, Layla gripped a railing as the floor quaked beneath her.
"We should've evacuated…" she muttered.
Johnathan, barely holding himself upright, replied, "There was no way we could've known they'd do this."
Layla's eyes blazed. "Get every official out there now! I want emergency teams evacuating civilians—immediately! Deploy the auto-planes!"
"Yes, Commander!"

Downtown Ultra City – Chaos Unleashed
People ran—anywhere, everywhere—dodging chunks of falling stone and splintering metal.
But just as they thought the worst had come…
The sky tore open.
Crimson energy pulsed from glowing rifts, and out of the portals leapt massive gorilla-like beasts, snarling and wild. Their eyes glowed with malice. Their bodies were wrapped in chain-like auras of energy.
The citizens gasped.
They remembered the last time they'd seen creatures like these—Sun and Wukong.
Portals brimming with violent force unleashed energy blasts across buildings, tearing holes through the skyline.
The beasts charged, smashing through vehicles and structures, dragging chaos in their wake. People screamed for help—but none came.
"Where are the heroes?!" someone cried.
"Why aren't they stopping this?!"
But the Hero Squad…
was already moving.
Dark clouds loomed over Ultra City like a funeral veil.
From a swirling rift in the sky, five powerful figures descended: Sultan, Sun, Wukong, and two fearsome newcomers—Drain, a deadly swordmaster who absorbs energy with each strike, and Skull, a hulking being whose mere touch causes cataclysmic explosions.
A chilling silence blanketed the city as Sultan floated above the ground, arms outstretched like a deity of judgment.
> "The world shall know pain," he declared, his voice booming across the skyline.
High above him, suspended in the air, loomed a colossal boulder—shaped like a meteor, its shadow swallowing entire blocks below.
Sultan narrowed his eyes, a cold smirk curling on his lips.
> "Let the cleansing… begin."
In a blink, Wukong split apart, spawning over 350 clones, half of which morphed into massive, monstrous gorillas with glowing eyes and razor-sharp fangs.
Sun raised his hand and opened a swirling portal, tearing space itself. From its depths surged the humanoid beasts of the Gravant Sector—twisted, snarling horrors with elongated limbs and contorted faces.
Screams tore through the streets.
Civilians ran in every direction as chaos unfurled. The invasion had begun.
---
Then, like a comet, he arrived.
Blaze streaked through the sky at Mach 2, a red flare cutting through the clouds. He landed with explosive force, the ground cracking beneath him, winds howling in his wake.
His glowing crimson eyes swept the battlefield.
A flicker of hope returned to the people's eyes.
> "Can he do it alone?" someone whispered.
Without a word, Blaze drew his sword—World Cutter.
Then he vanished.
In a blink, he tore through the ranks of the beasts like a streak of fire. One swing.
Dozens of enemies fell. Buildings behind them collapsed under the sheer force of his attack.
Dust and destruction filled the air.
Blaze raised his sword and pointed it straight at Sultan.
> "You're next."
Sultan didn't flinch.
> "You're troublesome, aren't you? But we both know how this ends. You alone can't stop us."
> "I don't need to," Blaze replied coolly. "Just your head."
Sultan gave a nod.
> "Drain."
The swordmaster stepped forward, vanishing and reappearing mid-air—clashing with Blaze in a shockwave that shattered the clouds.
---
The Hero Squad arrived.
Vilex led the charge, cape flaring.
> "Blaze! You can't just run off like that!"
Sultan turned to Wukong.
> "Triple the clones."
> "Affirmative, boss."
Vilex turned to Superbolt, urgency in his voice.
> "You know what to do."
Superbolt nodded.
> "But this is everyone's home."
> "I know. But if that rock lands, there won't be a home left. Evacuate. We'll rebuild after."
Superbolt disappeared in a flash, zipping through the city, guiding civilians to safety.
Vilex rallied the others.
> "We are nine. One is already engaged."
The others surged forward—Frost, Sage, Hi-Tech, Dark Flame, and Thunderstorm—each launching into battle against the waves of clones and beasts.
Only Mega Panther stood behind, arms crossed.
> "Why am I waiting?" he asked, annoyed.
Vilex pointed to Skull, now cracking glowing knuckles with a devilish grin.
> "Because that one's yours."
Mega Panther grinned.
> "Now we're talking."

Elsewhere – Command Room
Layla sat before her screen, watching it all unfold.
> "Vilex," Johnathan's voice crackled over comms, "who's going after Sultan?"
> "Not yet," Vilex responded. "Evacuate first. Then we take out his army. Sultan will be last."
Layla turned to a cadet.
> "Fire a missile at Sultan. I want to see how he handles it."
> "Ma'am?" The cadet hesitated. "But the city—"
> "Don't worry, soldier. Just watch."
The missile launched, fire streaking through the sky. It rocketed toward Sultan.
With a casual wave of his hand, Sultan redirected it—sending it barreling toward the evacuation zone.
But Superbolt saw it.
In a flash, he intercepted the missile, redirecting it toward a portal Sage opened. The warhead disappeared—then reemerged behind Sultan.
BOOM!
The explosion lit up the sky, a roaring inferno engulfing the villain.
Frost grinned.
> "How about that, you fiend?"
As the smoke cleared…
Sultan still stood—untouched—encased in a radiant, golden force field.
"A god," he said coldly, "is not burned by mere sparks."
