Chapter 30 - Chapter 30: The Abyss of Life Fire

Deep in the Red Star Plateau, blood mist rolled like a tide. Su Yue stood in front of the ancient broken stele, staring at the blurred oath on the stele, and her heartbeat gradually synchronized with the mark on her palm.

"Ethan," she whispered, "If the life fire in my body really comes from that oath master, then who am I?"

"You are still you." Ethan said firmly, "but... you have been given a heavier fate."

He looked into the depths of the blood mist: "But you have the right to choose."

Su Yue did not respond, but just quietly stared at the words painted with blood on the stele in front of her.

"The Red Star falls, the life fire returns. The oath seal is cracked, and the living die."

She gently stroked the stele, but the image of the red-haired oath master going to his death alone flashed in her mind again.

A strong sense of familiarity almost tore her mind apart.

The moment she walked out of the stele forest, the air suddenly changed.

The blood mist suddenly rolled back, as if it was pulled away from the sky by some force. Ethan suddenly drew his weapon, his brows tensed.

"Here it comes."

The ground trembled, and a broken circular magic circle appeared in front of the red plateau. In the center of the magic circle, a broken monument stood, and behind the monument was a heavy stone door covered with spell patterns and cracks.

Three words suddenly appeared in front of Su Yue:

Life Fire Abyss.

"This is... the door of soul sacrifice." Ethan's voice was low.

"It is said that the swear master burned his own life fire, leaving the last remaining soul sealed in the Life Fire Abyss."

"Are you going in now?" He turned his head and asked.

Su Yue did not answer, but slowly stretched out her right hand.

The moment the main source oath seal lit up, the stone door shook violently and creaked, as if responding to the call from the depths of the lifeline.

She stepped into it, and the red light engulfed everything.

[Life Fire Abyss·Inside]

This place does not look like a cemetery, but more like a sleeping memory cage.

The red flames were burning all around, but without a trace of temperature, like the past sealed in an illusion.

Su Yue walked through it, and whispers kept ringing in her ears.

"She is not dead... She was just deprived of her name."

"The life fire is broken, and the sworn soul is scattered. Her revenge has not yet been avenged."

With every step forward, more fragments emerged in Su Yue's mind.

Until she was at the bottom of the abyss, she saw the high platform standing in the center of the flames -

A ball of red spirit fire with only a faint fluctuation was suspended on it.

In the center of the flames, a figure appeared faintly, as if familiar.

That was herself.

No, to be precise, it was another look of "Su Yue" - red hair, golden eyes, a crack between the eyebrows, and wearing a torn sworn master's battle robe.

Su Yue seemed to see a mirror of time.

"You are here." The image in the spirit fire spoke, the voice was soft but contained endless pressure.

"You are... me?" Su Yue almost blurted out.

"I am the part you have never admitted." The figure in the fire slowly stretched out his finger, "You are not only carrying the life fire, but also the last lifeline of the entire 'oath system'."

"If you collapse, there will be no more oath masters in this world."

Su Yue's throat moved slightly, but he couldn't utter a word.

The figure in the spiritual fire continued: "But you also have a choice - you can transfer the life fire and live the life you want again."

"But, are you willing?"

The flame began to jump violently, as if waiting for an answer.

After a long silence, Su Yue slowly raised his head, his eyes as firm as stars.

"I am willing - but not for anyone, but because I choose to believe in myself."

"Even if this road leads to ashes."

As soon as the voice fell, the spiritual fire shook violently, and the ball of life fire suddenly exploded, and the sky-high red flames poured into Su Yue's body.

Boom!

The source of life fire was completely integrated.

Su Yue's blood was flowing backwards, and the soul of the swear master was initially awakened. The oath seal instantly expanded to her chest and arms, as if she was wearing a layer of red armor.

She knelt on the ground, her breath was disordered, but she did not step back.

Just as the fusion of life and fire was completed, outside the Life Fire Abyss.

Ethan was fighting with a blood oath execution team that suddenly appeared.

One of them was his old acquaintance - the flame judge Herrez, who was originally a senior law enforcement officer and "disappeared" in a mission a few years ago.

"Ethan, you are actually traveling with the reincarnation of the swear master... Do you know what you are doing?" Herrez scolded.

Ethan's face was indifferent: "I only know that I want to protect her."

"Then you - go to hell."

Herrez's long sword fell, and the blood flame condensed, turning into a giant wing to kill.

Boom!

With a bang, the gate of the Life Fire Abyss suddenly collapsed.

Su Yue walked out of the flames, her eyes were red, and the fire mark of the Lord of Oaths was burning between her eyebrows. A long red shadow was dragged behind her, like an ancient god descending.

Heres was startled, and her expression was panicked: "You... It's impossible... You haven't just awakened..."

"I am no longer the same as before."

Su Yue raised her hand, and a red flame blade suddenly condensed in the void and chopped down!

Heres had no time to react, and the whole person was chopped and flew hundreds of feet, hitting the red star rock wall heavily, and blood spurted wildly.

Ethan was shocked and speechless.

She became stronger, even - so strong that even he couldn't judge the limit.

"We... must leave here." He whispered, "They won't let you go."

"I know."

Su Yue looked down at the palm of her hand, and the oath seal had completely turned into a golden and red double ring, with seven lock marks appearing on the periphery.

That was the symbol of the "Seventh Level Lord of Oaths".

Thousands of miles away, deep in the Lord's Oath Hall.

A sealed sarcophagus quietly shook, and the ancient inscription on the lid began to crack.

An old and vague voice sounded from the sarcophagus:

"She is back."

"That old oath... must be fulfilled."
