Chapter 29 - A dream? Nightmare? Or a Message

This is what you wanted... This is what you seek... This is what you sow... This is what you reap...

I had no body. No senses.

I didn't exist.

I was nowhere—

—and everywhere.

I couldn't see. And I could see. All at once.

I simply... existed.

---

This is what you wanted... This is what you seek... This is what you sow... This is what you reap...

There were beings—two of them.

No—four.

A million.

But no… just two.

They were everything in opposition—

Good and Evil.

Life and Death.

Creation and Annihilation.

Locked in conflict beyond the grasp of gods, angels, or mortals. A battle so colossal that dimensions crumbled just from their echoes.

Galaxies tore apart. Stars were born and died in moments.

Entire universes blinked in and out of reality.

I couldn't comprehend it.

I had no mouth to scream.

I was in a trance—

—a witness to the universe watching itself being born and destroyed.

---

This is what you wanted... This is what you seek... This is what you sow... This is what you reap...

Two… creatures?

No—forces. Not them, and yet them.

Annihilation existed because Creation did.

One could not end without the other ceasing to begin.

Yet they fought.

Annihilation corrupted everything it touched. Creation, desperate, sealed it—trapping it in a remote corner of the cosmos. But its prison... became a planet. A living planet, infected with ruin.

Creation responded.

It forged seven meanings of life—seven sisters: Progression, War, Peace, Knowledge, Love, Death, and Judgment.

They were sent to guide life, to act as conduits—

—to channel the corruption out of the living planet through mere existence.

But mortal life alone could never heal an Abyssal sentience.

---

Somewhere else…

A star, bright and blinding, radiant with purity.

Even the omniverse bowed before its light.

Facing it was an expanse of black—the final space. A boundary where all things died, where even concepts met their end.

The Singularity.

The star and the void clashed for eons.

In the end, the star prevailed, fragmenting the black into four monstrous incarnations:

The Extinction Dragon. The Plague Dragon. The Disaster Dragon. The Death Dragon.

They were chained and buried… within the same living planet.

In time, the Disaster Dragon fused with the land.

The Death Dragon drifted into the astral and merged with the Sister of Death.

The rest—vanished.

One truth pulsed through my mind, blinding and absolute—

Mono and Azeo.

The Great Parallel. The Duality of All Known.

I could feel their eyes on me. Eyes that watched from beyond time, beyond form.

Their chorus rang inside my bones:

This is what you wanted... This is what you seek... This is what you sow... This is what you reap...

GASP!

Kite jolted awake, soaked in sweat, chest heaving.

His hands trembled. His vision blurred.

It felt like his soul had aged a thousand years in one breath.

What… was that?

His entire body shook. The weight of an ancient truth pressed down on him like a mountain.

Knock. Knock. Knock.

"Kite! Wake up!" Audrey's voice pierced the door, sharp and urgent. "The STF officers are here. They said a book was stolen from the Hermes Library!"

Kite's heart skipped a beat.

His eyes widened in horror.

Things are about to go south…
