Chapter 17 - Chapter 17: He is Kelvin

"Kelvin!"

The name echoed through the air, and Kelvin turned his head to see Aurora, the skilled warrior, calling out to him. Behind her stood her team members, their eyes fixed on Kelvin with a mix of admiration and curiosity.

"What are you doing here?" Aurora asked, her voice laced with a hint of surprise.

The villagers' eyes widened in shock as they realized that the handsome young man who emerged from the portal was none other than Kelvin, the legendary player. Whispers and gasps spread like wildfire as people struggled to comprehend the revelation.

"Is that really Kelvin?" someone asked, their voice barely above a whisper.

"The one who killed a king-level beast on the first day?" another villager chimed in, their eyes wide with awe.

The news spread rapidly, and the village erupted into a frenzy of excitement and shock. People pointed and stared, their faces filled with a mix of wonder and disbelief.

"Oh my god, I can't believe it!"

"He's the one who leveled up to level 15 in just a few days!"

"I know, right?" another villager chimed in. "I've heard he's unbeatable in combat!"

"I cannot believe it... It really is Kelvin,"

"I never thought that the legendary player who was the first to kill a king-level beast and to reach level 15 is standing in front of me,"

"Yeah, me too,"

"I've heard so many stories about him in this five days we been here, but I never thought I'd meet him in person."

"I've seen his name on the novice rankings, but I never thought he'd be so... young," a villager said, eyeing Kelvin's youthful appearance.

"And handsome," a young woman added, blushing slightly.

"I'm going to tell all my friends about this," a villager exclaimed, already planning how to spread the news.

"I'm going to try to get his autograph,"

"Wait, is he really as strong as everyone says?" a villager asked, looking at Kelvin with a mix of curiosity and awe.

"You can try to kills king level beast and see if you can," someone replied. "Let's hope we get to see him in action someday."

"I'd love to see him take on a king-level beast again," a villager said, their eyes shining with excitement.

"Do you think he'd join our team?" another villager asked, their voice filled with hope.

"I don't know, but I'd love to ask him," a villager said, stepping forward with a determined look on their face.

As the villagers continued to discuss Kelvin's abilities and speculate about his future plans, Kelvin himself remained calm and collected, his expression unreadable.

The villagers' conversations were filled with superlatives, each one trying to outdo the others in their praise of Kelvin's abilities. The young man himself stood calmly, his expression unreadable as he surveyed the commotion.

Kael team members looked at Kelvin with a mix of admiration and envy. "You're really Kelvin?" one of them asked, their voice filled with awe.

Kelvin nodded, a hint of a smile on his lips. "That's me," he said, his voice low and confident.

The villagers continued to buzz with excitement, their faces filled with a mix of wonder and curiosity. Kelvin's reputation had preceded him, and now that they had seen him in person, they were even more in awe of his abilities.

The villagers' enthusiasm and excitement continued to grow as they surrounded Kelvin, asking him questions and seeking his attention. Some tried got him to join their team, while others asked for his, if they could join his team or advice on how to improve their own skills.

Without warning, Kelvin activated his Space Lock skill, enveloping the villagers and team leaders in a spatial restraint. The air seemed to thicken, and the people around him froze in place, unable to move or escape.

Aurora and her team, and kael team however, were not affected by the skill, and they watched in surprise as Kelvin walked through their ranks. "What did you just do?" Raito asked, his voice low and curious.

"I used my Space Lock skill," Kelvin replied, his voice calm and collected. "It's a useful ability for controlling crowds and preventing unwanted attention."

The villagers struggled against the spatial restraint, but it was no use. They were trapped, unable to move or speak.

As Kelvin walked through Raito's team, they couldn't help but feel a sense of awe at his abilities. "You're full of surprises, Kelvin," Aurora, them said, a hint of admiration in her voice.

Kelvin smiled slightly, his eyes gleaming with amusement. "I'm just getting started," he said, his voice low and mysterious.

With a wave of his hand, Kelvin dispelled the Space Lock, releasing the villagers and team leaders from their frozen state. They stumbled backward, confused and disoriented.

"What just happened?" one of them asked, looking around in confusion.

"You were just... frozen in place," Aurora replied, her voice calm and collected. "Kelvin's Space Lock skill is quite... impressive."

The people in the village nodded in agreement, their faces pale and their eyes wide with wonder. They knew they had just witnessed something truly remarkable, and they couldn't wait to see what Kelvin would do next.

*The Un

As the players were still reeling from Kelvin's demonstration of his Space Lock skill, a short and energetic figure burst into the novice village, drawing everyone's attention.

"Who is Kelvin?" the newcomer, Kyle, asked, his voice loud and boisterous. "I've heard so much about him, and I'm eager to meet him in person."

Kyle's team members, followed closely behind him, their eyes scanning the village with interest. As they entered the village, they spotted Kelvin standing amidst the crowd, and Kyle's eyes lit up with excitement.
