Tang Qing didn't know how Xia YingYing got to know about the news. Forget it, she was now a mystery to him. He knew Xia YingYing won't forgive him. He had broken the trust she had in him. With that he drove out of the house.
Xia YingYing picked up her phone and dialled a number " keep an eye on Hu Mingyou and Tang Qing"
This wasn't going as she thought. In her past life, Hu Mingyou wasn't pregnant at this time, she remembered she was the one who got pregnant for Lu Quinzue actually. Looks like things change after her rebirth.
She might have changed some orders in this life. She just have to see how things goes.
Soon, a Range Rover pulled up at her front. She felt an intense gaze like a predator's own on her even with the closed window. She didn't need anyone to tell her to get in.
" Hey" Xia YingYing said as she sat down
Lu Quinzue didn't answer or looked at her when she got in. He just kept his stoic face on the screen of his laptop. Xia YingYing rolled her eyes at that.
There was silence in the car. Xia YingYing that always like a silent environment felt like it was killing her right now.
" You're so boring like an old man that you are" Xia YingYing pouted.
The sound of the keyboard stopped abruptly. Old? Was he really old? He looked at his reflection on a mirror close to him. The driver couldn't help but chuckle at his master's movements.
" I mean you ACT like not LOOK like " Xia YingYing emphasize the two words.
" Ohh" Lu Quinzue said. Nobody has called him old except his mom and his good friend. " I'll try to be more lively " .
Xia YingYing was surprised at his words. Lu Quinzue wasn't as bad as rumour says. He was somewhat approachable.
The car stopped at the Civil Bureau Affairs.
There was a long line of people waiting. Xia YingYing looked over at them again. How many of this people are going into a contract marriage like her.
Earlier Lu Quinzue has given her the agreement to sign. With a rule that says;

Xia YingYing felt that, that one word could put her in her place. She needed a powerful backer so she has to follow the rules. But she's someone who doesn't like to be controlled by another person.
"About your ex-girlfriend, is there something I need to know?" Xia YingYing asked him.
" There was nothing else between us before she died. That brooch was given to me by someone else. Her mother saved my life when I was young. She gave me the brooch to give to her daughter. I later found her daughter, have her the brooch and we became acquitted. To eyes of the public it was a real relationship but we just had a mutual agreement to make her known in the entertainment industry " Lu Quinzue said.
It was rare for Lu Quinzue to explain himself but he had to do this to avoid misunderstanding.
" So, the brooch was the only piece they found of her" Xia asked.
" You're smart" Lu Quinzue complimented her.
":Of course I am " Xia YingYing flipped her hair as she said. Lu Quinzue chuckled. His little lady was really interesting.
Lu Quinzue gave Xia YingYing a wedding gown. Though it was simple, it was also exquisite and expensive. The dress was the most beautiful wedding dress she had ever seen. It had daisy flower patterned at the skirt. The back was opened Only joined together with a strap.
Xia YingYing wore the gown, she needed someone to help her fasten the strap. She turned her back towards Lu Quinzue and removed her hair from her back revealing a smooth and fair skin.
Lu Quinzue's eyes darkened. He couldn't help but strengthen his pants. He fastened it quickly trying to avoid touching her skin with was impossible. For Xia YingYing she felt an electric current whenever his fingers brushed against her skin. Just few seconds of tightening the strap felt like forever to them.
" Okay, bride and groom should smile. You're not here for military enrollment" the camera lady, Lu Lei said with her eyes rolled.
They both smiled. Looking at each other with affection. Xia YingYing looked at him without blinking. They looked so lovely together. Xia YingYing caught a glimpse of Lu Lei which left her bewildered.
" President Lu have you noticed that this girl looks a lot like you" Xia YingYing said in a whisper . Lu Lei looked very pretty with her black wavy hair cascading down her skin.
"What do you think?" He chuckled
" No way" Xia YingYing said with her mouth opened wide. Then another sound of clicking was heard from the camera.
Lu Lei hopped towards Lu Quinzue and hugged him.
" Big brother, look at our little sister in-law face " she said while giggling.
" Hi, I'm Lu Lei. Lu Quinzue's older sis"
She said with an outstretched hand.
" Xia YingYing" Xia YingYing said while taking her hands. She couldn't help but be drawn to this lady. She was a refined lady.
" Lei likes taking pictures. It's her hobby. She has always begged me to let her take my wedding photos ". Lu Quinzue said.
Lu Lei giggled. She took Xia YingYing hand to let her watch the photos.
" Ahzue hasn't been this close to other gender apart from me and mom" Lu Lei told Xia YingYing while looking at the pictures." Please don't do anything to hurt my brother. Forget that he's always aloof he cares deeply for his loved ones " she continued.
Xia YingYing stared at her. She really talked like an older sister. Xia YingYing thought Lei didn't know her brother well enough. And to think of it, she hasn't seen Lu Lei in her past life. She only heard some rumours.

" Mom, I'm off to school " Xia YingYing said.
" Okay sweetie, I prepared lunch " Wen Ming said. Her mother was always treating her as a baby. She didn't mind though.
" Mom, dad, I have something to tell you"
Xia father creased his eyebrows. What was he daughter going to say that made her so nervous.
" Go on sweetie " Wu Ming said sweetly to her daughter.
" I got married to Lu Quinzue just yesterday " Xia YingYing said in one breath. After she said that she took a cup of water. It was really bad of her to get married without her father's knowledge but she didn't want to be discouraged.
" What " her parents said in unison.
" You mean president Lu?" Xia father said
" Baby, why did you get married before telling us " Wen Ming said with a disappointed face.
"Mom, I'm sorry. I had my reasons mom. I didn't want you to stop me " Xia YingYing said while sobbing. Her mother was one person who could release all her pent up emotions.
" I'll like to see my son in-law" Xia father said. It was obvious he was happy.
Wen Ming rolled her eyes. Her husband has always been fond of Lu Quinzue. She knew he always wanted to set them together. Well, it seems like his prayers has been answered.
" Okay dad I'll give him a call" Xia YingYing said. She dialled a number.
" Hello" Lu Quinzue's voice came through.
Xia father eye was filled with admiration and pride when he heard Lu Quinzue's voice. Even on his phone he even had an authoritative voice but when he thought of his daughter he couldn't help but think of how his daughter has gotten Lu president to look her side. Yes, she was pretty but Lu Quinzue wasn't the type to be swayed by beauty or was it love at first sight.
" Mom, he said he will come for dinner tonight " Xia YingYing said
" Then I have to start preparing ". Among all of them Wen Ming was the most calm.
Xia YingYing always admired her mother's calmness. She knew that there was a lot of secrets underneath. And yeah her father knew about those secrets. Her mother wasn't so surprised when she told her about her company and here investments in various companies as a major shareholder. Her father had just looked at her mother lovingly and said " she's just like you back then " to which her mother smiled and later gave a sad look. Then she heard her father said " don't worry love, we will guide her together". She didn't know want her parents might have past through. They said her mother was from a poor home but she acted like a dignified lady not just the dignified lady by marriage but the type that training was drilled into her from home.
" Sweetie, are you listening?" Wen Ming called her daughter that has spaced out suddenly.
" Yes mom" Xia YingYing said trying to act proper
" I said you should leave for school now . You're going to be late if you waste anymore minutes" Wen Ming said while scrutinising her daughter
" Okay mom, bye "
She entered her BMW as the driver parked in front of her. She didn't want to be too noticed but there are certain things to do so as not to make people look down on her. She did have her own money. Not from allowances but from her company and work she does. As far as she doesn't do anything illegal her parents would be okay with it.
" Isn't that the latest model of BMW" one of the students said.
" Even my older brother can't buy this with his 5 months allowance" the other chimed in.
" Who do you think it is?"
" Maybe is Tu Zen"
" I heard she has Lu Quinzue as a backer"
" That's normal. She works on his company after all"
Xia YingYing emerged from the car. She decided to drive by herself. She actually gave the driver a one week off today.
" Oh my God, who is she ?"
" Never have I met such a beauty my whole life "
" She's beautiful of course no need to exaggerate it " a student sneered

Xia YingYing walked past them and waved. School is sure going to be interesting. She smiled .

" It's true, afterall my family is part of the aristocratic families " Yu Miyo the girl that first sneered at Xia YingYing said with a raised chin.
" Then why didn't you know she was Ku Zining"
" I didn't go, I heard that Ku Zining is a woman and she is engaged with president Lu" Yu Miyo said with a heart shaped eye
" You really do admire Ku Zining"
" Yes, anyone that slanders my YingYing will face my wrath' Yu Miyo said
" Hey" Xia YingYing walked up to Yu Miyo. In her past life Yu Miyo had commited suicide. They were very close friends. Miyo was a proud lady, she wouldn't just commit suicide unless someone manipulated her or the suicide was an excuse to cover up someone's murder.
And yeah she was correct. Someone did kill Yu Miyo. She vowed to make sure she protects her loved ones.
" YingYing" Yu Miyo said with a beautiful smile. That smile was a contrast of her always cold demeanor.
" I'll like to walk to the classroom with you" Xia YingYing said
" That would be cool" Yu Miyo said
They both walk hands in hands like two best friend from childhood. As they walked to the class all eyes were on them . If Yu Miyo was cool then Xia YingYing was cooler. The boys tried to strike a conversation with them especially Xia YingYing. Yu Miyo didn't give them the chance to talk to Xia YingYing. She was like a chatterbox all along explaining things Xia YingYing knew about.
" Tu Zen is here " some students shouted
" She hasn't been in school for weeks now"
" Say, Xia YingYing and Tu Zen who is more pretty?"
" It's Xia YingYing of course"
" But have you guys noticed how pretty, Yu Miyo is "
" Wow, it's true. Even when standing with Xia YingYing, there similarities is very evident "
Yu Miyo has a very delicate face. With long lashes that needed no extension. She has two sided dimples. She always hold a cold demeanor but has the sweetest smile. It works be said she was Xia YingYing younger sister.
Tu Zen walked into the class with a ferocious look " well, well, well, if it isn't the famous Ku Zining. Ohh, I mean Xia YingYing" she said with a giggle. Her emotions always confused people. One minute she was happy the other minute she's unpredictable.To Xia YingYing Tu Zen was nothing to her but the fact that she had a close relationship with Lu Quinzue was unsettling to her. Xia YingYing completely ignored her.
" What's she feeling like" one of Tu Zen sidekick said
" Well, Xia YingYing is a whole lot level better than Tu Zen" Yu Miyo said
" Yeah, it's true"
" In beauty and in acting" one student chimed in. For the next two minutes, the class was in uproar on who was better at acting.
" Tu Zen acts in her everyday life " Xia YingYing said casually. It didn't look like she was a fan of Tu Zen but others understood the hidden meaning.... Tu Zen was a pretentious person.
Tu Zen face turned ashen when she finally understood what Xia YingYing was saying. This girl was going to be a tough nut. For a moment, Tu Zen didn't know what to say.
" We are here to learn I don't have much to say " Tu Zen changed the topic when she went to her sit.
Yu Miyo looked at her with a squinted eye. She wanted to mind her business but couldn't help think that something was off about this girl. Though Yu Miyo has a cold personality but she was very much a naive girl when you get to know her. Always believing what most people tell her.
The class went smoothly without any more drama. They did have an unexpected test today.
" Who is Xia YingYing " the teacher, Luomen said. Xia YingYing raised her hand up.
" This is extraordinary". He has set everybody's questions to be different. There was a paper full of complications he kept as extra. It just happened that it was later misplaced. What he didn't expect was that a third year student would answer all the questions and even break it down for clarifications. He couldn't answer most of the questions. He was pleasantly surprised when he saw the name : Xia YingYing on it.
" You're a genius, teacher " Luomen said.
The class was once again in uproar. Did the mathematics wizard just called a student teacher. How good was she ?
" Who is your master " Luomen was so excited. He only knew of someone back then who broke records for his intelligence.
" Self-taught" Xia YingYing said. She wasn't lying but she did had a master who said she shouldn't reveal his identity.
Soon, Xia YingYing test script went around the class.
" Omg, she's a genius"
" Alexander you've always been good with maths. Do you understand this ?" Alexander was a tanned skin guy. Attractive and fit. He was the school most handsome man. He's family wasn't well to do but he was popular than many rich younger generations. Although, he was always low-key.
Alexander was stunned when he saw the paper. He has been working on this questions for the past two months and a girl highlighted the answers in a day, not just a day but in few hours or maybe minutes. What was her brain made off?
Tu Zen always ranked 3 in maths. Second place was Yu Miyo spot.
"Fair enough" Tu Zen said as she took the paper.
" Let's form a study group" it was Yu Miyo who suggested. Xia YingYing was surprised. She thought it would be Alexander who would make that suggestion but it turned out to be her new best friend. Well, all is well that ends well.
She didn't have to do much. She wanted Yu Miyo's mind off that her phony lover.
It was surprising how they had the same fate in her past life. She finds it very suspicious. Xia YingYing was drowned and the media termed it as suicide saying she was very disappointed in Hu Mingyou getting pregnant for her fiance. And Yu Miyo died from falling down from a building which happened to be the Lu's group. Reasons were hidden but they termed it as suicide bringing Yu Miyo's diary were she said she was tired of her life. She knew Yu Miyo never had such diary. Yu Miyo died before Xia YingYing did. Everything up till now looked so surreal to Xia YingYing. What if Yu Miyo was also reborn?
She looked at Yu Miyo who happened to be lost in thought. Xia YingYing felt that Yu Miyo was even more mysterious than her. And to think of it, she has never seen Yu Miyo lover. Why did Yu Miyo fall from the Lu's group building? What relationship was there between them? She knew there was no relationship with Lu Quinzue and Yu Miyo. Unless someone wanted to sabotage the Lu Group. That person must have caused Yu Miyo's death. The thought of that made Xia YingYing tighten her fist.
" Hey, yingying are you okay?" Yu Miyo asked.
" I'm good" Xia YingYing gave her a sweet smile .
" Okay"
" Ahemmmm... Miyo, I'm inviting you for dinner tonight at my place " Xia YingYing said. Yu Miyo's eye sparkled but later got dulled the next minute.
" I would love to but I've made preparations with my boyfriend" Yu Miyo said shyly. Xia YingYing eyes darkened.
"I'll really love to see him" Xia YingYing said
"That would be great" Yu Miyo said with much enthusiasm
"But my mom will really love to meet my good friend" Xia YingYing said with a gentle voice
" Ohhh" Yu Miyo was hesitating on cancelling her appointment with her boyfriend.
" I mean you have many times to be with him. Can't you spare some for me " Xia YingYing said looking at her with cure eyes.
" It's just that this is our first date " Yu Miyo said with a blush. Xia YingYing was more angry. How many years of Yu Miyo knowing him and this was their first date ? Yu Miyo was a smart person why couldn't she see his flaws. Okay, she has to admit she was also like that. Love was really blind.
" Okay, I'm coming over for dinner" Yu Miyo said. Xia YingYing was bewildered. She changed her mind so fast. Well, that was for the better.
