"Students Lin Qinghan and Huo Yutong, come to my office after class."
The class time passed quickly. Before it ended, Zhang Lexuan called out to Lin Qinghan and Huo Yutong.
"Okay, let's stop here for today. We'll have formal classes next time."
Zhang Lexuan hadn't covered any major material in the first class, so she didn't bring any teaching materials. After class, she stood up and walked out of the classroom.
"Lin Qinghan, before we go to the teacher's office, I want to ask you for something."
After class, Huo Yutong didn't follow Zhang Lexuan directly to the office. Instead, she went to Lin Qinghan with an embarrassed look.
"Tell me what it is first." Lin Qinghan was intrigued. What could make this strong girl ask for help?
"I want to borrow some money to open a snack stand outside the school. Don't worry, I'll pay you back soon."
Huo Yutong clasped her hands together, her tone pleading. In Shrek Academy, Lin Qinghan was the only person she was slightly familiar with.
"Okay, I'll lend you this for now. We have to catch up to the teacher, though. I don't even know where our head teacher's office is."
Lin Qinghan stuffed a heavy purse into Huo Yutong's hands without specifying when to return it. After all, money wasn't something Lin Qinghan lacked at the moment.

Lin Qinghan and Huo Yutong quickly caught up with Zhang Lexuan and followed her into the office.

Huo Yutong, standing nearby, was stunned when she heard Lin Qinghan address Zhang Lexuan.

"I was originally assigned to the sixth grade this year, and Tang Ya is only in the fourth grade. When I heard you were coming, I directly applied to be transferred to your class."

Huo Yutong nodded and left the office. Being pure and innocent, she didn't think much of the relationship between Lin Qinghan and Zhang Lexuan.
Teacher Zhang Lexuan didn't seem to recognize her either.
"Sister Lexuan, long time no see."
Once Huo Yutong left, Lin Qinghan sat down opposite Zhang Lexuan. Being alone with her made him feel at ease. Their relationship was more than just friendship at this point.
"I haven't seen you since I last visited your house. It's been a while."

She hadn't expected him to come back on time for class. She hadn't paid attention to most of it and just held the purse in her desk drawer, staring at him from time to time.
