Chapter 21 - Chapter 21

Elian

The soft glow of dawn filtered through the curtains, casting a warm light over Aurelia's sleeping form. I lay there, pretending to be asleep, watching her every movement as she quietly slipped out of bed. The sheet slid down her body, revealing smooth, toned flesh. My eyes drank in every curve and line, committing them to memory. She was breathtaking, even in the quietude of early morning.

Aurelia moved silently, her lithe frame bending to retrieve her discarded clothing from the floor. I admired the play of muscles beneath her pale skin, the graceful arc of her spine as she stretched to pick up her bra. My breath hitched as she slid it on, her breasts swelling enticingly against the lace cups. She turned to the dresser, giving me a tantalizing view of her round ass as she bent over to grab her underwear.

Aurelia stood and began to step into her panties, her hips swaying gently. I bit back a groan, my body already responding to the sight of her half-dressed form. She slipped her skirt on next, the fabric hugging her curves perfectly as she zipped it up. My gaze traveled up her body, taking in the way her blouse clung to her breasts, the swell of them barely contained by the silky material.

I shifted my weight on the bed, trying to keep my breathing even as I continued to watch Aurelia dress. She buttoned her blouse, her deft fingers working quickly and efficiently. As she turned towards the closet, I saw her nipples straining against the fabric, a testament to her arousal. I swallowed hard, my mouth watering at the sight. She stepped into her heels, standing tall and confident as she finished dressing.

My resolve crumbles as Aurelia turns towards the mirror, giving me a full view of her from behind. I groan softly, unable to contain myself any longer. Her eyes meet mine in the reflection, and a slow, knowing smile spreads across her face. I shift uncomfortably, feeling my cock strain against the sheets. There's no hiding my reaction now; she knows exactly how much watching her gets to me.

Aurelia raised an eyebrow, a mischievous glint in her eye. "Couldn't resist, huh?" she teased, turning to face me fully. I blushed deeply, unable to meet her gaze directly. "It's okay" she chuckled, sitting on the edge of the bed beside me. Her fingers brushed against my cheek, tilting my chin up so that I had no choice but to look at her. "I enjoy being watched by you."

My cheeks still burn with embarrassment, but I find the courage to meet Aurelia's gaze steadily. "Do you always have to work?" I ask, my voice barely above a whisper. "I wish we could go into the woods to hunt." The idea sparks a longing within me, a yearning for freedom and the thrill of the chase. I imagine running wild and free alongside my Alpha.

Aurelia's expression softens at my words, her thumb tracing lightly over my lower lip. "As much as I'd love to take you hunting right now, I do have responsibilities" she says, her voice tinged with regret. "But tell you what-how about tonight? We'll go for a run together, just the two of us." Her promise sends a shiver of anticipation down my spine. I nod eagerly, grinning widely. "That sounds amazing."

Aurelia leaned in to brush her lips against mine, sealing the deal with a soft kiss. "It's a date then" she murmured, pulling away reluctantly. She stood up, smoothing out her skirt as she looked down at me. "Now, I really must go. I have meetings all morning." I nodded understandingly, watching as she gathered her things and headed for the door.

I sighed, flopping back onto the pillows as Aurelia left the room. My body hummed with energy, my mind racing with excitement at the prospect of our upcoming run. I closed my eyes, imagining the feel of fur sprouting from my skin, the wind rushing through my ears as I chased prey through the forest. It had been far too long since I'd last shifted, and the wolf within me clamored to be released.

I stretch languidly, feeling the delicious ache in my muscles from last night's activities. A contented sigh escapes my lips as I roll out of bed, my bare feet hitting the cool wooden floorboards. I pad over to the window, drawing back the curtains to reveal the bright morning sunshine streaming in. After a quick shower, I dress in comfortable jeans and a soft gray sweater, leaving my hair loose around my shoulders.

The smell of bacon and eggs wafted through the air as I made my way downstairs to the dining room. The pack was already seated at the large wooden table, chatting amongst themselves as they ate their fill. Conversations paused briefly as I entered, several pairs of eyes flicking curiously in my direction before returning to their meals.

I slide into the empty seat next to Raina, offering her a small smile as I reach for the plate of food in front of me. She returns my greeting with a warm grin, her dark eyes sparkling with amusement. "Sleep well?" she teases, nudging me playfully with her elbow. I blush deeply, looking down at my plate as I begin to load it with scrambled eggs and crispy strips of bacon.

Suddenly, amidst the chatter of the pack, a voice echoes through my mind. A voice I haven't heard in so long. "It's good to see you again" my wolf whispers, its presence filling me with a sense of comfort and familiarity. I pause mid-bite, my fork hovering in the air as shock courses through me. My wolf is awake.

"I know" I murmur under my breath, my voice barely audible over the din of conversation. I blink rapidly, trying to process the sudden reawakening of my inner beast. It feels like years since Kael last spoke to me, his silence growing more deafening with each passing day. Raina raises an eyebrow at me, her smile fading slightly as she leans in closer. "What was that?" I shake my head, forcing a weak smile onto my lips.

"You're talking to your wolf, aren't you?" Raina's voice is low, her eyes searching mine intently. I nod hesitantly, unsure of how much to reveal. Kael stirs within me, his curiosity piqued by the presence of another wolf nearby. "He wants to meet you" I whisper, glancing sideways at Raina. She grins broadly, leaning back in her chair as she crosses her arms over her chest. "Well, tell him hello from me."

Raina's casual acceptance of my situation puts me at ease. I turn my attention inward, focusing on the presence of my wolf. "Kael" I think, projecting my voice mentally towards him. "She's friendly." His approval washes over me like a warm tide, and I feel his excitement bubbling beneath the surface. Suddenly, Raina gasps, her eyes widening as she looks past me towards the doorway.

I turn to follow Raina's gaze, my heart leaping into my throat as I see Aurelia standing in the doorway. Her eyes are fixed on me, her expression unreadable. I stand abruptly, my chair scraping loudly against the floor. The room falls silent as all attention shifts to us. "Alpha" I breathe, my voice barely audible. Aurelia strides towards me, her heels clicking sharply on the hardwood floor.

Aurelia stops mere inches from me, her eyes burning into mine with an intensity that steals my breath away. "Cellaria sensed your wolf through our connection and is crazy" she explains, her voice low enough for only me to hear. "She wants to meet him." A jolt of surprise shoots through me at her words, followed closely by a surge of nervous excitement.

I swallow hard, my mouth suddenly dry. "Y-Your wolf wants to meet Kael?" I stammer, feeling the weight of everyone's stares bearing down upon us. Aurelia nods, her lips curling into a smirk as she reaches out to tuck a strand of hair behind my ear. "Is that something you'd like?" she asks softly, her fingers lingering on my cheek. Her touch ignites a fire within me, and I nod eagerly, my nerves momentarily forgotten.

"Let's go to the forest" Aurelia whispers, her breath hot against my ear. I shudder at her words, a mix of anticipation and apprehension coursing through me. The thought of introducing her to Kael, fills me with a strange combination of excitement and fear. I nod, swallowing hard as I try to find my voice.

Aurelia takes my hand, leading me out of the dining room and through the house. Her grip is firm, her steps purposeful. I glance back briefly, seeing the pack members watching us curiously before disappearing from view. We exit through the sliding glass doors that lead to the expansive backyard, the crisp morning air enveloping us as we step outside.

The grass is damp beneath our feet, the remnants of the morning dew clinging to the blades as we make our way towards the tree line. I steal glances at Aurelia, noting the determined set of her jaw and the fiery gleam in her eyes. Her wolf, Cellaria, is close to the surface, her influence evident in the alpha's swift stride and commanding presence.

As we near the forest, Aurelia releases my hand and turns to face me. Her eyes search mine, a silent question hanging between us. I take a deep breath, centering myself as I prepare to call forth my wolf. "Are you ready?" she asks softly, her voice barely above a whisper. I nod, my heart pounding in my chest as I focus inward, seeking the presence of Kael.

Kael stirs within me, his eagerness palpable as he senses the proximity of another wolf. I close my eyes, allowing him to rise to the surface, feeling the familiar tugging sensation as my body begins to shift. Fur sprouts from my skin, my bones contorting and reshaping as my human form gives way to that of my wolf.

I drop to all fours, my paws sinking into the soft earth as I complete my transformation. A sharp pain lances through my skull as my muzzle elongates and my teeth sharpen. I whimper softly, feeling the final adjustments settle into place before opening my eyes once more. Aurelia watches me intently, her gaze filled with curiosity and admiration.

Aurelia smiles at me, her eyes reflecting a mixture of pride and anticipation. She steps closer, reaching out to run her fingers through the thick fur of my neck. "Beautiful" she murmurs, her voice filled with warmth. I lean into her touch, savoring the contact as I bask in the approval of my Alpha. Aurelia straightens, taking a step back as she begins to undress.

I watch as Aurelia removes her clothes, revealing her toned body inch by inch. Her movements are fluid and deliberate, her eyes never leaving mine. When she stands naked before me, she closes her eyes and begins to shift. Her body contorts and changes shape, fur sprouting from her skin as her human form gives way to that of her wolf. I step back, giving her space as she completes her transformation.

When Aurelia opens her eyes, they are no longer the icy blue of her human form, but a piercing red that seems to glow with an otherworldly light. Her silver fur shimmers in the dappled sunlight filtering through the trees, and she shakes herself vigorously, sending tiny droplets of moisture flying from her coat. Aurelia takes a step forward, her nose twitching as she sniffs the air.

Cellaria circles me slowly, her red eyes locked onto mine as she takes in every detail of my wolf form. I stand still, allowing her to inspect me thoroughly, my tail wagging nervously as I wait for her verdict. Finally, she stops in front of me, lowering her muzzle until it's mere inches from mine. Her breath is hot against my nose, carrying with it the musky scent of her wolf.

I feel Kael stirring within me, his excitement and curiosity growing stronger with each passing moment. He pushes against my consciousness, urging me to relinquish control so that he may interact freely with Cellaria. I hesitate briefly, knowing that once I let go, there's no telling what might happen. But the bond between our wolves is undeniable, and I find myself yielding to his insistent prodding.
