**Kaelen's POV**
"Is there something different about you, brother? You're practically glowing."
Orion's mocking voice grated on my nerves as he and Ronan strode into my hospital room. The knowing smirk on his face made it clear he'd heard about what Corbin had interrupted. News traveled fast in our pack, especially when it involved the Alphas.
"Shut up," I growled, adjusting myself against the pillows. My body still hummed with frustration from the abrupt end to my time with Seraphina. Her scent lingered in the room, a constant reminder of what might have been if we hadn't been interrupted.
Ronan dropped into the chair beside my bed—the same chair where Seraphina had kept vigil all night. "How are you feeling? Besides sexually frustrated, I mean."
I shot him a withering glare. "I'm fine. Now tell me about the rogues who attacked me."
"Two survivors," Ronan said, his expression turning serious. "They're in the dungeons now."
