Harley has it all but for some reason his life is still so empty. When he leaves his Job on a whim he's faced with the reality of having to restart his career from scratch in his mid thirties, that fact haunts him. How will he handle life, love and family when all of it feels so bleak and meaningless.

Orlando has never wanted for much, rich, gorgeous and the icing on the cake being eternal life. But eternity alone is a bit too drab for him. When he is promised a mate on his 16th name day he feels nothing but excitement and hope. But that was 300 years ago. When will this void be filled, when will his heart begin to beat?

This is my second attempt at writing and completing a story so things feel familiar and different all at once. I'm a bit nervous but excited I hope you all enjoy. 


It is also has gay main characters if that bothers you see ya :).


Any thoughts the POV character will have will be in italics ex. 


The POV will have the name of the character at the beginning of the chapter.


Also the first 5 or so chapters jump around time wise, chapter 1 starting after the events of chapter 2 - 4.
