"He's on the way to the hospital? I need to get there before him and tell the injured people what they should tell him, if he asks them before I do, then they will definitely set a bounty on Sa-iqs head." Thought Normine to herself.
Jonathan kept walking down the road. He was distracted by the sight he was seeing on the left. The port being so lively with the water being crystal clear. A clear blue sky with the sun shining down on the people. He was so distracted that he never noticed Normine, who managed to zoom by him and get to the hospital first.

Normine arrived at the hospital, gasping for air after exhausting herself so much. She went into the rooms of Sam and Sami and told them exactly what to say. However, Normine kept thinking about one thing specifically.
"What will happen to Sa-iq?" Asked Sami while laying on the hospital bed, his leg full of bandages.
"I don't know, but I'll make sure nothing happens." Said Normine. She then walked out of Samis room and went towards Saras room. Normine then opened the door and was surprised to see that Sara was still unconscious.
"Fuck, I'll just have to hope Sara doesn't remember much, I can't stay here for too long and let Jonathan find me." Normine whispered to herself. She then left, taking a route where Jonathan wouldn't be able to see her.
"Hmpf, those 2 kids told me the same story Normine told me. Maybe Normine really was telling the truth. Oh well we went from a psycho demon boy to a missing kid. Doesn't really make it better." Said Jonathan to himself.
"His sister Sara is still asleep, maybe she could give me some hints about the kidnapper. Welp, guess I'm waiting for her to wake up." He followed up.
Sara slowly opens her eyes, her mind racing as she noticed all of the colorful wires connected to her body. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw someone whom she's only seen online.
"Jordan?" She thought to herself
"Hey, I am Jonathan, a higher ranked agent from the Agency. Im here for questioning about a recent event which includes the death of 13 people and 1 missing person, here is my I.D card." Said Jonathan while showing her his I.D.
"B-rank? What could such a high ranked agent possible want from me?" She thought to herself. Then memories of the night before flash by and she suddenly remembers.

Back in the closet, Sa-iq sat there wondering just what the hell was happening. Then, they came. The memories of the demon taking control, massacring all of those people came by and he was shocked. He started gripping his head, wanting to rip out his hair. The frustration he got when he remembered that his hair was too short for him to even rip it out. His face became sweatier, this made him look at his palms. He thought to himself. "These hands did all of that?" While he was shocked after finding out a demon lived and shared his body. He was mostly in fear. If Normine never arrived, what was it planning to do? Suddenly the small line of light pushing through the crack of the closet widens up as Normine opens the closet. He looked towards Normine, his shocked and guilty expression never leaving.
Normine kept looking at him, she knew at his state of mind right now, doing what she planned was ludicrous. However, it was something she had to do.
"It wont be long before they find out the true story, once they do they will hunt you down, Sa-iq." Normine stuttered.
"Wha-" He said.
"You will have to be on the run, the agency wants you dead. From now on you must learn to help yourself. They will put heavy security on me, and I simply won't be able to keep you alive." Normine said.
"But why? It wasn't me who killed them!" Sa-iq choked.
"Trust me I know, I saw it myself. That thing has no right to take on your identity. That's how the agency works, they eliminate any threat to humanity, and as of right now. Because of the demon that is trying to take your identity, you are considered a rogue agent." She stated.
"This is the most I can do, I am sorry for failing as a protector." She said before she began to pack Sa-iqs stuff so that he could go on the run.

Back at the hospital, Jonathan stared at Sara, happy seeing her wake up.
"First of all, I wish you the best since this is probably a difficult time for you. But anyways what happened exactly on the night of the attack? A high ranked demon had attacked the your city and killed 13 people. Also, Sa-iq Shawkat is missing so we would like to know about any information about him." He asked, his tone being a lot more serious than it usually is. From Saras POV, Sa-iq seemed possessed. This led her to think that telling the truth to a high ranked agent would help Sa-iq in some way or another.
"Please go and help my brother! Some demon took control of his body and killed all of those people!" She shouted. Jonathan was more than surprised. He'd never heard of something like this. Sa-iq or Normine being traitors definitely made more sense, but a demon taking control of someone's body is unheard of.
"So, like a zombie? He got infected?" Asked Jonathan.
"I-I don't know! Last I saw him he looked the same but adopted demonic characteristics. But there is one thing I know. This wasn't Sa-iq who turned into a demon, this is a demon controlling his body!" She shouted.
"Hmm, there is one recorded incident of someone becoming a demon, but none of a demon taking control of someone's body like a parasite. Oh well, I'll report back to my higher ups and try to catch him as soon as possible, thank you for your cooperation Sara Shawkat." Jonathan then took out his hands for her to shake. Sara rarely ever shook hands with anyone, so she was caught off guard but shook his hand anyway.
Outside Saras hospital room. Jonathan stood there waiting for his call to connect, while he waited he began walking towards Normines house. His call finally connected after he had just left the hospital.
"Hey Jordan, I've talked with the injured people, two of them told me the same story but Sara said that Sa-iq got infected or something and a demon took control of his body and ravaged the city." The ambience of nearby driving cars was getting louder as Jordan and Jonathan got more silent, trying to let the information they got sink in.
"Oh yeah I also questioned Normine, and she looked kind of nervous when I was talking to her, the 2 other also happened to tell the same exact story as Normine but the one who was unconscious didn't, should I deal with Normine? She might be involved in helping Masquerade. Assuming this massacre was caused by Masquerade." Jonathan said. He waited for so long for Jordan to answer that Jonathan thought the call disconnected.
"No, she isn't helping Masquerade. Stop coming up with idiotic ideas like that, however I still want you to detain her. Now that we found out what happened she will probably tell the full story, I too am interested in learning more about this parasite case. Also find Sa-iq Shawkat, I'll send an upper rank to help with your investigation." Jordan said before disconnecting from the call. Jonathan looked at his phone, happy as he was getting closer to the truth.

The sound of knocking was heard on Normines door. She looked through the peephole and saw Jonathan standing there and waiting.
"What do you want now?" Asked Normine
"I simply want to investigate your house for DER traces, the more DER we find the closer we get to finding this demon." Responded Jonathan. Normine opened the door, not fearing anything as she knew Sa-iq was already on the run. In a flash, Jonathan put a rope around Normines neck to block her DER production.
"I thought you were faster than that." Jonathan jeered.
"I wasn't expecting a so-called ally to do this to me." Responded Normine.
"Well, you're temporarily under arrest until we make sure you truly involved in this. But the true reason I blocked your DER production was so I could investigate your home without having you do anything to me." He said.
"That would be a waste of your time." She responded.

At the Dermine headquarters, the upper ranks decided to meet up with each other and figure out what to do.
"So, he's pretty much a vessel for some random demon?" Asked upper rank 4 Mascle Krepkov.
"Yeah, we'll put a bounty on him as of now, whoever catches him gets like 100k dollars." Said upper rank 1 Jordan Renegade.
"Isn't 100k too little for a demon?" Asked upper rank 2 Lorien Qiang Shi
"Sa-iq himself is weak, and I doubt Masquerades group are going to waste a strong demon on a weak person, either Sa-iq has gotten turned into a demon or something else lives and shares his body, if the 2nd option is true, then the demon is probably weak. About the bounty, I don't plan on making any of this public. However, among the Dermine agents around the world, whoever catches him gets 100k. I think that's more than doable."

"As of right now the agency has kept all news about the massacre that happened last night in the nation of Levant a secret. Why do you think that?" Asked a reporter.
"Well, as someone from the Anti-DER action, I'm sure this could be a cover up of another Rogue agent. The agency hates admitting that even Dermines can be bad peopl-" a shutter sound of a tv turning off is heard throughout the room. Sara sits in her home devastated by the news. Normine was released shortly after. She decided to tell the truth which made the agency figure out, that Jordans 2nd possibility was the true one. This also meant that even Normine, Sara, Sam and Sami were all able to get 100k for catching Sa-iq.
"I'll find Sa-iq myself and protect him from those bounty collectors!" Sara whispered to herself. Deep down she knew the injury she had gotten from last night was still making her unable to fight. Sara being all alone now, laid back on her bed and began contemplating life.
"Mom's gone, and soon Sa-iq will be gone too, I-I j-just hope this is some b-bad dream." She sobbed. Her sobbing soon disappearing after she fell asleep.
