I wanted to laugh out my lungs at Jayden's preposition when i thought that he was joking but sadly, he wasn't. He was as serious as a working bee out there in the wild in search of pollen.
I looked at Noah but he only shrugged his shoulders at me as if to tell me that he didn't want to be a part of this conversation at all. It's like he didn't want to be here too.
"What do you mean by we have to kill her?" I asked in complete shock at the way he spurts out unreasonable things without a single care in the world.
"That woman Jayden is our mate. She's as much yours as she is to us so how on earth did you think that we were going to support this ridiculous idea of yours?"
"So you want to mate her at our own detriment?" He countered in spite. I honestly don't know why he hates her so much. Sophia hasn't even crossed paths with him before or did they have another encounter that I'm not aware of?
