"Kat? Katia?" I heard mom call while I was fast asleep
"What is it?" I bemoaned as I forced my eyes open.
"Katia! Wake up. You've been sleeping for hours now. Come on" she tapped me and I forcefully woke up.
I yawned and sat up on the bed.
"Oh mum! I'm feeling so dizzy!" I grumbled as I itched my eyes.
"Baby , are you sure you're fine? You've
"K been sleeping a lot lately and why's your temperature so high?" She asked and I looked at her.
"I can't tell mum. I've been so sick lately and I can't tell what's wrong with my body Um by the way....are you done cooking? I'm starving "
"Huh?!! You've got to be kidding me!! I mean you ate over 10 cupcakes before sleeping,you can't be hungry "
"Oh...mother, I'm..."
"Anyways, there's someone here to see you. He's waiting outside"
I furrowed my brows and looked at her.
A *he*?
"Who's he?" I asked curiously because I wasn't expecting any visitor.
"I didn't get his name. Go take a look "she replied and left the room..
I thought. Who could the male visitor be? I don't have any male friends.
I sighed and left the bed, going out of the room
I didn't meet mum in the sitting room and I opened the door and WTF!?
It was Liam,yes that Liam . His eyes beamed the moment he saw me.
What the hell?
"You?" I flinched.
"What're you doing here?"
He inserted his hands into his trouser pocket and came closer.
"Hi" he muttered as he stood in front of me emotionless.
"What -are you doing here?" I asked again, wanting him to go straight to the point.
"Look, I don't want trouble, okay? I just came for us to talk..."
Before he could finish his statement, I gave him a solid slap.
"Are you out of your mind?", I asked .
"After trying to rape me, you had the guts to come to my house? How did you even know where I live?"
He touched his cheek for a while before letting go.
"Like I said, I just came so we could talk" he said calmly and I scoffed.
"Really? Talk about what, Liam? Tell me"
"I'm sorry, Katia. Sorry for trying to hurt you. I...I wasn't thinking straight that night. I was brought up that way,I regret my actions so I came to apologize..."
"Are you for real? Tell me, Liam, if I hadn't hurt you would you had let me go?"
"Fighting back and hurting me had nothing to do with me letting you go. I wasn't really hurt and if I had still wanted to have my way with you, I'd have f**ked you to your last breath".
I gasped in shock.
"You shameless man! How dare you?" I growled.
"Katia please, stop making me look like a bad person. I'm really here to apologize, okay? I'm sorry for what happened" he said tiredly and I folded my hands.
"It was Sophia right?" I asked.
"Sophia gave you my address - the same way she assisted you in tricking me into that room..."
"Chil! Sophia had nothing to do what happened. Okay? That night, she never called me on phone asking me to bring you to her Infact she had no idea "
I kept mute for a while.
"Well, I really don't wanna have anything to do with you. You almost ruined my life. Now, if an apology is all you came to offer, you can leave"
And with that, I turned around
To leave.
"Katia" he called and I stopped in track to listen to him
"I'm really sorry". He cooed.
I just stared at him and left ,trying to wrap my fingers around what just happened.

I returned to the sitting room and met mom there.
"Who's he?" She asked immediately, her hand at akimbo.
Gosh! I knew she was gonna ask.
"Its nobody ,mum. He's just...someone I don't wanna see" I replied, tucking my hair behind my ear.
"Really? Why? What did he do?" She asked, but I really didn't want to talk about it.
"Mum,it's not important. I..."
Immediately, I had the urge to throw up,I covered my mouth with my palm and ran into my room.
As soon as I got into the toilet, I emptied my stomach
Oh God! Why does this keep happening?
"Kat?" Mum came rushing in and met me in the toilet.
I dragged myself to the sink washed my mouth. I felt so weak.
"This is getting serious ,Katia . You're really sick" she said from behind.
"Get dressed. We're going to the hospital for a proper check up".

"Son, son, come on; please don't do this. You can't leave ..."Mother grumbled as I packed my luggage.
"I've told you, mother; it's important. I need to find Tamzin" I said without looking at her.
"But why do you need her?"
"She's carrying my baby, mother!" I snapped and turned to look at her.
"She's pregnant for me and you know it! I can't stay here knowing she might be in danger".
"Hank" she called tenderly and placed her hand on my shoulder.
"As the prince and heir ,you can't endanger yourself simply because she's pregnant,how sure are you that baby is yours? You will have other children with a woman worthy of you"
I sighed and backed her.
"I can't leave Tamzin, mother. I trust her. She's the mother of my first baby and I can't just dump her" I said.
"That lady's a traitor! She ran away from her own people. How are you even sure she's still alive?"
"I don't know, but I need to find her!",I almost yelled.
"If not for anything, but the baby. I can feel it; the baby's still alive. And I need to find her".
She kept mute and I turned back to my bag and zipped it up.
"I promise to come home with her the moment I find her. I'll be back before you know it. You can convey my message to father" I said coldly and walked out with my bag.
