Chapter 1: The Blooming of Rivalry*

---

In the floating garden-palace of Aureveris, where flowers never wilt and the skies shimmer with eternal daylight, the princesses of the Architecture Realm's royal society gathered under an extravagant crystalline dome. It was the Spring Vita Showcase—a glamorous annual tradition where each princess demonstrated the strength of her Vita, their ability to manipulate life, matter, and spirit through sheer mastery of compound qualities.

Among them stood Princess Lily Orchid Magnolia, a vision of angelic grace. Her silky lavender hair flowed like wind-tossed petals, and her ivory gown glowed with embedded micro-crystals pulsing with 40,000,000 Vita Points—a number unheard of even among the elite. With a single gesture, she summoned elegant spirit beasts: a white light tiger that prowled with serenity, a sapphire stallion that galloped in the air, and a mythical swordfish that swam through sky-currents. Flowers bloomed in her footsteps, and her radiant aura made birds harmonize involuntarily.

Nearby, Princess Marigold clenched her perfectly manicured hands. Her eyes sparkled—not with admiration, but envy.

> "She thinks she's so perfect," Marigold muttered under her breath, her golden curls stiff with frustration.

"Always the center of attention, always 'Vita this' and 'Spirit that'…"

Though Marigold herself had over 20,000,000 Vita Points, she could never match Lily's effortless elegance or her affinity with rare spirit fauna. Jealousy bloomed like a weed in her heart.

On the other end of the garden, Princess Viola Hollyhock leaned against a wrought-iron gate, arms folded over her corseted black velvet dress. Her face was unreadable, porcelain-pale under the shadow of her gothic parasol.

> "40 million?" she muttered coldly. "That's excessive."

Despite her deadpan tone, a flicker of resentment stirred within. Viola had a dangerous kind of elegance—commanding shadows, shaping necroflora, and raising rare obsidian orchids with whisper-level control. But unlike Lily, no one ever cheered for her flowers.

---

Beneath the shimmering archways of the garden, Princess Amaryllis squealed with joy, twirling in her neon pink-and-cyan hair buns and snapping a selfie.

> "OMG! Lily, you slay every time! Hashtag: VitaQueenVibes," she chirped.

Next to her, Princess Rosemary clapped politely, her traditional floral robe brushing against the polished whitegrass path. Unlike the others, she bore no envy—only genuine awe.

On a marble picnic cloth nearby, Princess Zinnia, the recently inaugurated magenta-furred Nine-Tailed Fox Princess, chomped on elite golden berry fruits. A normal human would've spat them out due to the overwhelming essence concentration. Zinnia merely wagged one of her luxurious tails and sighed contentedly.

> "Not bad," she mumbled, licking berry juice off her paw-like hand. "But I liked last year's fruits more…"

---

Further back, atop a lounging pile of embroidered pillows and fur, Princess Neptis Hydrangea lay sprawled over her massive white bear familiar, Albus. Her dress was black mesh laced with sapphire chains, and her headphones pulsed with gothic techno music.

She didn't care about rankings or Vita counts. To her, watching the other princesses scramble for recognition was just entertaining.

> "Viola," she said, scrolling through her enchanted tablet, "if you ever want to hex someone… I'm game. I got some spare cursed lilies growing in the back."

Viola raised a brow slightly. That was probably the closest thing to affection Neptis ever gave.

---

Meanwhile, Princess Camilla was in the artifact garden, perfecting her alchemical plasma roses, tuning the petals to emit sonic frequencies. Princess Tulip, beside her, was working on her elusive living painting—a swirling canvas of magical pigment that told stories with each brushstroke.

They didn't care about the ceremony. Their art was their statement.

---

Suddenly, the skies shimmered. A floral hologram flickered overhead, announcing:

> "THE PRINCESS VITA TOURNAMENT BEGINS IN 3 DAYS."

A hush fell. Marigold's heart skipped. Viola's eyes narrowed. Neptis turned up the volume on her music. Zinnia licked her fangs.

Lily simply smiled, walking past the others as glowing vines curved around her presence.

> "I hope you're all ready," she said kindly. "I'll be rooting for you."

But to the others, her voice might as well have said: "You'll never catch up."

Chapter 2: Bloom and Brilliance

---

The day of the Spring Vita display the aesthetic of the world was nice, the Lux Star shining radiating a golden hue light, the plants growing and flowers blooming, sky was clear and the display had various fans and followers many alike humans, beastkin, elves, dwarves, orcs even the monsters joined in like husk, woods demons, archer skeletons, wraiths, etc.

Each princess had their time to shine.

---

🌼 Princess Marigold – The Golden Glow

The gates opened to a thunderous applause as Marigold descended the stairway of sun-kissed roses. Draped in a dress of shimmering gold thread and sunflower patterns, she waved with royal flair, basking in the admiration.

> "Of course they love me," she whispered, flicking her perfectly curled hair. "Who else glows like the Lux itself?"

The crowd erupted as she performed her showcase: golden vines spiraled in midair, forming a castle of sunlight; mechanical bees danced in sync, harvesting honey from illusions; a solar lion roared beside her.

Her smile gleamed with pride…

…Until Lily Orchid Magnolia stepped onto the stage.

Dressed in gentle hues of white, rose, and violet, Lily didn't need to command attention—it followed her naturally. Her spirit beasts moved as extensions of her soul: the white light tiger leapt through halos of glowing lilies; the stallion ran along a bridge of rainbow petals; her swordfish spiraled through the air like a constellation come alive.

Even the wind paused.

The cheers tripled. Marigold's confident smile twitched.

> "She's always doing too much…"

---

🖤 Princess Viola Hollyhock – The Gothic Enigma

Then came Viola.

She didn't enter. She appeared—walking slowly through a tunnel of black roses that grew and decayed with every step. Her layered black and violet dress trailed with smoke-like petals. Her eyes didn't acknowledge the crowd.

They hushed on instinct.

She summoned a field of black lilies that emitted haunting echoes. A giant skeletal raven perched silently beside her, its wings veined with glowing silver veins.

> "You may cheer," Viola said without emotion. "But I won't hear it."

Even without trying, the audience was utterly captivated. Whispers spread:

> "Is she scary?"

"No… I think I love her."

"She's like if Wednesday Addams was a nature deity."

Viola ignored it all, though her eyes lingered fondly on Lily across the stage. The tiniest smile tugged at her lips before vanishing.

---

🎮 Princess Rosemary – The Playful Dragonkeeper

With a blast of pink confetti, Rosemary slid into the arena on a hoverboard, dressed in a crop top and floral shorts. She grinned and waved both arms.

> "Let's gooo! I brought a special friend today!"

The crowd screamed as a colossal dragon—glittering with vines and glowing scales—descended behind her. The arena's temperature changed with its breath. She jumped off the hoverboard, hugged the dragon's claw, and winked at the crowd.

> "His name's Big Bloomie. He loves compliments."

Cameras flashed wildly. Screams followed.

---

📸 Princess Amaryllis – The Cyber Icon

Amaryllis was already live-streaming when she stepped on stage, flashing her signature cyberpunk grin. Her magenta-and-cyan hair flickered with built-in LED strands. Her outfit glittered like shattered neon glass.

> "Hey guys! VitaFam in the house!" she shouted.

She launched heart-shaped drones that threw mini plushies of herself into the crowd. Fans caught them and scanned the QR sigils for magicoins, the universal princess currency. She spun in place and summoned a holographic lightshow made from fractured colors and coded butterflies.

> "Be kind, be cute, be Vita-powered!"

---

🌊 Princess Neptis Hydrangea – The Sleeping Sea Deity

When Neptis was announced, she was already lying down—on a floating lotus pool bed carried by her giant bear, Albus. The crowd screamed in awe as waves of water gently flowed beneath her platform.

> "Can I nap yet?" she yawned, brushing a strand of dark blue hair aside.

Despite her laziness, her power was oceanic. Tidal spirits danced behind her. Her mere presence made the air damp with awe. A cult-like group of fans appeared below the stage, all wearing "Neptis Is My Tide" shirts.

> "Bless us, Lady Neptis!"

"Notice me, Sea Queen!"

She sighed, lazily conjuring a rain cloud that gently rained only on her own followers.

> "You're all ridiculous… But whatever."

She signed dozens of enchanted autographs without even getting up.

---

🐚 Princess Camilla – The Quiet Prodigy

Camilla entered shyly, her soft hair tied with herbal charms, her long dress blending with the trees. She was easy to overlook—until she snapped her fingers.

A vibrant flower golem formed from the stage's floor, rising into a towering guardian. Her alchemical blooms sang soft notes in harmony. The judges gasped.

> "I-Is she always this powerful?"

"No one told me she was this advanced…"

Camilla smiled nervously but gave a tiny wave. One of her magical butterflies formed a heart midair.

---

🌷 Princess Tulip – The Snappy Genius

Tulip strutted in with a scowl.

> "Everyone's too loud."

Dressed in a minimalist black-pink dress, she held a tiny hedgehog in her hands. The crowd "aww"ed.

> "Be quiet," she muttered—and tossed the hedgehog.

The hedgehog morphed mid-air into a massive, spiky beast, roaring with the fury of a dragon. The sound shook the arena. Everyone froze.

> "Much better," Tulip said, smirking at the silence.

---

🔥 Princess Zinnia – The Rainbow Flame Fox

Zinnia leapt onto stage with fireworks of chromatic fire trailing behind her. Her nine tails spread like a sunburst, each radiating a different animal-shaped flame.

> "Alright everyone—SPECTACLE MODE!"

Each tail brought out a creature that performed a different trick:

The rabbits juggled berries

The monkeys swung from tail to tail

The wolves howled with rhythm

The bears lifted flaming boulders

The lions roared in harmony

The squids painted fire symbols in the air

The frogs hopped between platforms

The swans danced in midair

And the whale appeared in the sky, releasing a rainbow fire geyser

The audience LOST IT.

> "ZINNIA ZINNIA ZINNIA!"

---

And yet… Lily stood calm, watching each of them. There was no rivalry in her smile. She gently placed a flower in her hair and whispered:

> "We all bloom in our own ways."

As the sun set, the judges announced:

"All Princesses advance to the next round."

The crowd screamed.

Even Viola… softly clapped once.
