Volume II – Chapter 3

The Continent of the Supreme Eras

— Introduction to the World —

The world where the Seeker's soul had arrived was known as the Continent of the Supreme Eras.

It was a realm where magic and power were not just parts of life — they were life itself.

A world where dragons tore through the skies, and atop silent mountain peaks, ancient cultivators meditated to grasp the truths of existence.

Here, blood and glory, life and death, danced in an eternal cycle — as if echoing the very breath of the universe.

---

On this continent lived both mages and ordinary people.

Every child, upon reaching the age of six, underwent the Awakening of the Battle Avatar — a spiritual companion bound to their destiny.

An Avatar could take any form:

– a beast,

– a weapon,

– a spirit,

– or even the embodiment of a natural element.

Each Avatar was unique — and often awakened with mutational powers, making it even more formidable and mysterious.

---

Battle Avatars were divided into three types, and their strength was measured by Ranks.

The highest known rank ever achieved was 150 — a mythical level. Only one person in history had ever surpassed that threshold, ascending beyond all limits to become a true Supreme — a being who transcended mortality and merged with eternal law itself.

---

Spiritual Cultivation was also divided into tiers:

Lower Tier cultivators could reach only up to Rank 90, after which progress was impossible.

Middle Tier allowed advancement to Rank 120.

Upper Tier cultivators could reach up to Rank 149.

But to cross into Rank 150 — and become a Supreme — one needed more than just strength. It required centuries of accumulation, profound enlightenment, and a deep understanding of the universe's very essence.

---

To grow stronger, cultivators needed to absorb Beast Stones — crystallized cores formed inside cultivating beasts, creatures with their own hierarchy of strength.

Once a beast reached Rank 250, it could gain consciousness equal to a human's.

According to ancient myths, when the first humans were created by the Supremes, they were gifted with the Fruits of the World Tree — the source of intelligence and emotion.

But the final fragment of that fruit… was consumed by a beast. And from that day forward, the highest-ranked beasts gained thought, feeling, and purpose.

---

Beast Stones came in different colors, representing their power:

White — after Rank 6

Orange — after Rank 15

Green — after Rank 30

Violet — above Rank 90

Red — the rarest and most powerful, only found in beasts above Rank 250

---

Every 10 ranks, cultivators required a new Beast Stone to advance.

Each absorption activated a part of their Spiritual Circle — a glowing ring that formed behind their back, divided into 14 segments.

The first segment lit up at the top, and each new stone awakened another, completing the circle over time.

---

Beast Stones didn't just provide strength. They also granted unique skills:

White and orange stones granted one skill,

Violet stones granted two,

Red stones granted three.

These skills varied based on the essence of the Avatar and the soul of the beast absorbed.

On rare occasions, powerful ancient artifacts were found inside beasts.

When absorbed, these relics infused the user's soul with mysterious power — and unlocked secret, forgotten techniques.

---

When a cultivator finally reached Rank 150, their body radiated a golden brilliance.

That light was a sign — they were no longer human.

They had become a Supreme.

They had crossed the threshold separating mortality from eternity…

And merged with the very laws of existence.
