Chapter 22 - Chapter 22 – Heaven Burns From Within

"The gods built this place as a sanctuary. He will turn it into a tomb."

---

Divine Assembly – The Last Council

At the summit of the Celestial Thrones, within the Godhall of Eternity, every surviving deity gathered.

The sky above them was cracked.

The thrones trembled.

From the war god to the god of mercy, from the primordial deities of creation to the minor gods of rain and song—they all stood in silence, watching the echoes of Jin Black's slaughter roll like thunder through the divine firmament.

Even the Pillars of Law—a trio of concept-gods who embodied Justice, Order, and Oaths—shivered beneath the weight of what had come.

The All-Father slammed his scepter into the dais.

> "This has gone too far." "He has slaughtered our seraphim. Desecrated the Halls. Broken the First Wall." "And now... he climbs."

The Goddess of Light wept golden tears.

> "He unmade prophecy. I can no longer see what comes next."

> "My visions return only static and screams."

The God of Time spoke slowly:

> "He erased three of my Chosen. Their names no longer exist. Not even in memory." "They are unmade."

The God of War grinned, blood on his lips.

> "Perhaps it is time we met him on the field. No more avatars. No more games."

But the Goddess of Death shook her head.

> "He carries something older than you, War. Older than all of us." "Something sealed before time itself." "The chains we forged have broken."

A murmur swept the room.

The God of Secrets, hooded and faceless, finally spoke:

> "I warned you." "When we buried that name in the void, when we chained the Malice beyond the stars, I warned you a host would awaken."

> "Jin Black is not a man." "He is the echo of our sins."

The God of Mercy collapsed to his knees.

> "I felt the Seraph Azriel scream. She begged for death. It never came." "He made her chant his name."

The room fell to a hush.

The All-Father, old beyond reason, looked around at his pantheon.

> "He walks through us like rot through gold." "We are no longer kings. We are prey."

Then, at last, he stood fully.

> "We invoke the Final Edict."

A collective breath was held.

Even gods feared those words.

> "The Divine Unity shall descend."

A golden flame erupted at the center of the Godhall—burning brighter than stars. It formed a glyph of extinction, a law only spoken once in all of history.

> "We cast aside domains." "We bind our wills into one." "All gods. One hand. One judgment."

Meanwhile – Ascending the Celestial Stair

Jin could feel it.

The tension.

The eyes.

The gathering storm above the clouds.

Every step he took was heavier now. The pressure of the Divine Unity awakening was immense.

Reality warped around him.

The wind screamed.

Sky fractured.

His very existence tugged at the seams of causality.

> "They're preparing something." "Good."

He passed shrines that melted in his presence.

Statues of gods turned their heads to face away from him.

Angelic sentries guarding the last stair simply knelt—and whispered apologies before disintegrating.

He looked up.

And smiled.

> "You're finally scared."

> "I'm coming."

> "And this time... I won't stop until every one of you bleeds."

System Override – Threshold Reached

> [Godslayer Progress: 100%] [Final Evolution Triggered] [All Blessings Sealed within Host are Now Unlocked]

Jin stopped.

Black flames surged from his body.

The mark of the Ancient Evil God upon his spine flared open—no longer hidden. A halo of shadows formed above his head, inverted and screaming.

His body began to disassemble—not in destruction, but in ascension.

> [New Title Acquired: The First Anti-God]

> [Unique Class Unlocked – Origin of the End] – Immune to all divine effects – Passive: Existence Deconstruction – Jin's presence decays all creation not aligned to him – Active: Void Genesis – Create new laws to override existing reality

> [New Authority Gained – The Word of No Return] – Spoken words become absolute commands – Cannot be resisted by anything bound to divine law

> [The Tower trembles…] [The Divine Realms shake…] [The Outer Void laughs…]

Jin opened his eyes.

They were no longer human.

One eye was a black sun. The other, a bleeding gate.

He took another step.

And the Tower cracked.
