Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: An Impossible Mission

When Lynx first discovered he had received a "Choice System," he was absolutely ecstatic.

A golden cheat finger—standard fare for any transmigrator—had finally come to him!

But the moment he saw the three initial options offered by the system, Lynx's face went completely pale.

What the hell?!

These choices weren't just tough—they were downright insane.

Forget Frieza for a moment—even considering the Supreme Kai or a God of Destruction was absurd. He didn't even have a power level of 10,000 at the time!

Other transmigrators got beginner packs with instant boosts. Why was his system throwing him straight into hell-level difficulty?

It felt like the universe was screwing him over.

Lynx had actually wanted to refuse—But the system replied coldly:

"Missions are mandatory. You must choose one and complete it before Planet Vegeta is destroyed. Failure to do so will result in host termination."

Faced with such a blunt threat, Lynx gritted his teeth and made his choice without hesitation:

Option 1: Defeat Frieza.

Between Frieza, the Supreme Kai, and a God of Destruction, Frieza was the only one who—theoretically—had a slim chance of being defeated by a low-class warrior like him.

And with great risk came great reward. If he succeeded, Lynx's future would be blazing bright.

Even in the Dragon Ball universe, becoming a Super Saiyan didn't guarantee survival. But if he could acquire the Legendary Saiyan bloodline, he'd stand a chance against any future crisis.

From that moment on, Lynx dedicated himself completely to the mission—he had only four years before Planet Vegeta would be destroyed by Frieza!

Thanks to the system's guidance, he'd pinpointed the exact year he transmigrated into the world: Age 733—four years before the annihilation of the Saiyan homeworld.

Time was short.

Goku hadn't even been born yet. Prince Vegeta was only a year old. That meant there were no powerful allies to rely on. Going against Frieza at this point was practically a death sentence.

But after carefully analyzing the timeline and the story, Lynx saw a single, fragile ray of hope.

To succeed, he would need a battle power over 60,000 and the support of the entire Saiyan race.

So he faked his death during a mission and vanished—choosing to wander the universe alone.

Year One: Lynx focused solely on training. The body he'd transmigrated into had a battle power of just 2,000—the standard level for low-tier Saiyan warriors. He was only 14 years old, so he still had potential for growth, but the progress was painfully slow.

By the end of that first year, despite his endless efforts, he had only managed to raise his battle power to 10,000—still nowhere near the 60,000 he needed.

Year Two: Lynx changed tactics. He had to admit it—he wasn't a genius like Kakarot or Prince Vegeta. There was no way his battle power would climb to 60,000 in just three years through training alone.

So, for the entire second year, he scoured the universe searching for the location of Planet Namek!

Why Namek?

Not to gather the Dragon Balls—they couldn't grant him the power he needed, and even Shenron had his limits. No, Lynx had a different goal in mind.

He wanted to meet the Grand Elder.

In the original story, the Grand Elder had a unique ability—to unlock hidden potential within a person's body. He had raised Krillin and Gohan's power levels by a factor of ten!

If Lynx could earn the Grand Elder's trust, that same awakening could push him past his limits.

Year Three: Having located Namek, Lynx made his way to the peaceful green world.

But the trip wasn't easy.

The Namekians were cautious, and as soon as they saw a Saiyan land on their planet, they assumed he was an invader and attacked on sight.

Even after Lynx explained his intentions, they didn't trust him.

To meet the Grand Elder, he had to prove himself by undergoing a series of trials—tests of wisdom, courage, and combat.

An entire year passed as Lynx took on the challenges, one after another.

At long last, he was granted an audience with the Grand Elder—and they struck a unique deal.

As part of that pact, the Grand Elder unlocked all of Lynx's dormant potential.

His battle power soared—

Over 110,000!

In just four years, Lynx had gone from a low-class nobody to a Saiyan powerhouse. The road had been brutal—but it was worth every moment.

Now seated on the Saiyan throne, Lynx finished replaying the memories of those grueling years. He looked out at the warriors still reeling in disbelief.

"Listen up!" he declared. "I know some of you may still doubt me. But according to tradition, I am allowed one week of rest after claiming the throne. If any of you want to challenge me—you'll have to wait until then."

"If I'm defeated in a week, you're free to strip me of the crown and execute me.But until then—no one makes a move."

He paused, then continued, his tone growing sharper:

"My next orders might sound crazy to you—but you will obey."

"First: Everything that happened today must remain a secret. No one is to inform Frieza that the Saiyan king has changed!"

"Second: To all mid-class warriors present—you are to immediately eliminate every one of Frieza's agents on Planet Vegeta. Leave only the communication officers alive, so we can keep feeding Frieza's army false reports of peace. Not a single word of our actions is to leak!"

"L-Lynx…"A weak voice echoed from the floor.

King Vegeta had regained consciousness. He lay on the ground, staring up at Lynx, dazed.

"What… What are you trying to do?"

Lynx glanced down at him, eyes firm.

"What am I doing?""I'm going to lead the Saiyans… and rebel against Frieza."

The room froze.

Rebel… against Frieza? The tyrant who ruled the galaxy?

Was he insane?

No one dared speak. Doubt and disbelief filled their eyes…

But a king's word could not be disobeyed.

And so—on this very day—

Lynx's secret Saiyan Rebellion began.
