The Resonance Attribute Core—better known as a RAC—is the biological phenomenon that separates the weak from the feared. It's not a gift. It's not divine. It's evolution corrupted, sharpened, weaponized.
It lives inside every person's chest, just beneath the sternum. A mass of nerves and raw potential, shaped by trauma, personality, and bloodline. It forms before birth, grows with age, and awakens differently for every individual.
When triggered—usually during extreme emotional stress—the RAC unlocks its Attribute: a unique, specialized ability governed by one of Seven Primordial Spectrums.
░▒▓ RAC CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM ▓▒░
There are five known RAC classifications based on strength, versatility, and control.
VALID — (0% Compatibility)
Powerless. No resonance. RAC exists but does not function.
Treated as inferior. Often bullied, discarded, or erased.
Cainen falls into this class... or did.
MINOR — (1-24%)
Basic, often unstable abilities. No combat use.
Examples: warming fingertips, making a pencil float, changing eye color.
STABLE — (25-49%)
Average fighters. Most government soldiers, bounty crew members, and mercs fall here.
Usable in short bursts. Limited range or time.
Often paired with weapon training.
ADVANCED — (50-79%)
Dangerous. Regional threat level. Often tracked.
Known to distort environments, control elemental forces, or alter perception.
PRIMED — (80-100%)
Extremely rare. World-level threats.
Powers defy physics, affect multiple senses or even manipulate reality itself.

Every RAC Attribute emerges from one of Seven Primordial Spectrums, the raw fuels of existence.
🔥 Elemental Spectrum
Fire, Ice, Lightning, Wind, Earth, Acid, Smoke
Offense-focused. Highly destructive. Most common.
Training increases damage radius and density.
🧠 Psychic Spectrum
Telekinesis, Mind-reading, Memory wipes
Dangerous but unstable. Can harm user's brain if overused.
Often triggered by trauma or isolation.
🌀 Phantom Spectrum
Invisibility, Phasing, Shadow Manipulation
Stealth and assassination class.
Bodies become intangible—often limits physical interaction.
🕰️ Distortion Spectrum
Time Dilation, Reality Bending, Spatial Compression
Rare. Most users burn out or go insane.
Government kills most known Distortion users.
🧬 Mutation Spectrum
Shapeshifting, Enhanced Hearing, Regeneration
Alters the user's body. Not always reversible.
Higher levels can mutate DNA permanently.
🐾 Beast Spectrum
Communication with animals, summoning beasts, turning into one
Linked to instinct and rage. Control is difficult.
Known to evolve mid-combat under bloodlust.
💰 Synthetic Spectrum
Wealth-based power. Gained through implanted cores, AI fusion, or black market tech.
Not true RACs. Artificially generated.
Government claims they're illegal. Still uses them secretly.
░▒▓ BLESSINGS & EXCEPTIONS ▓▒░
Some powers defy classification.
These are known as Blessings—granted not by biology, but by Entities. Deities, curses, ancient forces.
Example: Spider, the god that marked Cainen.
Blessed users don't register on RAC scans.
They are anomalies.
Outlaws.
And sometimes... gods in human skin.
░▒▓ RAC LIMITERS ▓▒░
Power isn't free. The body pays.
Every RAC causes Core Burn over time. Using too much power can:
Melt nerves
Collapse lungs
Stop the heart
Blind the user
Rip them apart from the inside
That's why high-level users have Limiters—internal or external devices, tattoos, or rituals to restrain their powers until needed.
Removing a limiter is called "Cracking the Core."
Only the strongest survive the crack.

DMK — Affinity: Unknown — Spectrum: ??? — Threat Level: A (Regional-class)
Lilith Velka — Affinity: 48% — Spectrum: Beast — Threat Level: C (Unstable-class)
Unknown users like Cainen don't rank.
They don't exist.
