He thinks of grass and then grass appears. He can control this realm! He then starts thinking of a way out and he manages to make an exit where you can see space and time.
He exits out and his body and soul isn't so perfect anymore. Only in his realm can he be perfect. Facing this reality, he goes back to his own.
His soul shakes as he enters back inside, then, he starts regaining his memories of his old life in that he had in that reality.
