Howard didn't say anything but didn't deny Bucky.
"Can I take some?" Bucky asked Howard who nodded.
Bucky quickly picked up a fierce looking rifle and suitable magazines and turned to leave.
"Goodbye we will meet again, while hunting Hydra." Bucky said and left.
