Synopsis
The world is broken. The conclusion of the War of Many Moons has left it simmering, like a pot ready to boil over but it hasn’t quite just enough heat to warn, not enough to spill. The question is not if a new war will start in the coming decades, but when. This next century will be a make or break for humanity. A New Dawn will decide if humans will experience a brave new world with a steady hand, or a clenched fist.

 "The Remnant"

Gladius, or rather the Imperium of Gladius is a rump state located entirely in eastern Wylla, and lies on top of the Goren Grasslands. The state borders the Atlas Ocean to the north, the Holy Sea to the south, and Adrien's Bay to the east. She is the successor of the state once known as the "Ashirian Empire" which was a successor of the Altesian Imperium. Due to the disappointing results of the War of Many Moons, Ashiria was divided into three. The three states which arose from this once great empire would constantly bicker, and antagonize one another. The Union, and the Altesian Reactionary Front being among them. Gladius has a total population of 9 million due to the War of Many Moons having an incredibly harsh toll. Diplomatically, the Imperium has nothing to show for. Most of the known world refuses to even glance in their way due to their relationship with the Ashirians.

Socially, Gladius is a state that is often deemed as "backwater" compared to the rest of the world. This is due to a variety of factors but the main one being the War of Many Moons. Said war halted social, and civilian development and held it back at least a century due to the intense and rapid focus on the military's efforts. Most of their cities as well are in complete disarray, and besides the capital of Heun are almost entirely ruined. The world knows that her resources are the equivalent to a ticking clock mainly through the fact that no one seems to want to trade. This has caused the state to engross itself into the black market into funding both its wet dreams of a reformed Ashiria, military, and acquiring of strategic resources. However, what is not known to most of the wider world is that the Imperium has a vast array of spy networks emplaced in all the world's known countries. Through these networks, and unknown to the world Gladius is on the rise once more, her dreams of a unified state under a unified Ashiria may finally be realized within this brave new world, and Gladius may yet see A New Dawn.

 Ruch Sioriti

 "The Brother"

The Ruch Sioriti or rather widely known as the Union is a loosely interconnected state in mid east Wylla. The state sits primarily in the region known as the naturally defendable region of the Stairs, and as well controlling a minor part of the Goren Grasslands to the much further east. The Union is enclosed by the Holy Sea to the south, and the Great Northern Sea to the north. The Ruch borders the Imperium of Gladius, Three Pieced Empire, the Crimson Order, the Renursha Kingdom, and the Altesian Reactionary Front. The Union has a swimmingly positive relation with the wider world due to the fact that they heavily distanced themselves from the Ashirian legacy, and are known for being incredibly progressive on both women's and ethnic rights.

Internally, the state is divided. The Union's government is oftentimes neglectful, and inept at handling internal affairs between bickering states. This is the main reason why Gladius won the humiliating Two Day War where the recently discovered coal mines were found which would have bolstered the Union's stagnant economy. Socially, while the state is known for being progressive and representative of their peoples in the matters of the Aeshers, the Ruch and Varian, many however are still marginalized and swept under. The lack of government attention has caused the Union's military to be something left to be desired and the military has too often relied on decades old equipment. The Sioriti as well while reluctantly distanced itself entirely from anything which bears the name "Ashiria" this includes Gladius. With the Gladisians finally squashed it seems to the Union that this next era will be a golden era. The Union's clock is ticking. Will the Union be able to stop Gladius when they are at full capacity once more? Will the state be able to truly change their old Ashirian ways? Will the state enter A New Dawn?

 Varia

 "The Backstabber"

Varia or as known by the rest of the world the Collective of the Varians, Ashirians, Aeshers, and the Geurns is a country located in the far west of Wylla. Varia is by far the largest country in Wylla in terms of size. Geographically, Varia borders the Great Northern Sea to the north, the Deep Pike Sea to the nearby west, and to the south the warm Holy Sea. The Collective borders the C.R.F, Vect-Quehrn, Adrien's Empire, and the Loyalists. Internally, Varia is known for her natural defendable lands with the Perynian mountainous range being a main boon for the state, along with vast arrays of river systems to rely upon in times of war. The capital of the state known as "New Kingston" which is located in the old ruins known as "Old Kingston". Much of New Kingston is fit with the world's newest architectural projects, to make the city look as grandeur as possible for the event known as the "Great Dictation" which occurred almost two decades prior. After the Great Dictation, the Collective gained a considerable amount of territory from the belated Commune, yet the state finds themselves having to deal with the aftermaths of their "Grand Leap". They refuse to leave, they feel cheated.

Millitarily, the Varians have a strong and formidable force but they are strained thin due to the Collective's final offensive in the War of Many Moons. This offensive, accurately titled the "Great Leap" saw the Varians rush approximately 50,000 troops through central Wylla in order to reach Ashiria proper. By the end of their offensive the Varians were left with 20,000 troops through casualties, and having to leave token forces behind in every area they occupied.. Internally, the Varians have a strong standing through a heavy nationalistic population. Politically this is where Varia's position becomes difficult. The Collective prioritizes different parts of their nation with a policy called "Itare" by how close they are to the capital. This resulted in hundreds of ideologies being formed and festering and plaguing the lands. Socially, however the Varians are often lackluster, they aren't too great like the Union and they aren't comedically awful like the Imperium. Diplomatically, the state is viewed as untrustworthy due to their "backstabbing" of their Ashirian ally nearing the conclusion of the War of Many Moons. As tensions grow in the east, and as states begin to demand a withdrawal it is becoming more and more likely that another war will break out soon. Varia's future is still yet to be determined. For three centuries, the Collective has held together through and through all else no matter what. But now the cracks are showing. Will Varia see A New Dawn or fracture like Ashiria, their old friend?

 Atlas

 "The Liberated"

The Altesian Reactionary Front, often simplified as Atlas are a group of radical Granist which are located in the north eastern region known as "Aech's Horn". Atlas borders only the Atlas Ocean to the east. 15 years ago, Atlas was formed during a period known as "Red Summer" which saw multiple Granist groups rebel against their oppressive regimes. Atlas was the only survivor. White Autumn quickly arrived and brought upon the wrath of the already emplaced kingdoms, the harshest of responses was from Gladius. Gladius had caused an event known today as the "Night of Red Hands" which saw thousands of protesters to be brutally suppressed. Atlas had only survived due to her naturally impenetrable geography, and a small sliver corridor connecting them to the rest of the world. Internally, Atlas braces itself heavily on a mix between the old Altesian government and the Commune's. Today in the year of 1947, Atlas is a state which is known for being the "Sick Man of the North" will they be re-assimilated into Gladius or prosper and enter a new golden era?
