Chapter 1 - The Discovery

Scene: Deep Space Research Facility, India — Year 2035

Solar Observation Unit-9, Himalayas – Classified Level Omega

The whirring of quantum processors filled the underground chamber like a digital heartbeat. Behind reinforced glass, satellites streamed real-time solar radiation data across seven massive holographic displays.

Dr. Aryan Malhotra leaned forward, unshaven and sunken-eyed, watching the chaos of numbers that refused to make sense. His team of six was silent — engineers, astrophysicists, and AI technicians — all frozen in disbelief.

"This doesn't match any recorded solar cycle," said Kavita, his lead data analyst.

"Sir, the readings from NASA's Solar Probe, ESA's Solar Orbiter, and ISRO's Heliosat-2 all confirm the same flux pattern," another added.

Aryan didn't respond. He just stared at the red blinking warning:

SOLAR CORE INSTABILITY DETECTED FUSION UNBALANCED – CORE PRESSURE DROP: 0.015% PER CYCLE ESTIMATED COLLAPSE: 7 YEARS, 13 DAYS, 04 HOURS, 26 MINUTES

He stood slowly, approached the quantum projector, and replayed the core simulation.

The sun, once golden and glowing, flickered like a dying candle. The model pulsed — shrinking, darkening, fragmenting. It wasn't going supernova. It was imploding.

"No… this isn't natural," Aryan whispered.

"Could it be sabotage? A cosmic event?" Kavita asked.

"Nothing external," Aryan muttered. "It's coming from the inside. The very heart of our star… is giving up."

🚨 Scene: Security Breach — Data Priority Override

Red lights began flashing across the command center. An automated voice boomed:

"LEVEL OMEGA DISCOVERY DETECTED. ALERTING CENTRAL GOVERNMENT."

All systems locked. Backup drives encrypted.A secured line connected directly to the Prime Minister's emergency room in New Delhi.

"Dr. Aryan Malhotra. You are live. State your findings."

🏛️ Scene: Prime Minister's Emergency Chamber – New Delhi

The room was dark except for the digital map of Earth projected across the table. Prime Minister Narendra Modi stood silently, arms folded, surrounded by India's top science and defense advisors.

Aryan's image flickered to life on screen, beads of sweat glistening on his forehead.

"Sir... I wish this was a false alarm. But it's not. We've double-checked every satellite and private observatory's data. It's universal. The sun's core is collapsing."

There was a long pause.

"Seven years, sir. That's all we have."

Modi didn't speak. He simply closed his eyes for a moment — and when he opened them, his voice was calm and commanding.

"Summon the Parliament. Call the emergency science council. And inform the world."

He turned to his national security advisor.

"Prepare a global address. The world must hear the truth — even if it ends in fear."

Aryan, still on the line, added one final haunting thought:

"Sir... something is feeding on our sun. This isn't just science. It feels... intentional."
