The manta ray lands on a sandy ground. In the distance lies the vast oceans and waves.
Hojo starts to walk down from the manta ray's fin and somewhat happy.
"Boys and girls, welcome to the beach."
The subjects starts to walk down onto the sand. Everyone seems to be amazed and happy. Hide looks into the vast ocean and noticed how peaceful it was.
The guards and staffs start to set up a camp along with campfire. While the subjects were swimming and playing.
Aura and Hojo on the other hand seems to be supervising the subjects and relaxing a little bit. While some of the guards were standing and watching.
Hide noticed Rin was staying next to Aura. Soon she started to walk onto the beach and swim. It seems that Aura let her go.
Hide noticed Aura was sunbathing. Seems that some guards were looking at her when she doesn't noticed them.
She was in her bikini outfit showing off her killer body and perky breast. Meanwhile Hojo on the other hand didn't seem to be looking but just watching the subjects.
Sona was sitting under a palm tree in the shade. She seems to be looking at Hide. While Jin and Rin seems to be swimming with each other.
Hide was standing on the shore. He seems to be closing his eyes and somewhat listening to the calmness of the ocean.
"Beautiful isn't it?" Hide stated as he smiles and somewhat felt Sona's presence.
"Yeah." As Sona stood by his side and soon closed her eyes and listen the calmness of the ocean.
Soon some water was splashed at the two.
"Well you look at that. You two seems to be lovers." Jin stated as he was the one who splashed the water at them.
Sona's face somewhat was red and looked away. Hide's face was quite red.
"No, we're just enjoying the scenery."
"Well, stop standing there and have fun. We're only staying here for a day." As Jin splashed water at Hide and starts to swim away.
Hide soon starts to run into the water after Jin. The two seems to be doing their own thing. Sona just looks as the two plays with each other.
"What are you waiting for? We should join them." As Rin stands next to her.
"Umm...yeah."
Sona and Rin soon joins the two. Soon Lucy joins them as well.
As the group of friends swim, some went back up to shore while Hide and Sona remains in the water.
Hide looks at the shore and noticed other subjects seems to be looking at him and somewhat talking behind his back.
Hide ignores it. He was floating face up looking at the sky.
"Hide-kun, are you okay? It seems that something is on your mind." Sona asked as she swims near him.
"I'm okay. It's just that others are afraid of me and my left eye. Like I'm some kind of monster." Hide answered.
"Don't let their judgement get to you. You're not a monster to me. I'm not afraid of you and I'm..."
"Thank you, Sona."
Sona's face was red.
Hide sighs.
"Sona, do you know why we came to this trip?" Hide asked.
"No, but it seems that Director Aura and Hojo wanted a break. That's probably why." Sona answered.
"Maybe, but I believe that we came here to just to be more discipline and continue to follow their orders."
Sona didn't respond but looked up at the orange sky with him.
Some hours passed.
Night was upon the group. Camp was done setting up and the campfire was turned on. The boys were with Hojo while the girls were with Aura.
As food was being hand out. Hide sits next to Jin who seems to be enjoying the food which seems to be some mashed up potato and bread.
The two finishes their food and stood somewhat far from campfire while still feeling the warmth.
"Jin, sorry for the experiment that I almost killed the both of us."
"Why are you apologizing? Hide, you saved both of our lives. Why would I be mad at you? We're both friends and you know that." Jin somewhat happy when telling Hide.
"Aside from that, seems that Sona likes you. You should talk to her more?"
"Well, how about you and Rin?" Hide asked.
Jin's face start to be red and brush it aside.
"Well...we're just good friends." As Jin scratches the back of his head.
Hide somewhat chuckles and Jin joins with him. The two seems to have formed a bond and became best friends.
As the nights drags on. Some of the subjects went to sleep on their bedrolls while some were up. Hojo seems to still be up along with Aura.
Hide was still up and seems to be heading towards the shore. In doing so, he sees Sona near the shore and looking up at the starry skies.
"Beautiful isn't it?" Sona said as she noticed Hide walking near her.
"Yeah. What are you doing standing on the shore line?" Hide asked.
"I wanted to look at the starry skies. I heard that there was going to be shooting stars."
"A shooting star. I heard that if you see one and make a wish. Your wish will come true."
The two stood next to each other and looked at the night starry skies.
Soon the two goes on a small walk. Which Hide was leading while Sona was behind him stepping on the footprints he left on the sand.
Hide stopped walking and Sona bumps into him. The two were face to face.
"Sona, I want to tell you something but can you keep it a secret."
Sona nods at him.
Hide leans in on Sona and kiss Sona on the lips. Sona's face suddenly starts to be red. As Hide kissed Sona, a shooting star flew by.
Hide backs away from her and smiled at her. Sona didn't seem to be moving but stood there looking at Hide.
Hide soon run back to his camp side. Sona watches him run back and hold onto her hand.
"I guess the wish really did came true."
She smiles and looks up at the night starry sky. And somewhat starts to hum to herself.
On that night, it was an unforgettable for the two. A moment where they will cherish.
