Violet Taylor stopped in her tracks.
The white pills scattered on the table, some even fell out.
She furrowed her eyebrows, walked over, and picked up the bottle.
Then, she took out her cellphone and, using the dim light from the screen, she read the label clearly: tranquilizers.

Her hands trembled, and the bottle fell to the ground with a harsh sound, but Mr. Taylor on the bed remained motionless.
Violet Taylor shouted anxiously, "Dad, Daddy!"
The noise she made also woke up Amelia Charlie, who was sleeping poorly.
Amelia Charlie came out from the other bedroom and asked, "What's going on? Why are you yelling in the middle of the night?"
As soon as she said this and saw the situation in the room and the medicine bottle on the floor, her legs weakened, nearly causing her to fall!
