Chapter 33 - CHAPTER : 33 : Stealth

Sakura Empire Air Core, Air Base

A Radar Operator tapped the radar screen as it glitched, then proceeded to tap it nonstop until the radar returned to its original state.

"Finally, this piece of shit is working properly." He looked around and saw no one. He'd be in deep trouble if the Higher-Ups found out that the brand-new radar was malfunctioning on the first day.

The poor Private had been dealing with this malfunction since morning, and he wasn't going to report to the Base Commander that their brand-new radar was a piece of junk. Every time the equipment glitched for no fucking reason, he slammed it with excessive amount of force.

"Thank God. Nobody saw that," the Private said.

"What do you mean by that, Private?" a Senior Officer asked, standing unnoticed behind him.

"N-Nothing, sir... it's just that... the radar glitched not once, but twice today." The Private explained the radar's situation, his heart rate increasing from the sudden appearance of his Senior Officer.

"NANI?!" The Senior Officer exclaimed.

"The first one was when the diplomat arrived, and the other one is just now. Please don't report me to the Base Commander." The poor Private was now breathing heavily, imagining the punishment the Base Commander would give.

"I'm not going to report this to the Base Commander... Now then... tell me about this diplomat and the glitching part of the radar?" The Senior Officer said, leaning closer.

The Private gulped, seeing the armband on his Senior Officer's left arm: 'Kempeitai.' He was in deep troubles.

"H-Hai," the Private responded with a shaky voice.

Imperial War Department

PM Tojo was preparing the defenses of the Sakura Empire, gazing at the Sakura Empire map. He carefully placed figures on the map, representing the large contingents of troops tasked to repel any Invasion Forces.

"The Carrier Divisions will provide a layer of protection for the Empire, while the Imperial Army will repel any Alliance Invasion attempts on the Empire's shores," PM Tojo explained their battle plan.

"Hai. Kaga and Akagi will be tasked to face this massive Carrier, while Graf Zeppelin will provide air cover and air support to the two. Carrier Division 2 will be tasked to repel any aerial threats heading for the capital. And Fifth Carrier Division will be tasked to face Azur Lane Carriers. In this upcoming battle... we will be unstoppable with the help of 'Orochi.' This battle will be one-sided," Cmdr. Shin remarked, his face filled with confidence.

The door of the Imperial War Room suddenly swung open. PM Tojo and Commander Shin looked in the direction of the door. Shendo entered, holding report papers from a Kempeitai Agent, and yelled at PM Tojo.

"Can you please tell me, Tojo! Why is our modern radar failing to detect this weird aircraft that the diplomats are using?" Shendo fumed in frustration.

"Father, what do you mean by 'failed to detect'? Shoukaku reported that she detected the aircraft at the Harbor," Cmdr. Shin exclaimed.

"You're telling me our Ground Base Radar failed to detect this aircraft?" PM Tojo replied, a hint of irritation in his voice at Shendo's presence.

"Precisely!"

"One of the Kempeitai Agents reported to me that the weird aircraft is able to jam our brand-new radar." Shendo tossed the report paper onto the table.

PM Tojo and Cmdr. Shin read the report, their eyes widening at the jamming capability.

"So, that weird aircraft has the ability to hide and jam our brand-new radar?" Cmdr. Shin muttered in surprise.

"Does Iron Blood know about this?" PM Tojo asked.

"Looks like they have more knowledge than we do right now," Shendo spoke in a worried tone, remembering how technologically superior Iron Blood was.

"So, basically, we don't know our enemy's capabilities, but Iron Blood does?" Cmdr. Shin asked.

"Hai. They know! They also have knowledge about the weapons the enemy uses..." Shendo yelled.

"Damn it!" Cmdr. Shin slammed the table, upset that he hadn't listened to Eugen's words.

Cmdr. Shin had stopped listening to Eugen's words because she always flexed their technological superiority and accomplishments in science. He was also irritated by her tendency to seduce.

"We only have sketches and visual representations of the Kansens from the spy we sent to Pearl," PM Tojo said.

He then looked to his right and asked Cmdr. Shin, "What are the reports from the Submarine we sent to tail the Azur Lane fleet?"

Cmdr. Shin read the report that the Submarines transmitted. "According to one of our Submarine reports, she was harassed by a hunter-killer group tasked to sink or hunt any Submarine in the area."

"Why not send more to overwhelm their Anti-Sub Defenses and get closer to the Main Fleet to get some valuable intel?" Shendo suggested, frustrated at the grim news he received every minute.

Cmdr. Shin interjected, "Our submarines are being hunted down without them even seeing or detecting the enemy in the first place. These Kansens have the ability to intercept our Submarines before they can reach their patrol area! I'm not going to risk our Submarine Force in gaining little information. Their lethality will be crucial in the upcoming battle."

"What about our Aerial Reconnaissance?" Shendo asked.

"Our Aerial Reconnaissance is being intercepted by Azur Lane Fighters at ranges we didn't think possible."

"Aerial and Underwater reconnaissance are out of the question now," Cmdr. Shin said.

In their grim situation, with their reconnaissance assets being intercepted or incapable of gathering information, PM Tojo spoke, catching the two men's attention. "I have made a deal with Eugen..."

"What kind of deal did you make... with her...?" Shendo asked in concern. He knew Eugen was a cunning woman who used her body as an advantage in transactions.

"The deal I made is that we receive information about the new Azur Lane Fleet... In exchange, I gave her the... Blueprint of Orochi."

PM Tojo sat in his chair, as the two men looked at him dumbfounded at the deal he made. Their top-secret project was now in the hands of Iron Blood. The project they'd worked on for years and caused them political turmoil with Azur Lane in the first place.

It took them a few seconds before they regained their senses. The awkward silence added to the rising tension in the room.

Shendo grabbed PM Tojo by his Military Uniform and yelled, "Do you have any idea what you've just done?! Huh!!!!!!!! Everyone now knows that we are building a massive Siren Warship! If Azur Lane finds out about it, they will build a ship of their own!"

Cmdr. Shin chimed in, breaking his father's grip on PM Tojo. "That's enough, Father... Fighting amongst ourselves is not the answer to our predicament."

He then faced PM Tojo and asked, "Do you think exchanging the Blueprint of Orochi to Iron Blood will benefit us?!"

"Hai. They may be able to build one. But can they activate it without the Black Mental Cube?" PM Tojo spoke to reassure the two men's concerns.

Shendo responded, "This is Iron Blood, for fuck's sake. They will find a solution! They always will!"

Cmdr. Shin tried to break the tension between the two old men, speaking in a calm voice.

"Can you please tell us what information Eugen gave to you, Tojo-san?"

PM Tojo fixed his wrinkled clothes and went to the drawer near his table, picking up a document. He placed it on the table in front of the two.

"This is the information that Eugen gave to me." Shendo and Cmdr. Shin read the document, their eyes widening as they read the "Top-Secret" word on the front page.

Cmdr. Shin asked in curiosity, "So... you exchanged our top-secret project for their top-secret project...?"

"In simple words... Hai. This is their weapons in development," PM Tojo replied.

"So, this is the kind of weapons the new ships of Azur Lane use...? Maybe we could replicate them to match their capabilities," Shendo muttered.

"If you're talking about Iron Blood Weapons? YES... maybe we can. But I don't know about the Modern Kansens Azur Lane possesses."

He then proceeded to explain each of the weapons in the documents he received from Eugen. "They used a glide bomb similar to Iron Blood's Fritz-X Glide Bomb. This is the bomb they used to sink or destroy Siren Ships. Graf Zeppelin uses this with her planes to sink Siren Ships in the North Sea. The Royal Navy is also making a countermeasure to counter this in the Atlantic."

They didn't know how advanced the GBU was and how destructive it was compared to Fritz-X Glide Bombs.

"So. The words are true... Iron Blood is using this weapon," Cmdr. Shin said, remembering the Iron Blood propaganda being blasted on the radio.

"I've heard they are mass-producing this bomb, starting last month," Shendo chimed in. He received that information via his spies in Iron Blood.

"They also use Guided Rockets similar to Iron Blood V2-Rockets." The two looked at the picture of the 'V2-Rockets' in black and white colors.

Cmdr. Shin thought, 'The intelligence bureau was right. Iron Blood is building up their rocket science!'

"According to Takao and Atago, the Kansens named Maya and Lucas use this kind of rocket to shoot down Kongou's 14-inch shell, mid-air. Without the shell hitting anything on the Harbor..."

Cmdr. Shin interjected, "Impossible! How could they have intercepted a 14-inch shell with a 100% success rate?"

"I don't know it either," PM Tojo replied.

Shendo, with a grim expression, thought, '100% interception success rate? How advanced are they to conduct a 100% interception?'

"So. This is how advanced they are?" Shendo asked with a grim look on his face, as he now had an image of the capabilities of these Modern Warships.

PM Tojo only looked at him and nodded in reply to Shendo's question.

"They also use this aircraft." PM Tojo pointed at the picture of the "Fl 282 Kolibri" in black and white color.

Cmdr. Shin had a confused look on his face because the Aircraft he saw that the two diplomats used had two rotors and not one.

"Are you sure this is the same Aircraft?" Cmdr. Shin asked, pointing at the photo.

"Hai, according to Hakuryuu, this One-Rotor Aircraft she saw at one of the Carriers (LHA) in Pearl. And according to Iron Blood, they also used this aircraft to hunt down Siren subs. This aircraft is also hunting our Submarines at long distances."

"So, this aircraft is the reason why our Submarines couldn't get closer to the fleet, because this aircraft is hunting them down?" Cmdr. Shin asked, his curiosity rising.

The aircraft in the photo was small enough to hunt down Siren Submarine. He pondered the implication of using the same Aircraft that carried the diplomats for an attack role.

"Hai. Their Aircraft is also powered by a jet engine." He then pointed at the picture of the "Me 262" in black and white color.

"And according to Shoukaku, one of the Carriers uses this kind of Aircraft. This Aircraft is a lot bigger and can carry more bombs. I also saw it in its fly-by, as it escorted the diplomats."

"So, this Kansen that we're facing is more advanced than any Crimson Axis Carrier possesses?" Shendo muttered, looking at several photos of Iron Blood WEAPONS.

"Not just that, according to some Iron Blood Intelligence, this Carrier is bigger than Graf Zeppelin and Shinano. Their speculation is that this Carrier is more powerful than any aircraft Carrier the Crimson Axis Alliance possesses."

"So, you're telling us the whole effort we just put through to defeat Azur Lane was for nothing?!" Shendo exclaimed.

"NO... We still have one advantage." The two looked at him, thinking the same thing.

"You mean?" The two spoke in unison.

"Hai. Project Orochi... Orochi alone is enough to rival this Carrier in size, displacement, and firepower. And according to Akagi, Orochi is 85% operationally ready. We just need to drag out these diplomatic talks to buy us some time. And then... we will fight them."

Shendo and Cmdr. Shin agreed to the plan, as they were the ones who supported and funded the project.

"Gentlemen, the pieces are in place. Let's make this the greatest battle in Sakura Empire's history!" PM Tojo remarked.

Iron Blood Embassy

At Eugen's Office, Graf Zeppelin and Eugen were both listening to a device similar to a listening device that was placed by one of their spies. She was currently listening to the whole conversation at the Imperial War Department.

"Entschuldigung, Sakura Empire. You will act as a weapon test for Iron Blood to find a countermeasure against Azur Lane's New Ships. As allies, we really appreciate your efforts..." Eugen muttered to herself as she listened.

The door of her Office sounded, as Z-23 knocked.

"Come in," Eugen said, anticipating something good from their return. Her posture changed to a formal one.

Z-23 and Z-1, along with Agents, came in with faces they couldn't discern. From one of the Agent's trench coat pockets, he pulled a recorder and played it for the others to hear. The information they wanted to capture was quite unusual, to say the least.

Eugen's brows raised, along with the Iron Blood Girls in the Office. As soon as Lucas started with his tale, the whole façade of the Iron Blood Girls derailed from a stoic demeanor to unfiltered and unprofessional laughter.

Graf Zeppelin's face twitched as her demeanor cracked. "How in God's name did this guy manage to pull bullshits out of his ass?" She said, feeling insulted by the outlandish story coming from a Marine.

Roon broke from her usual grin and psycho persona, falling into the couch, laughing her ass off and unable to contain her unfiltered laughter.

"HA, HA, HA, HA, HA! This man... This man is funny... I like him," she said, laughing.

Along with Roon, Z-1 was on the floor, bellowing her laughter as she couldn't contain it. The jokes and humor were undoubtedly outlandish and borderline amusing.

Odin, unusually without her stoic façade, had her lip twitch and cheeks slightly turn pink. The jokes and humor of the story were strong and clashed against her control.

Eugen held her temple, never having thought someone could exceed her own teasing habit. Lucas's outlandish story swept away her practicality.

Z-23 poked, apologizing for the failed mission. "Entschuldigung, Eugen. It seems like they already knew we were coming. JS Maya was also silent with the information. Our gathered information was just girls' gossip and conversation, no technological advancements mentioned," she said, head hanging low.

Eugen was left baffled and contemplating their situation. They were not the only ones spying on the Sakura Empire; Azur Lane also had their own ears and eyes inside the empire. The question in her mind was: How far had their information gathering dug within the empire?

Out of ideas and plans for counter-espionage, Eugen conceded to probing the Americans. She knew they were decades advanced in the future; information gathering was just a small fraction of their capability.

With a dismissive brow, she spoke, "That's enough, you're dismissed." She said, her face contorted into a serious one, as she had never been played like a damn fiddle.

The rest dismissed themselves from the office, leaving only Eugen and Graf Zeppelin to talk among themselves about what transpired with their plan.

"What now, Eugen? The plan failed," Graf Zeppelin asked, arms crossed.

"I know... It feels like someone is watching our next moves and reporting it back to him," Eugen said, biting her thumb's nail.

"Do you think they have a spy watching over us?" Graf Zeppelin asked.

"Nein, the only spies who can escape our detection are those pesky Maids," Eugen said the last part with pure hate. She and Belfast had a bit of hatred toward each other.

"Maybe it's not the Maids this time?" Graf Zeppelin said, as the sensation she felt was a greater threat than a mere Maid would pose.

"What do you mean?" Eugen swiveled her chair and faced Graf Zeppelin.

"Maybe it was the Modern Kansens," she said.

"Maybe," she said, pondering.

At the Bushes

"Seems like they got the cue," Arizona said, listening through the device.

"Of course, they do," Sheffield said.

Arizona shifted his attention to her with a precarious look on his face. He never thought she would team up with him on a split mission. He had expected her to be with Edinburgh, and yet here she was, beside him in the bushes, wearing her Maid Attire and Ghillie Suit.

"Say, Sheffield... why do you want to stick with me?"

Sheffield furrowed her eyes and slightly glanced at him, still holding her binoculars in hand. She sensed that he was suspicious of her odd choice to team up with him.

"Did Her Majesty, the Queen, send you with her interest... or is it just your own?" Arizona said directly to her.

Sheffield was caught between, partially telling some truth about her decision to come along with him. "Her Majesty, the Queen, was interested in what you could offer in your espionage. She wants to know what her future business partner is like in such deals."

"I presume she liked my resume?" Arizona asked about the photos and information he sent back to Pearl. That information he managed to gather in a small amount of time caught Queen Elizabeth's attention, and Sheffield was there to assess him via her own judgment.

"Well, then... prepare yourself... things are about to get American starting from here," Arizona remarked, as things could escalate to what the Americans termed "proportional."

That remark caught her off guard. She didn't know what he meant, but she knew some small information about the remark. Things would be more chaotic from here and now.

"I'm looking forward to it then."

Arizona smirked. "I hope you're ready for more crazy stuff that could happen from tomorrow."

Azur Lane Task Force

Enterprise-80 was currently looking at the monitor screen showing the Air Traffic forming above the aerospace of the Sakura Empire. She watched the flight paths of her Planes and Drones as they conducted a mapping of the terrain of the Empire for the Tomahawk strike.

But her attention was focused on one of the bogies being spotted by the flying AWACS above the Empire. The description of the Aircraft and its radar return indicated a Siren. The lone Siren plane flew at a height that none of the Empire's Planes could reach.

Bunker Hill-76 at the Comms. "Ma'am, another bogey..."

"I know... I'm sending one of the Hornets in the area to intercept it. But first... I just need to evaluate this aircraft's performance in the air," she said, wanting to toy with the lone Siren Plane.

Queen Elizabeth walked towards her and spoke, "You alright? You seem to be happy about something?"

Enterprise-80 turned to face her. "Would you like to see an air show, Your Majesty?"

Queen Elizabeth nodded, with sparkles in her eyes. "Yes."

Skies above Sakura Empire

A single F/A-18 Super Hornet Block III raced towards the interception point, hitting its afterburner. A lone Siren Plane was conducting reconnaissance above, unaware of the predator speeding towards its position.

The Hornet used the terrain to avoid detection by the Siren Plane's Radar. The flaps then turned as it ascended quicker than a rocket, almost breaking the sound barrier.

The lone Siren Plane was buzzed as the Hornet crossed underneath, breaking its flight path. The Hornet paraded its tail in front of the Siren Plane, asking it to give chase.

The lone Siren Plane then hit its afterburner to chase the buzzing Hornet in front. The Hornet slightly hit its afterburner and left a sonic boom, leaving the Siren Plane in the dust.

The Hornet played with its prey, pointing its nose at the Siren Plane and buzzing it with radar lock. The lone Siren Plane did aggressive maneuvers at the mountain cliffs to shake off the predator chasing it.

The two aircraft maintained speed as an epic chase ensued at the mountain cliffs. The lone Siren Plane now had the advantage, chasing its prey.

As the Siren Plane pointed its nose at the Hornet's tail, the Hornet did a cobra maneuver, stunning the Siren Plane.

Everything went slow-motion for the two planes as Latin music played in the background. The Hornet's onboard radar locked onto the Siren Plane.

"FOX-2"

Then a large explosion engulfed the cliffside of the mountain as the Siren Plane's burning wreckage fell into the nearest forest. Thankfully, no forest fire spread through the thick foliage.

CIC, CVN-80 USS Enterprise

Queen Elizabeth's mouth gaped at the air show she just watched on the giant screen inside the Carrier CIC. The other Royal Navy Shipgirls were also dumbfounded by the air show they had seen.

"What do you think, Your Majesty? Is it thrilling?" Enterprise-80 asked.

Queen Elizabeth broke from her daze. "You could have just shot that thing down with a missile sooner," she exclaimed.

Enterprise-80 chuckled. "Your Majesty, I just wanted to understand the enemy," she said with an ominous smile.

Queen Elizabeth gulped, now understanding the mentality of this 'Enterprise' she was facing. She was not the 'Enterprise' they knew, who would fly straight into the enemy. This one was different. The way she assessed the enemy was not just for toying, but for gathering information.

A hundred years of Naval Aviation and Seamanship were drilled into her head. The way she carried this whole Task Force was not just a show of force, but an armada of Death and Destruction to the Sakura Empire. Her orders were absolute, and no one in her escorts complained about the tasks given to them.

She then glanced at the screen showing the position of the Modern Vessels. They were not spread out, but circled around their Queen. The Queen of Victory.

Queen Elizabeth muttered under her breath, "Adm. Philips was right... You are the embodiment of Death and Destruction to those who oppose... Democracy."

Enterprise-80 spoke, slightly startling the Queen. "Cortana... did you manage to gather information about the Siren Aircraft?"

A small humanoid hologram formed at the table. "Yes... I managed to gather the data and compare it to the US Navy Data Base. The Aircraft that matches its maneuverability at slow speed is the A-6 Intruder. The air-to-air capabilities were awful, as it was made to fight propeller planes in the air and not a jet-powered plane that goes mach-1."

All of that information hit Queen Elizabeth like electricity, as she now knew why she toyed with the aircraft. "You buzzed it to determine the Siren Plane's reaction speed?"

Enterprise-80 nodded.

"You also chased it at the mountain cliffs to assess the maneuverability and fighting doctrine of the Sirens."

Enterprise-80 applauded. "Yes... sometimes you have to toy with your enemy to determine their capabilities."

She then snapped her fingers, and the screen zoomed out to show the Sakura Empire territory. The screen was filled with dots, representing the Ships belonging to Azur Lane and the Sakura Empire. Queen Elizabeth gawked at the wider detection range of the Carrier.

Enterprise-80 then pointed at the yellow dot indicating the Siren Plane flying above the Sakura Territory. "Looks like we are not the only ones conducting reconnaissance in the area, Your Majesty."

Queen Elizabeth squinted at the monitor as she looked at the yellow dot. She stared as the yellow dot vanished.

"What! What happened?" Queen Elizabeth asked, seeing the yellow dot disappear.

Enterprise-80 pointed at the blue dot on the monitor screen. "Just look, Your Majesty."

Queen Elizabeth then stared at the monitor screen again. She saw the blue dot representing the Supercarrier's plane. The blue dot flew at a cruising speed of mach-1 without hitting the afterburner.

Her eyes widened as this lone aircraft was hunting down the other Siren Aircraft beyond visual range. The lone Aircraft didn't have to get closer to the Siren Plane, as it sniped it at ranges beyond any Aircraft in Azur Lane's arsenal could do.

Queen Elizabeth covered her mouth in total shock, witnessing the bureaucratic fuckery of the Military Industrial Complex release its wrath and might on the poor Alien planes in another world. As it spread its 'democracy' uncontested.

Enterprise-80 explained, "What you were looking at is the bureaucratic fuckery of the US Military Industrial Complex... An Aircraft born from the needs of the Navy as a dedicated Fighter Interceptor... And we have no words for that. Because overkill does not exist in the American Dictionary."

Queen Elizabeth slowly glanced at the technological marvel being shown on the screen, as it shot down the Siren Planes mercilessly.

She eyed every Siren Plane being swatted out of the air with relief, but her inner core was shaking at the thought of this technological marvel of monstrosity being used against them.

Queen Elizabeth's train of thought was cut off by a squeaking sound coming from one of the Meowfficers raising a hand.

Enterprise-80 spoke. "Go on."

The Meowfficer tapped the keyboard panel as fast as you skip ads on YouTube. The image on the giant monitor screen zoomed in on an island south of the Sakura Empire.

"Yakushima Island?" Enterprise-80 muttered, hand on her chin.

The clear visual of the island was shown, getting the attention of the two as they saw their primary target.

"There you are," she muttered as the image of the Siren Carrier was shown.

Queen Elisabeth chimed in. "They sailed close to the Island to avoid radar detection. Damn it! That same tactic again. Damn Sirens with their sly tactics!"

Enterprise-80 sighed. "Your Majesty... In times of war, being sly and cunning is every nation's tactic for winning a war. The Sirens here are not planning to lose. Because... I am planning to win."

Queen Elizabeth only nodded. 'Is she confident of tackling two enemies at once?' she thought.

Yakushima Island

Enterprise-80 dispatched two F/A-18s to deal with the Siren Carrier hiding at the island formation.

"Target spotted... bombs away," an A.I. voice from the Aircraft radioed back to the Carrier.

The lone Siren Carrier and its escort had no idea what kind of heaven-sent destruction was about to fall upon them. Siren Radar detected the two Hornets too late.

Anti-Air guns swiveled upward to shoot down the Hornets. The Siren Carrier quickly launched Siren Planes for interception.

As the parked Siren Planes prepared for takeoff on the flight deck, a single Quicksink bomb pierced the middle of the Flight Deck.

A large underwater explosion rocked the Siren Carrier violently, throwing the parked Siren Planes off the deck.

The water pressure of the underwater explosion cut the Siren Carrier in half, as its keel was broken by the underwater explosion.

The Siren Carrier escorts also received the same treatment, their hulls splitting in half from the underwater explosion.

Siren Base

Observer α lost her composure, witnessing the destruction of the scouting force she sent to gain information about Azur Lane activity in the Sakuran waters.

"Damn it! Damn it allll!!!!!!" She shot her Plasma Cannon wildly at the room, going wild with all the stress the Modern Kansens were giving her.

"Damn it!" She was full of stress, not expecting her reconnaissance fleet to be destroyed so easily.

It was her fault for sending a Carrier with minimal defenses, along with useless escorts.

"Can you please stop shooting at random things inside this Base? We just repaired everything after your last tantrum in this room."

~Flashback 4 Days Ago~

Frantic shouting and yelling echoed through the Siren Base. Observer α grabbed a mug and hurled it at Tester β, but the mug missed her by inches. The poor Siren Minion guarding the door was struck by the flying mug, moving at an incredible speed of mach-fuck.

"Did your goddamn Clone delete all the files before she lost contact with us?" Observer α yelled.

Observer α was having a terrible day after witnessing the fiasco in the Mirror Sea. Akagi had attempted to merge with the Black Mental Cube to defeat Enterprise. The Black Mental Cube overwhelmed her, causing the Mirror Sea to collapse. Then Code-G intervened, saving all the Shipgirls in the collapsing Mirror Sea.

And now, an Elite-Siren Clone had been destroyed by the Kansens that Code-G had summoned from another dimension. Data on all Siren Weapons was now in the hands of the enemy because the damn Clone hadn't deleted the data in time.

Tester β responded, her voice trembling with fear. "N-No. She didn't delete her data before everything went blank."

"Where are her remains?" Observer α asked calmly, but behind that calmness was pure rage.

"We searched the area where the battle occurred, but we only found Siren shipwrecks and... we couldn't find her remains."

"You imbecile!" Observer α yelled and flipped the entire table.

All the Sirens in the room recoiled as she flipped the table in front of them. Even the Executor Class backed away slightly, facing the ire of Observer α.

Tester β was being choked to death by Observer α's tentacles.

"We don't know the technological level of these Kansens that Code-G summoned into this world. If they found our weaknesses, Azur Lane will have the upper hand in this war."

As Observer α watched Tester β being choked by her own tentacles, Tester α entered the room. The sight that greeted her was a flipped table and a downed Siren Minion in the doorway. She was holding a Black Mental Cube that she had recently recovered from the Mirror Sea.

*Insert: Community pizza chaos meme*

"What did I miss?" she asked.

"We were just talking about this dumbass Clone who didn't delete the data before she was killed." She released the suffocating Tester β from her grip.

"I see... I got the Mental Black Cube." She said, handing it to her.

Observer α observed and checked the Mental Black Cube for any damage or cracks. Thankfully, it was undamaged; all the data and energy it had collected and stored were untouched.

"Good. All we need now is Akagi to awaken and finish our little project."

"Speaking of the project, Orochi's construction is paused by Musashi," Tester α said.

"I'll let our little puppet convince her. When the time comes... we will have to take Orochi from their hands."

~Flashback ends~

"What are you planning, Observer α?" Tester α asked.

"This fleet of ships seems far enough from their main fleet... so I'm planning to capture them." Observer α stared at the holographic screen.

"I see... that's your plan. Should we send Purifier to do the job?"

"Yes. Call her and send her. Now... before they get away." Observer α ordered. Tester α obliged and summoned a purple portal, then left.

Observer α returned her gaze to the holographic monitor, showing a WW2 Destroyer, a Light Carrier, and the one that caught her eye and attention: The Modern American Frigate.
