Dove
When the earth was made it must have felt like this. The heat, the fire, the loud sounds and the explosion of stars throughout the universe. It must have been great because from what we knew there had been nothing like it.
I wondered if the stars aligned the way they did now. If the earth stood perfectly still for those few seconds as everything settled in and life was breathed into it. I wondered if everything rejoiced the way I was now because I believed besides the earth existing. The next best thing would have been this very moment.
Bucky held onto my face so gently that I thought I would shatter if he increased his pressure. His breathing a symphony as it matched mine as I desperately held onto him. His lips tasted like the sweetest nectar I had ever tasted.
