Chen Feng and Chen Youjia's Divine Tao Qi Intent was entirely provided by special Memory Bodies, which were then connected through a belt to their Magic Foundations. A Memory Body itself is an external Magic Foundation, and plugging in a Memory Body is equivalent to embedding a new module into one's own Magic Foundation.
This was why Chen Feng and Chen Youjia, despite never having practiced Divine Tao, could display Divine Tao Qi Intent.
