I had made Connor a fish burger and he happily gobbled it up with a big smile as we lazed around the deck. We had beers in hand and music playing through the speakers. The yacht had ready made desserts for us and we ate them too without a second thought.
For the first time in history Connor was the first to catch a fish and it was a beast too. I didn't think I had ever seen him that happy as he held it then demanded I take a picture of him.
I took plenty and more until he got grumpy that I had taken enough. It was always hot and cold with Connor. It was never lukewarm. Either way he happily allowed me to cook and helped me around the kitchen like a loyal suite chef.
"Want to dance with me?" I offered him my hand.
He stared at it as if it was a bloody thirsty shark then scrunched his nose. "I'm not the dancing type."
