"Connor, we can't be in mourning forever. They promised they would be gone today. It's just a breakfast and they'll be out of our hair. We'll have the house all to ourselves then we can spend the afternoon foraging," Edward gently rubbed my back, "wouldn't that be nice?"
I pressed my face further into the pillow and groaned. I had gotten so used to the yacht that the lapping of waves against its belly instantly made me want to fall back asleep. In fact I should have done just that this morning instead of having a swim with Edward.
He knew once I was exhausted and fed then I was at my weakest. He wouldn't stop giving me sweet kisses and praise which made me even weaker! It was a disaster. After we took our shower he slipped in the fact his siblings invited us over for breakfast before they left.
