"Swift, efficient work, Mr. Allen. You are learning how to use your powers wisely," Dr. Wells says, getting everyone's attention.
Barry looks at him and nods his head.
"I can't keep letting these Meta-Humans get away because of my sloppiness," Barry says.
"It's a fair sentiment to have. I am happy that you are taking this seriously, but remember, it's not just about you being a hero. It's about the betterment of humanity, the faster you get, the more we will be able to help all of humanity," Dr. Wells says, still sounding like a profound saint.
Barry nods, but he knows that all this concern about the betterment of humanity is just a facade. This man, before him, is evil incarnate.
Now, Barry just needs to figure out which type of Reverse Flash this one is. Is this guy similar to the TV show, or is his personality more similar to the one in comic books?
Because if it is from comic books, Barry feels chills run down his spine. Not because he is scared, but because the guy creeps him out.
"Guys, look after this one. I feel like he is in a lot of pain, suffering. Maybe we can help him," Barry says as he brings the attention back to the Meta-Human he just locked up.
Hearing Barry, Cisco and Caitlin recalls why they are doing this. Not only to protect Central City from Meta Humans, but to help these Meta Humans as well.
"I am done for the day. It's time for me to leave," Barry says and bids his farewell.

Barry returns to his apartment and lies down on his bed when suddenly his phone buzzes.
"Who is it this time?" Barry questions as he looks at the message.
[Need your help, it's urgent 🦇] As soon as Barry sees the bat emoji, he realizes that Batman needs his help.
[What's going on?] Barry questions.
[I will send you a list of names. Their lives are under threat. I need you to save them. My team can't be everywhere.] Batman replies.
Barry realizes that this is a very serious matter, as Batman wouldn't have contacted him if he weren't the very last resort.
[I am on my way] Barry answers and then begins running. He doesn't wear his suit as he doesn't want the team to know where he is going. He doesn't want the team to see how fast he can really run.
So he only takes his flash boots, as they have none of Cisco's tech in them.
Barry enters Flash Time, and he begins running. The world around him stretches into an infinite line as he hits speeds he has never hit.
Mach 50, Mach 100, Mach 1000.
Barry leaves Central City in seconds. He passes through multiple cities at a record time.
Barry runs across the entire country within minutes.
This is the fastest he has ever run, but he knows he can run faster. Barry stops right where he stopped before in Gotham City.
He then takes out his phone and looks through the list that Batman sent, and where they will be found.
"Let's get to work," Barry says and enters Flash Time again. He arrives at an expensive mansion and runs right in. He runs around surveying the surroundings and finds many people in tight black ninja suits with owl-shaped masks.
As soon as Barry sees this, he realizes what's happening here. The Court of Owls, the organization Batman was talking about, has made its move.
So Barry gets to work. Though all these people are lethal assassins, they are all human. Luckily, these people made it easy for him, as they already have all the necessary tools with them, which Barry can use to restrain them.
So he gets to work. A punch to knock them out, take their chains, and then tie up their hands and feet before taking their target and running them into the GPD, where they will be safe.
Barry then runs to the next location and does the same, over and over and over again.
If looked at from above, one will be able to see a streak of white lightning completely enveloping the streets of Gotham for a few seconds before it disappears.
It happened because Barry was running around the city and within seconds, located all the Court of Owl targets and saved them before they got their throat slit by these assassins.
But when he arrived at the very last location, it was already too late. But he was not the only one who was late. Batman is also here.
Batman turns his head as Barry walks into the room.
"Looks like I was a little too late," Barry says.
"What about others?" Batman asks.
"All of them are safe," Barry says.
A flash of surprise can be seen in Batman's eyes as he expected at least a few casualties, but he didn't expect Barry would actually be able to save all of them.
This result is beyond his expectations. 'He is much faster than I expected,' Batman thinks, and brings his attention back to the dead man.
"Who is he?" Barry asks as he sees a dagger plunged into the man's chest.
"His name is Lincoln March, he is a Mayoral candidate, well not anymore," Batman says.
"So Court of Owls is responsible for this? Why?" Barry questions.
"It's simple, they wanted to take over Gotham by getting rid of every influential name in the city... Thank you," Batman says to Barry.
