The Flash runs into the Cunningham and Sampere bank and finds it in a state of chaos.
People are trying to rip each other's throats out of sheer rage. Punching, killing, and trying every possible method to hurt each other.
Barry also sees a bullet mid-air, slowly making its way towards a man. He walks up to the bullet and grabs it with his finger. He then walks up to the blond girl who fired the bullet and takes the gun from her hand.
He then walks up to a big guy who is about to drive another guy's head into the ground in the midst of a body slam. Barry separates both of them.
Barry runs around the bank, stopping everyone who is in the midst of a fight, tying their hands up with their shoelace or separating them and placing them far away so that they can't engage.
After that, he runs down to the vault and finds some displaced money, meaning the robber is already on the run.
Barry hits another gear, increasing his speed as he tries to find the thief. 'This should be that rage-inducing meta. He cannot have gone that far,' Barry thinks as he checks every corner of the bank. He cannot find the thief anywhere.
"He couldn't have gone that far," Barry murmurs and runs out of the back.
It has only been a minute since Cisco informed him about the robbery.
Barry runs out, trying to find anyone carrying a bag, as so much money can't be hidden.
And within seconds, he finds someone carrying a stuffed bag. Barry doesn't stop to talk. Instead, he walks up to the guy, checks the content of the bag to see if it's the money stolen from the bank.
His guess was right, as the bag is full of money.
He grabs the guy and runs him all the way to somewhere no one can see them.
Barry stops inside an alley and lets go of the man he grabbed.
The man is confused, shocked, and scared. A moment ago, he was in the middle of a crowd, trying to get away, and now he finds himself in an empty alley.
While the man is confused and scared, Barry, too, is confused, as the man before him is not the Meta he remembers from the TV show.
This man is bald and not wearing any black shades to cover his eyes.
The man finally turns and sees the Flash, scaring him more.
"I didn't do it! It was not me!" he immediately shouts as he realizes that he got caught.
"Explain yourself," the Flash says while sounding a little menacing with his vibrating throat.
"It was this dude. He came up to me and told me he would give me fifty percent of the money if I managed to get away with it," the bald man says.
"Where is he now?" Flash asks. "I don't know, man. He just handed me this bag outside the bank a few minutes ago," the man says.
Seeing that he isn't going to get anywhere with this, Barry grabs the man and runs him back to the bank and ties him up next to a pole with the stolen money on him. Even though he didn't commit the robbery, he is still an accomplice.
As for the people who seemed to be filled with rage a few minutes ago, they have now calmed down and now look scared and confused
Barry runs around a few blocks. See if he can find the Meta, but he has no luck.

Barry is called into the Bank again, but this time as Barry Allen-forensic.
Barry walks up to Joe. "Busy morning, huh? Witnesses reported seeing flashes of lightning," Joe says. "You should have seen it. Everyone in here was trying to kill each other. Luckily, I got here just in time," Barry says.
"It must have been a diversion. Too bad for him, you caught him before he got away," Joe says, pointing to the bald guy who is currently under police custody, yelling at the police, saying he didn't do it.
"Ya, about that. He is not our guy," Barry whispers to Joe.
"What do you mean?" Joe questions. "He is just an accomplice; the guy responsible is a Meta. The Meta handed over the bag to that guy after the robbery. He escaped." Barry says.
"Shit! Not another one!" Joe says, frustrated. "And what does this one do?" He asks. "Well, your guess is as good as mine. He makes people angry and beat up each other," Barry says, looking around as the victims give their statements to the police.
"And how does he do that?" Joe asks. "I don't know, neurotoxin maybe. I will swab some surfaces, see what I can find," Barry says.
Of course, he already knows how this Meta's power works, but he can't just say it out like that with no proof to back his claim.
Barry does a few surface swabs and leaves, as there is nothing else to do.
He then runs to S.T.A.R. Labs to update the team about this new Meta.
