Barry updates the team about this Meta and how he had an entire group of people trying to kill each other by inducing severe rage in them.
The team quickly begins working on the theory of how it's possible.
"I don't understand. Why did the Meta offer fifty percent of the cash to some no-named goon, when he could have gotten away with all of it?" Cisco asks, as he is confused by this Meta's methods.
"Because of me," Barry says, getting everyone's attention.
"Now the whole world knows that the Flash exists, someone who can run at super speed, even criminals, other Meta-Humans. They know I am fast, so they will prepare for me.
This time, it was no different. He knew I would be coming, so he gave the money bag to a local goon who could be tempted, just to see how fast he would be dealt with," Barry explains.
He has had some time to think this through, placing himself in the Meta's position, and came up with this theory.
Now that the world knows about the Flash, the bad ones out there will try to find measures to counter him if they want something in Central City.
"Barry is right. Metas out there will find ways to counter Barry, so the only way to counter them would be for Barry to get faster," Dr. Wells says.
"That I am working on," Barry says, but he is already way faster than Dr. Wells' calculation.
When the eventual face-off happens, he is going to have one hell of a breakdown.

Barry returns to CCPD as he needs to finish his report on the bank robbery and hand it over to Captain Singh, or he is going to be yelled at again.
As Barry works in his lab, he gets an unexpected visitor.
"Hi," Felicity says with a smile as she steps into his lab.
Barry gets up, surprised. He didn't expect her to come and visit, as he didn't reveal his powers to Oliver.
"Felicity," Barry acknowledges her presence. "Surprise~" she says and giggles. Barry smiles and hugs her in a friendly manner.
"What are you doing here?" Barry asks.
"Well, something came up, and we had to come to Central City, so I thought to come here and give you a visit," Felicity says.
"Wait, by something you mean..." Barry says, giving her the questioning eye, to which she nods her head.
"So Oliver is here too?" Barry says. "He's... busy right now," Felicity says. "I'm not surprised," Barry says, smiling.
"You know I am pissed at you," She says putting on an angry face. "Why...?" Barry asks. "Well, you didn't reach out after coming out of your coma. I was so worried," Felicity says.
"I am so sorry. I got too caught up and then completely forgot about it. My life has changed a lot since then," Barry says.
"It's okay, I forgive you... By the way, have you been working out? You look... bigger than last time I saw you," Felicity says as she notices that Barry's shoulders are much wider and his arms much thicker.
"Yes! The gym, I have been hitting the gym!" Barry says. He isn't sure if he should tell her the truth. Even though in the show, Barry places all his trust in Felicity, he is not sure right now because this is not the TV show. It's a completely different universe with infinite variables.
"Do you want coffee? Let's go for a coffee," Barry decides to get her out of here before she starts looking around the lab, as he keeps an extra pair of his Flash suit here.
"Sure, let's go,"

After drinking coffee and catching up with Barry, Felicity leaves, as Oliver needs her assistance. This gives Barry some time to think about whether he should tell Felicity and her team about his identity.
There are not many cons to revealing his identity to them. As for pros, there are many. Barry and his team could get some extra help if needed. Especially from Felicity, as she is a genius computer scientist.

It's night time, and Barry is on his usual night run when he gets an alert from Cisco.
"Barry, there is a report of a gun fight at a warehouse near the docks."
"On my way," Barry says, and runs to the location provided by Cisco.
When he gets there, he sees a bunch of goons trying to shoot a man in a green suit, jumping around, being extremely agile, and dodging and evading the shots being fired at him.
While occasionally firing arrows back, taking down a few at a time, he is clearly outnumbered.
It's time for the Flash to make his move.
He runs in and starts dealing with the goons, all of them knocked out in a second.
Surprised by the sudden silence, Oliver gets out of his cover and pulls back his bow with an arrow pointing straight at the Flash.
"Whoa! Oliver, easy there." Oliver is surprised that the Flash knows his real identity.
"Who are you? How do you know my name?" Oliver questions.
