"Yes, set it right there." Dariel commanded the two guards that set the chest in the room where Angelica's belongings were being kept temporarily.
"Good, good, thank you men, although this is the least you owe me being an in-law to the king." Dariel declared proudly.
"Whatever you need Duke Dariel." Both guards replied, they knew better than to insult him on the day he was set to become the king's in-law. He would make sure they were dismissed as soon as he had the chance.
"You can leave now, but first, tell me, would you know where my wife is?" he asked them.
"Lady Ohara should be in the fifth room in the second hall and Lady Angelica is currently in the dressing room." One of the guards answered.
"Alright." He replied as the guards bowed and left him.
Dariel walked to the chest and opened it, he brought out a citrine gown and smiled as he held it in his hand closing the chest with the other.
