The members of Celestial Legend were retreating while fighting, with dozens of Shieldbearers covering the rear and a few high-ranking players. They had completely given up on offense—this was simply unmanageable. In just a short span, seventy to eighty players had already died.
Ethan noticed that all the Ironmaw Beasts had exited their spherical state. The corners of his mouth lifted into a faint smile. "Gotta thank them for this one."
Without hesitation, Ethan blinked straight into the crowd and activated Shadow Blitz, attacking both players and monsters alike. Since they liked dragging mobs into fights, he figured he'd show them what it really meant to clear everything—players and mobs included.
Under Ethan's overwhelming damage, the Celestial Legend members couldn't hold out at all. Within moments, they were all wiped out and sent back to town in a flash of white light.
