Chapter 107 - KOW Chapter 105 Replace It

"You awaken today to end the chaos and corruption of the world!"

"We must restore the rule of law and cleanse the land!"

"This world is my world."

"Now, demons and monsters rise everywhere. I will reclaim this world!"

"Fight beyond the Great Wall, battle until the world shatters!"

Qin Yi's voice rang out like the clash of metal, resonating with authority. The ten thousand terracotta soldiers stood silently, perfectly disciplined, as they listened intently.

At that moment, General Yang and his soldiers swiftly arrived, joining the ranks of the terracotta army. They raised their right hands solemnly and saluted Qin Yi.

"General Yang!" Qin Yi's gaze shifted to the front, where General Yang stood.

"I am here!" General Yang stepped forward and shouted, his voice steady and filled with respect.

"To conquer the world, we must first unify China. What is your suggestion?" Qin Yi inquired.

"Today, China suffers from barbarian invasions, Japanese bullying, and the oppression of its people. Demons and monsters run rampant across the land. Your Majesty needs only send out the army, and all foreign threats will be eradicated!" General Yang's voice carried a sense of urgency. "Furthermore, the Xia army governs the nation. Your Majesty can easily replace them!"

Qin Yi's eyes narrowed. He now understood that this timeline's history was different from Earth's, even the names were unfamiliar. But of course, this was a different dimension; how could it be exactly the same?

A slight curve appeared at the corner of Qin Yi's lips, his gaze hardening with resolve.

"Then we shall replace them!" He declared.

With a swift motion, his right hand rose and slashed downward. The sword hummed with energy.

"Kill!" he commanded.

At his word, the terracotta army surged forward with a deafening rumble, their march shaking the very ground beneath them.

Qin Yi leaped from his position and landed beside General Yang.

"General Yang, you will accompany me."

"My soldiers are loyal. There is no need to worry about them!" General Yang replied with confidence, his face filled with excitement.

"I obey!" He added, saluting as he mounted a military jeep stationed nearby.

"Head straight to the capital and replace them!" Qin Yi's voice was calm, but his words carried the weight of destiny.

As General Yang drove, Qin Yi closed his eyes, lost in thought.

General Yang couldn't help but be in awe. The grandeur and unshakable presence of the eternal Dragon Emperor were overwhelming. Only such a domineering and fearless figure could exude such authority.

The terracotta army marched relentlessly. They neither ate nor drank, neither rested nor slept. Their speed was like that of a roaring storm, as fast as motorcycles from the modern era.

On the third day of their journey, they encountered the first army blocking their path.

"This is the Xia army. They are of the same lineage as us but have not yet submitted to Your Majesty," General Yang explained.

"Crush them!" Qin Yi's voice was cold, devoid of mercy.

At his command, General Yang witnessed an unforgettable scene, the true power of the Terracotta Legion.

"Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom!"

The ten thousand elite soldiers marched in perfect unison, their disciplined formation creating a continuous thunderous roar. As they accelerated, their spears lowered, pointing forward even though the enemy was still a hundred meters away.

"Fire arrows!" General Yang shouted.

From the rear, archers drew their bows. With a hum, a vast cloud of black arrows blotted out the sky, arcing through the air and striking with deadly precision. The Xia army immediately suffered heavy casualties, their hearts filled with dread.

"Bang, Bang, Bang, Bang!"

Gunfire erupted as a dense barrage of bullets tore through the air toward the terracotta soldiers. However, the bullets merely chipped off some of their clay armor, doing no real damage.

In an instant, the two armies collided.

The Xia army, overwhelmed by the Terracotta Soldier Legion, was unprepared for such a supernatural force. It felt as though they were facing ghosts and gods, their tactics useless against such power. In a matter of moments, their formation was shattered.

"Pathetic!" Qin Yi spat coldly from the right rear seat of the jeep.

General Yang remained silent, stunned by the overwhelming might of the ancient empire.

Even though the modern soldiers wielded advanced weapons and their tactics were millennia ahead, the ancient power of the Terracotta Legion sent a chill down his spine.

By the time the Terracotta Legion passed through the battlefield, the enemy had been utterly scattered. The leading general, drenched in sweat, trembled in terror, utterly defeated by the spectacle.

"General Yang, you are responsible for recruiting them," Qin Yi commanded indifferently.

General Yang nodded in acknowledgment and exited the jeep, leading his soldiers forward.

The Xia army surrendered without hesitation. Faced with the Terracotta Legion, no human force, no matter how advanced their firearms, could stand a chance. The terracotta soldiers, after all, were elite warriors.

Qin Yi knew their strength well. Each of these ten thousand elite soldiers could easily take on ten ordinary men. In ancient times, they could capture tigers and leopards, mastering martial arts with extraordinary physical fitness and combat skills far beyond those of this era.

Thinking about this, Qin Yi sat in the jeep, his anger growing as he reflected on the portrayal of his character in the movies.

As the Dragon Emperor, how could he endure such humiliation?

"Kill!"

With a chilling command, the terracotta soldiers roared in unison, their voices shaking the heavens themselves.

After a brief rest, as dusk settled, Qin Yi and his forces resumed their march. They moved under the cover of night, heading straight for the capital.

In this currently weakened nation, Qin Yi was resolute in his decision to seize it, using it as a base from which to expand globally and ultimately unify the world.

With the Terracotta Legion and an ever-growing army, his power was growing ever more formidable.

Days of relentless marching passed, and on the seventh day, they arrived at the city gates of the capital.

"Your Majesty, our warriors are ready to attack!"

"In these seven days, we've captured thirteen cities. While our soldiers have endured many hardships, their spirits remain high, and they are filled with excitement!" General Yang reported, his voice ringing with pride.

The Terracotta Legion was an unstoppable force; mere mortals were no match for them. In just seven days, they had swept through nearly a quarter of China. Now, that quarter would bear the name Qin.

Flags fluttered in the wind, and the army's formation was as solemn as it was powerful.

The number of soldiers under Qin Yi's command had now reached one hundred eighty thousand!

But this was no ordinary force, these one hundred eighty thousand were not just armed with cold weapons. They were modern soldiers equipped with tanks, artillery, airplanes, rocket launchers, machine guns, and automatic rifles!

Qin Yi glanced at General Yang, understanding the situation.

The rapid march and fierce battles of the past week had been no challenge for the Terracotta Legion, but the ordinary soldiers were nearing their limits.

"Let the Eighteenth Army accompany us to seize the capital and change the dynasty!"

With that, Qin Yi drew his sword from his waist and raised it high above his head.

His gaze fixed on the magnificent Palace Hall before him, he swung the blade down with indifferent precision.

"Kill!"

At his command, the army surged forward, the earth trembling beneath their march. The deafening sound of their advance echoed throughout the city, striking fear into the hearts of the people.

General Yang, filled with exhilaration, shouted loudly:

"The Eighteenth Legion, follow me to charge forth! Expand our territory, unify the nation, and achieve greatness at this very moment!"

He stood firm, a zealous believer in Qin Yi's vision, unwavering as he followed him.

The city gates fell swiftly, and the soldiers, like a Roaming Dragon, spread out and advanced into the Palace Hall.

Qin Yi bent his knees and leaped high from the ground, landing atop the city gate. From his elevated position, he looked down upon the city below.

"The vast land is now in my hands!"

"This world is within my grasp!"
