Without a doubt, the capital was now firmly under Qin Yi's control.

Under the relentless assault of the Terracotta Legion, every opposing army had only two choices: surrender or death. The war lasted a mere five hours, and the outcome was inevitable.

In this battle, Qin Yi didn't even need to step onto the front lines. General Yang and the other seventeen military leaders had taken care of everything.

At this moment, Qin Yi sat upon the throne, his right hand tapping lightly on the armrest.

Below in the grand hall, General Yang and the leaders of the eighteen armies stood straight, their bodies perfectly still. Qin Yi said nothing, and the leaders did the same, their discipline evident in their silence.

"From today onwards, this city shall be renamed Qin Capital!" Qin Yi's voice rang out indifferently.

"Convey my decree: send letters of surrender to all provinces and cities across the nation. Those who surrender may retain their positions, and military leaders must report to me in the palace!"

He paused, his voice turning cold as he continued, "For those who do not surrender..."

He let the words hang in the air before adding, "The underworld still has vacancies; I can send them there!"

The eighteen military leaders felt a chill creep into their hearts, understanding that this emperor was not only born for war, but had an unyielding resolve to dominate.

Since his arrival in the Dragon Emperor World, Qin Yi's imperial aura had grown exponentially. As his power soared, so did his King's Strength, making his presence more commanding and his will more unyielding.

If the Naruto World had been his starting point, granting him the strength to survive, then this mundane world had swiftly fostered the cold majesty of a true emperor within him. It was here that he came to understand the harsh dominance a ruler must wield.

"Understood!" The generals responded in unison, their voices full of respect and obedience.

"Separate military and political power. From now on, military authority will be given to General Yang, while for political matters, select a capable and trustworthy individual for me!"

He stared down at them, his gaze indifferent. "Remember, I want someone who gets things done. Fail me, and I will hold you accountable."

The generals trembled, each of them nodding quickly. General Yang, however, remained expressionless, secretly elated.

He had worked tirelessly, sacrificed so much, all for this moment. The Dragon Emperor was not only legendary but true to his word, showing him exceptional trust. In this time of war, military power was paramount. Political power ensured stability, but military power was what expanded borders and ensured the emperor's safety.

"Your Majesty, rest assured, we will handle it!" General Yang spoke up, his voice resolute.

"Mm, you may leave." Qin Yi nodded and waved dismissively, signaling the end of the meeting.

After a brief moment on the dragon throne, Qin Yi stood and left the golden hall. He chose a room within the vast Palace Hall to reside in, confident that the eighteen leaders were both reliable and efficient. Under the oppressive presence of an emperor like Qin Yi, they would not dare delay in the slightest.

The next day, reports came in.

"The Hexi Province has pledged its submission to Your Majesty; the commander of the Hexi Military District will arrive in three days to pay his respects!"

"Huzhong Province has submitted and will arrive in two days."

"The Jiangbei region is in turmoil, with factions fighting fiercely between those seeking surrender and those holding out."

"Tainan Island has fallen to rebels; it is a distant place, and our army will need three days to send a message."

"..."

Qin Yi sat on the dragon throne, listening quietly to the generals' reports, his expression unchanged. With a single letter of surrender, two-thirds of the more than twenty provinces and cities had already pledged allegiance.

After the fall of the capital city, those with insight knew that a dynasty change had occurred. Furthermore, the legend of the Dragon Emperor had spread like wildfire across the nation.

Faced with such a legendary ruler, how many would dare to openly oppose him?

"So, aside from a few provinces and cities, either due to delayed messages or other reasons, they have not yet surrendered. Does this mean that Qin's Nation has reclaimed vast territories?" Qin Yi's voice echoed through the golden hall, his tone calm but commanding.

"Yes, Your Majesty!" General Yang responded, his voice filled with pride.

"Your Majesty's majesty suppresses the world. Many tremble at the mere mention of Your Majesty's name, and few dare to be bold."

Qin Yi narrowed his eyes, ignoring General Yang's flattery.

"What about the three northeastern provinces?" he asked, his gaze sharp.

"They have been occupied by the country of Fusang. They were previously repelled by the armies of Xia, and now they've holed up there, unwilling to leave."

"Because the enemy's firearms are advanced and superior to ours, they present a difficult challenge."

General Yang's voice grew grave as he explained the situation.

"Difficult?" Qin Yi's gaze turned cold and sharp.

"In my eyes, there is no such thing as difficult!" He suddenly stood, stepping down from the dragon throne with an air of command.

"Since you all find them difficult, allow me to handle it."

"As for those provinces and cities that have yet to surrender when I return, be prepared to face punishment!"

His voice echoed throughout the hall, carrying a weight of authority that caused the eighteen leaders to pause. By the time they turned back to the throne, Qin Yi had already vanished. A black dragon, gleaming with an ethereal aura, roared into the sky, vanishing at lightning speed.

The sight of the dragon immediately sparked curiosity among the people of Capital City, causing them to kneel in reverence along the streets. In China, dragons were revered as mythical and divine beings, symbols of the emperor's supreme power.

"Your Majesty is truly a Divine Emperor!"

The leaders in the golden hall could only sigh in admiration, watching the spectacle in awe.

"His Majesty is going to purge the demons of the northeastern provinces. We must hurry and reclaim the nation, restoring the glory of Qin's Nation!" General Yang spoke solemnly, his voice full of conviction.

The generals exchanged glances before quickly departing. No one dared hesitate; Qin Yi's decisiveness and iron-fisted leadership instilled an urgency in them. With every task, they knew they had to act swiftly and without delay to fulfill his commands.

In addition, since joining Qin Yi's forces, the leaders had noticed a subtle change within themselves. Though they could not quite put it into words, they felt they were being shaped by his leadership in ways that were both uplifting and empowering.

Meanwhile, Qin Yi soared through the clouds, reaching the northeastern provinces three hours later.

Looking down, he could clearly make out the Fusang army, their foreign uniforms marking them as a distinct presence. They were gathered in various military bases spread across the three provinces.

"Twelve bases, spread across the three provinces."

"Their numbers may not be overwhelming, but their strength has been enough to make Xia cautious."

Qin Yi's eyes narrowed. Despite the Fusang army's presence, he knew their weaponry was inferior to his own.

"However, to me, they are nothing more than chickens and dogs!"

"Unifying the nation and opening the Realm Gate is just the first step of my conquest!"

With a wave of his hand, Qin Yi transformed from his dragon form into his human shape, standing proudly in the void.

His eyes flashed, revealing the intricate, ever-changing patterns of the Rinnegan. The Mythical Water had broken the curse seal on him, restoring his powers to their peak in this world. He could feel the faint, yet unmistakable, surge of the special power of Eternal Life within him.
