Lily Turner had just finished speaking when she noticed Easton Holmes's face suddenly darken. She instantly realized that her words had upset him. But before she could react, he stood up and walked toward her.
"Grandfather! I'm taking my wife back to the room for a good conversation." Easton Holmes said to his grandfather, then reached out and pulled Lily Turner, who was sitting next to the grandfather, and strode out of the dining room.
Lily Turner struggled all the way, but the hand gripping hers did not loosen in the slightest. Even after entering the room on the second floor, she had not succeeded in shaking off the hand holding her.
"You...mmm..."
Easton Holmes suddenly lowered his head and accurately captured Lily Turner's lips, swallowing all the words she hadn't yet uttered.
