"What are you doing?" Kevin's eyes showed a hint of caution.
Jessie smiled. "Mr. Harper, your smile is so pretty. You should smile more often; having a cold face all the time isn't good."
His expression turned a shade colder, with a touch of chill to it. She immediately pointed and exclaimed, "Yes, yes; just like that. Mr. Harper, do you know that this expression makes it easy for other people to lose their mood when talking to you?"
As she spoke, she took a small mirror from her bag and aimed it at him.
He took a couple of glances and didn’t find anything wrong. But indeed, just as she had said, the company’s employees tended to avoid him.
She chuckled and continued, "However, Mr. Harper, you're so handsome that even having a bit of a stern face doesn’t matter."
Upon hearing this, he raised his eyebrows slightly as his expression relaxed. She did know how to talk well, after all.
