Kevin's face suddenly darkened, his eyes widened slightly as if he couldn't believe Jessie had said that.
Even though she had drunk some alcohol, she was still quite sober. Seeing his reaction, she couldn't help but laugh out loud.
“Hahaha! I'm just teasing you, Mr. Harper. Don't take it to heart.”
Hearing this, his expression turned a bit sullen with even a hint of anger in his eyes as he looked at her.
