Chapter 14 - Chapter 14: Normal missions and magical pacts

After Rodrick's departure, Cristel quickly showed them around the Under Guild, and then they headed off to other shops where Cristel used to get her weapons and potion-making items. Before 7 o'clock, the three of them left the Under Realm, as according to Cristel, the streets were filled with all sorts of unwanted people. The three of them exited through the same mirror they entered and greeted Old Dan and Roger, who seemed a little anxious for some reason.

"Well, I'll say goodbye for today, sweethearts. Don't forget to come to the guild early tomorrow morning; the vice-master will make his announcement," Cristel reminded them, before heading home.

"...How long do you think it will take us to complete our next mission?" Darwin asked, watching Cristel walk away.

"Sigh… The last one took us over two weeks to complete, and then another two weeks for the Master to officially declare it complete," Finn said, starting to walk home, followed by Darwin. "So, a month, maybe?"

"I hope it's only a month… I don't like shitting in the woods," Darwin confessed.

"Me neither… I hope I don't run into any other dangerous creatures. I don't want to end up like those adventurers we saw at the Under Guild," Finn said, touching the right side of his face.

"Yeah, me neither. By the way, that reminds me…" Darwin said, starting to look around cautiously. "The people who enslave monsters to sleep with them live with us, acting like normal people…"

"Just like the people who write on bathroom walls with their shit, they hide among us," Finn stated, also cautiously.

The next day, Finn woke up at 5 a.m. and quickly got ready to leave for the guild before 6 a.m. Finn left the small building where he lived, seeing Darwin sitting on a bench across the street, waiting for him.

"You're still reading the books the Master lent you, huh?" Darwin asked, looking at the book Finn was holding. It was a book on how to use air magic.

"How the hell do you know where I live?" Finn asked, not caring about Darwin's question.

"Amelia told me your address the other day," Darwin replied, shrugging.

'Isn't that giving away private information?' Finn wondered.

"Well, let's hurry. We don't want to be late for the Vice-Master's announcement. It starts at 7," Darwin said, standing up.

The two walked a few steps and then headed to the first level of the capital. Finn lived on the third level of the capital, which was about nine stories high. Then they boarded the bus that took them to the Freewalker Guild. Upon entering the guild doors, Finn could see a large number of adventurers gathered on all floors of the guild, revealing for the first time just how many members the guild had.

"Now it'll be a problem finding a seat…" Darwin said, seeing all the tables on the first floor occupied.

But then a hand, followed by a shout, greeted them from a corner of the guild. It was Cristel, who had been waiting for them for a while. Amelia sat next to Cristel, her typical bored expression on her face. Finn and Darwin didn't hesitate and went to sit next to them.

"I see you did arrive early after all!" Cristel greeted.

"You said it was an important announcement, so we couldn't miss it," Finn replied.

"Even less so for you guys, who are leaving on a mission tomorrow," Amelia stated, remembering the mission Cristel had taken her yesterday, informing her that Finn and Darwin would be on it.

"Ugh, that's true. Are we supposed to only be doing missions like this now?" Darwin asked, "I don't like sleeping in the woods..."

"HA, you don't know how fortunate you are to be able to receive quests appropriate for your occupation," Amelia replied, while Cristel nodded beside her.

'The thing is, we didn't choose this occupation by choice...' Finn thought resentfully.

"That's right. Since you're the only explorers in this guild, you'll never run out of quests, or you'll have to fight with other adventurers over a quest. For the rest of us adventurers, it's a big problem finding a quest appropriate for our occupation. Most of the time, that leaves us with no choice but to accept quests given by the citizens of the capital or typical quests around the capital," Cristel stated, somewhat disappointed.

"And that's not better? I mean, how difficult must the citizens' quests be?" Darwin asked, causing Cristel and Amelia to grimace.

"Not difficult... But weird," Amelia said, remembering when she used to do quests.

"Wait, you used to be an adventurer too?" Finn asked, surprised.

"Yes. Two years ago, I was a C-class adventurer, but then I retired due to some problems…" Amelia confirmed.

'No wonder she's so fast and strong!' Finn thought.

"This got me curious. What are the most dangerous or strange missions you've ever done?" Darwin asked.

This question left Cristel and Amelia thoughtful, as they had been in the guild since they were just 12 years old and had completed several missions in that time. Darwin had been in the guild for almost a year, while Finn, despite having been in the guild since he was 13, hadn't had any awareness until a few months ago.

"Well, the most dangerous mission I ever did was to exterminate an ogre base west of here, when I had barely become a class B adventurer," Cristel answered, remembering how bad she had had it at that base. "As for the weird mission, it was definitely that mission just a week after turning 15. A duke sent me a letter hiring me personally and exported me to his house. His twins, a young man and a young woman 2 years younger than me, had the fantasy of me sleeping naked with them, so the duke offered me 50,000 gold to sleep with them. Without a doubt the easiest 50,000 of my life, although for some reason I woke up with a wet anus and a strange taste in my mouth… But if what you were wondering is about the most challenging mission I've ever had, it was undoubtedly the mission from 2 years ago. The ogre mission was the most dangerous because if I failed, an entire village would be wiped out by the ogres, but the Duchess of the East's mission was undoubtedly the most challenging."

"Mhh, I do remember when you went on that mission, although you never told me what happened, you just told me it was tough" Amelia said.

"And it was. At that time, I was only 15, if I recall correctly, and the Duchess wasn't even a Duchess yet, and she was only 16. As a birthday present, her father told her she could ask for anything as a coming-of-age gift: a house, slaves, servants, whatever she wanted. The devilish girl wanted to publish a mission, and the house would be hers when the mission was accepted. Dina Valyon is ruthless," Cristel affirmed.

"Dina Valyon, I've heard so many things about her. Tell me the rumors about her, are they all true?" Amelia asked.

"Absolutely. I was her first victim. Dina sent a mission specifically for me, a challenge, me against her, at her house; alone. At the time, I thought it was a fight, you know, to see who has the biggest ovaries" Cristel said, drawing a laugh from Finn.

'Ha, synonymous of: who has the biggest balls, but the female version' Finn thought, amused.

"As soon as I arrived at their lands, Dina's parents left as promised, and Dina took out a magical scroll, a magical pact. The rules of the pact were simple: neither of the participants could back out once the pact was signed; the two would have to fight until sunrise the next day. Finally, the rules of the fight would be established by Dina Valyon, the challenger, right after confirming the pact. They were very simple and fair rules from my point of view at the time, and the fact that she was carrying a sword at her waist didn't help at all, so I signed without a second thought," Cristel said, leaning across the table and focusing her gaze on the center of the table as she remembered what had happened.

"I see… Dina challenged you on the condition that you wouldn't use magic, weapons, or arms, didn't she?" Darwin asked seriously.

"No… we didn't fight at all," Cristel stated, leaving Finn and Darwin confused, but Amelia simply sighed, knowing full well what Cristel meant. "Dina took me to her room and fucked my ass all night with her huge dildo. The rules of the match weren't a fair fight, but rather me having to endure all kinds of perversions for almost 9 hours, just as the magical pact stipulated. We started at 8 p.m. and finished at 5 a.m., just as the sun rose."

"What?" Finn asked again. 'This wasn't in the novel! Why!?' Finn thought.

"Sigh, Dina Valyon is the current duchess of the barren lands of the east. Her reputation has spread among the kingdom's adventurers, as it is said that Dina loves to fuck the adventurers' asses. Many say it's some kind of mental problem she developed when she couldn't become an adventurer. They say she does that as a way to relieve her envy, because it makes her feel superior or something like that..." Amelia answered, revealing all the information she knew about Dina. "Until today, I only thought it was rumors from people who hated her or something like that, but if Cristel says she experienced it herself, then I have no choice but to believe that everything said about her is true."

"That's right, Dina may be one of the best duchesses in the kingdom, but that doesn't mean she's a crazy woman who loves to rape adventurers," Cristel affirmed. "But anyway, let's stop talking about me. It's your turn, Amelia. I'm sure the boys will love to hear about your adventures."

Amelia simply sighed and rolled her eyes, recalling several of the missions she had done in the past.

"Most dangerous mission first, right? Well, I think that would definitely be the mission to the tavern in New Bridge, a small port city on the shores of the Firorn Kingdom. I was on a mission to hunt down some renegade adventurers when I was ambushed by five C-class renegades, and I barely made it out alive. As for the strangest mission, well, that would be the mission to infiltrate the modeling magazines," Amelia said, recalling the mission, while Cristel nodded in confirmation.

"Yes, I remember that mission. You got the worst of it, or maybe the best, depending on how you look at it," Cristel said. "It was one of the few missions we did together."

"Sigh, how I wish I'd never done that mission. That day I had to pose with and without clothes, seduce several men and women, let an old woman suck my ass for half an hour, and all for what? To find out that the infiltrator in the kingdom had died in a brothel from too much drug use," Amelia said, slightly annoyed.

"Hahaha, they were definitely great times," Cristel laughed.

"So you see why it's better to avoid normal missions?" Amelia asked.

'But if it's the good life, what the heck is she talking about?' Darwin wondered, wishing he had missions like those.

"And are all the missions regularly the same? You know, eccentric?" Finn asked, not knowing what to think about these missions.

"Not all of them, obviously. It's just that adventurers tend to be very desired by the citizens, and that's why they get to see several of those types of missions," Cristel stated. "Although it's partly our fault too. Adventurers have a higher libido than normal. An adventurer should expect those types of missions from time to time. You may not have felt that need since you just obtained your consciousness not long ago. But I want you to look around and observe the actions of the guild's adventurers."

Cristel pointed to some tables not far from them. A waitress was serving breakfast to an adventurer, while he firmly grabbed her ass. But this didn't seem to matter to the waitress, even saying goodbye to the adventurer with a big smile. Then she pointed to where the bathrooms were, and Finn saw a female adventurer coming out of the bathrooms with a receptionist, still straightening her clothes.

"That's right, Finn. You may not know much about how the world works around you since you just gained consciousness, but if I can assure you one thing, it's that this is a world driven by pleasure," Amelia affirmed. "So you better get used to the idea that sometimes you won't be going on missions with your magic or strength, but with your veiny friend down there."

'Sometimes I forget I'm not in my old world anymore. This world has quite different ethics and morals than my previous one' Finn thought, a little uncomfortably. 'It's very different reading about this type of situation than experiencing it.'

Cristel, noticing Finn's face, simply smiled and hugged him.

"Over the years, we've received a large number of all kinds of missions in the city and even outside of the city; I've danced on catwalks, in brothels, I've had nude portraits painted, I've milked a large number of monsters for Old Dan's projects, I've even worked as a stripper at various young people's birthday parties," Cristel said matter-of-factly.

"Just like I did when I was an adventurer; I've modeled, had my ass filled with cake cream, sat on several faces, and even had to ride several monsters to satisfy the fetishes of various clients," Amelia confessed, surprising Finn. "Even Darwin has received several missions from different women, but he rejects them all immediately. That's why he doesn't know much about the capital's missions. He was always gathering ingredients before you two teamed up."

"Tch, I'd rather cut off my balls than sleep with a human" Darwin stated seriously.

"The thing is, these missions are completely normal, and someday you'll have to do them too. In fact, you've already received several requests for that type of work, but due to your previous condition, the master ordered me to automatically reject all of them" Amelia confessed.

Seeing Finn's disbelief, Cristel ruffled his hair, trying to get him out of his thoughts.

"So you have morality issues, huh?" Darwin asked, nodding as if he'd finally understood something important. "No wonder you don't understand the glory of non-human women, but don't worry, I'll guide you down that beautiful path."

"This may be difficult for you to adapt to, and you still have a lot to learn about the world, but don't worry. I know you'll succeed," Cristel said, supporting him.

'The thing is, I don't know if I want to adapt to this world' Finn thought.

'Now that I think about it carefully, Finn also seemed uncomfortable yesterday when I informed him about monster slavery. However, I won't let that overwhelm him. I can't allow someone with great potential to be one of the best adventurers in this guild to be overwhelmed by this kind of unimportant thing. I'll have to teach him how to survive in this world myself' Cristel thought with great determination. 'Besides, if I can bring out Finn and Darwin's talents, they'll undoubtedly be able to become my teammates so we can one day march to the forbidden lands on the other side of the world!'

"You know what? I'll be in charge of helping you myself. Tomorrow, when you leave for your mission, I'll start the relocation process. You'll move here to live in the guild," Cristel said, surprising Finn.

"What's that for?!" Finn asked, surprised.

"Simple, once everyone leaves the guild, I'll be in charge of teaching you everything I can about this world," Cristel assured with a big smile. "Once I'm done teaching you, you'll be a 1000% adventurer. We'll fight monsters, take on difficult quests, explore new lands, and fuck anyone who crosses our path like true adventurers."

"And if you cross my path?" Finn joked, trying to calm Cristel's excitement.

"But what kind of questions are those?!" Cristel asked, surprised. "Then you'll fuck me properly and make me scream your name. That's what an adventurer does. That's what you'll do under my tutelage. I expect nothing less from you. Don't worry, Finn. The two of us won't stop until you make me bite my pillow and have wet dreams about you!"

"Wait, Cristel, aren't you too excited?!" Finn asked, turning to look at Amelia and Darwin, asking for help, but they just looked at him in amusement.

'Just go with the flow and accept, silly. Not many people have the chance to receive these kinds of offers, much less from Cristel,' Amelia thought, amused.

'Sigh, how I wish I received a similar proposal, but from a half-beast... or an elf,' Darwin thought sadly.

"Nonsense, actually..." Cristel began searching in a small leather bag where she usually kept her potions. After a few seconds, she took out a small scroll and began to write quickly. "...we'll do this properly!"

"Is that a..." Amelia looked at the scroll curiously as Cristel wrote furiously.

"That's right, a magical pact!" Cristel revealed, finishing writing. 'Now read it and sign!' Cristel said, handing the scroll to Finn.

[Eternal Pact

I, Cristel Stronghold, pledge to guide and teach Finn about our world, just as I pledge to teach him how to be the best adventurer possible and guide him toward the great pleasures of this world and his work.

I, Finn, pledge to follow and learn from Cristel Stronghold, just as I pledge to obey her guidance until I become the best adventurer possible.

With this pact, we both swear that the terms will not be fulfilled until Finn manages to exceed all expectations in the heart of Cristel Stronghold.

Expectations:

-Become an A-class adventurer.

-Find another ancient mural.

-Defeat Cristel at least once in a magical combat, one physical combat, and one combat at maximum power.

-Make Cristel satisfied with your sexual abilities.

"Hey Cristel, don't you think this is a little excessive?" Amelia couldn't find the right words when she saw how serious her friend was about this topic.

"My moans are going to be excessive once Finn gets me properly mounted thanks to my tutelage. Now sign, Finn!" Cristel exclaimed excitedly.

"I..." Finn didn't know what to do or say.

"Or maybe you don't have the balls to do it?" Cristel whispered in Finn's ear.

After a few seconds of hesitation, Finn took the pen from Cristel's hand and quickly signed the pact.

"Okay, now what?!" Finn asked excitedly.

"Now, this is when your new adventurer stage begins," Cristel said as she raised her left hand and showed Finn a golden heart-shaped tattoo.

Finn checked his hand and saw a gray heart appear on it.

"What is this?" Finn asked.

"This is the mark of our pact. As long as it's in our hands, it means the pact hasn't ended. So you better obey, or else you'll face the consequences!" Cristel stated with a big smile.

"Consequences? What kind of consequences?" Finn asked, worried.

"Yeah, the consequences for breaking the law," Amelia replied, rubbing her forehead in frustration, not knowing how everything had escalated so quickly. "The consequences depend on the type of pact you make. It can range from losing your memory, magic, physical abilities, or even death itself."

"Am I going to die if I don't obey?" Finn asked, frightened.

"Haha, calm down. This pact is different from most, so you have nothing to fear. You won't die for breaking it, but you will lose the ability to control your body for a day," Cristel stated with a big smile. "When you disobey, the pact will kick in and force you to do what you didn't want to do."

"...I see. So basically, the punishment is not being able to disobey your teachings, right?" Finn asked more calmly.

"That's right. Whether you like it or not, you will go on quests, make decisions, and act the same way I think an adventurer should," Cristel affirmed. "So prepare to have a new life as a real adventurer!"
